😠 Rude. Refused gift wrapping, then refused us tape when we did the wrapping, then refused us a pen to sign the receipt, then bad-mouthed us under her breath and denied it/refused to apologize when confronted with it. Real jerk. People often mention Christmas,

Great deal! You can find a huge selection of Christmas items here all year round. From nutcrackers to Christmas tree decorations. The selection of Christmas decorations is varied. Prices are a bit higher but definitely adequate. The staff is nice and competent. Parking spaces are within walking distance. Also easy to reach by public transport. Conclusion: Worth a visit!

A winter wonderland full of beautiful Christmas decorations and artisanal souvenirs. It's like stepping into the magical world of the holidays. But, let's talk about the elephant in the Christmas room: the prices. Unfortunately, the prices at Käthe Wohlfahrt are on the higher side. You may have to dig a little deeper into your wallet to bring home a piece of Christmas magic. It's like Santa looted his own bank account before he got here. But let's be honest, the prices are no surprise. Käthe Wohlfahrt is known for its quality and craftsmanship, and this is reflected in the price tags. It's like paying for an exclusive ticket to the North Pole. Nevertheless, if you're willing to spend a small fortune, you'll definitely find something special at Käthe Wohlfahrt. The Christmas items are of excellent quality and will transform your home into a festive paradise. It's like creating your own Christmas museum. So, if you're looking for affordable Christmas gifts, you might want to look further. But if you want to treat yourself to a little Christmas cheer and your wallet allows it, then Käthe Wohlfahrt Rüdesheim am Rhein is definitely worth a visit. Prepare for an enchanting, albeit pricey, experience!

Amazing store, great friendly help with finding the perfect nutcracker. Described the difference in them. Helped me find just what I wanted and showed me different prices or sizes to fit my budget. Clear signs posted everywhere not to touch ANYTHING!!! When I was helped she let me hold and inspect any decorations I wanted just ask then you can't touch whatever you want

Shouted at my children who were behaving quite politely but one had dared lightly touch a Christmas ornament (all children were previously warned by me that there is no touching the wooden delicate items… but apparently no touching anything whatsoever is more like it) My son explained that he didn’t speak German and she got louder and shouted at him in English. He was a bit stunned and was silent. He’s 7. She yelled at him repeatedly: DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!!! Then turned to me and a friend and shouted at us asking us if we understand! Yikes!!
