Spa Sauna Thermal baths

👍 The signs on the gates are bad. We thought it was closed. Just push through. For a non German speaker it can be challenging but we managed. Overall it was relaxing and calming experience. Recommended if you want a couple of hours off the grid. People often mention saunas, bath, massage,

Beautiful traditional sauna with hourly infusions. Being an international customer for many decades, I was shocked by the confusing fence and no trespassing sign which is NOT the way to welcome customers. Also, the reclining chairs need an overhaul adding some that are comfortable for tall people. Finally, the frigarium is simply way too warm.

Great bath, but experience ruined and relaxing feeling completely undone when you have to deal with the employees, prepaid for two hours and they charge for being 1 minute(!) over the limit, even when you are out in time and are simply waiting in line behind other patrons to return your wristband. Horrible customer service, which is a great shame considering the wonderful facilities there

Beware about massages. The old woman doing them is totally unfriendly. Out of 30min dedicated to a massage timeframe with a supposed 25min of cdacatual massage, here's what happens: she will take 3min to register the session, 2min to install you on the table, 20min of average massage, then it's over, she will kick you out and take the last 5min yo cleanup the room. So basically she delivers 20min of the expected 25min massage. So this place steals 20% of what you pay.

Very nice and historical thermal bath of Wiesbaden! many types of saunas and pools with hot and cold water and the possibilty to have various massages upon payment. Tuesday is women day, no men allowed and dresscode is overall "naked".

Can't take pictures inside of there. You know why. Naked spa is wonderful experience to me. I enjoyed bathing comfortably and warmly.

At least 5 different saunas, a hot pool of 42 C and three large cooler pools with natural thermal water, a beautiful classic building, Aufgass every hour, all super inexpensive including the spa services. No bathing suits, but on Tuesdays it’s only ladies. If you’re a hot springs fan, you have to go!

It's a gorgeous spa, I think it's super affordable compared to San Francisco prices. If you have an issue with nudity this is not a place for you. There are days for ladies only, but then again swimsuits are not allowed. A variety of saunas: with chromatherapy, aromatherapy, different temperatures and and old style all stone light steam bath. A great Icy Waterfall and the only sand bath I've ever seen. Different pools, many rests areas and a Café. The source can be visited in Wiesbaden, the water comes hot from the ground. Great for you health, specially mental health.

Amazing spa. Very clean and comfotable.I really enjoyed taking hot and cold baths and saunas.Aufguss should be taken, everyone! It was different from Japanese ONSEN,and very interesting:The most biggest bath has cold water which temperature is around 25℃.Even if it is the day for ladies, there are a few men working inside therme!lol

Nice traditional bath in the heart of Wiesbaden. Clean and well maintained facility with a few hot tubs and saunas. I have visited quite a number of saunas and due to the age, this one is missing some vatiety in the saunas and an outdoor area. Also, the aufguss was not quite as good as some other saunas I have visited. However, overall highly recommended as it is a historical building and feels like being in a Roman bath inside. Note that the entire facility is "textile free" as is the case with most German saunas, so bathing suits are not allowed.

Ancient and interesting; everything you need for a good soak, steep, or remedy. Cold, cold bath. Hotter than usual warm soak pool. A regular pool for cool swim and plenty of sauna space. The garage a couple blocks away is easiest....not cheapest, but easiest. You can leisure through the space; but not more than a half-day of fun and a couple of hours is plenty of time to get the experience. I think you can rent or buy all the towels, robes, and shoes at the front desk or at the store down on the main shopping space. Great relief from travel swell; the circuit will have you all straightened out. Not sure if they have hours for swimsuits.

They are simply lying on their website, they say Tuesday is a women only day, it means there is no male access in the internal area and that's not true, They are male employees working there and they can see the saunas clearly, and the women at the reception mentioned that at last minute. The staff are really rude, they didn't care if you paid or not for this service and then you discover that they are simply lying onsite. At least put the right information on your website, mention this as a note. One of the staff there, a women with red short hair, she was looking at me as if I was asking about extraordinary information, and when I said I am simply leaving, she said good.

Perfect place for adults with high-level culture. Quiet, relaxing place where you can rest, get sauna, pools with different temperatures, and get massage.
