Ich habe vor 3,5 Wochen eine Brille bestellt, bis heute ist sie nicht da. Beim Kauf wurde mir gesagt, sie sei "in 5 Tagen abholbereit, maximal 7". Auf meine Mails wird nicht reagiert. Jedoch erhalte ich dauernd automatisch generierte Mails, die mir gar nicht weiterhelfen, sondern nur nerven, fast schon belästigen. Dazu gehören mehrmals Rechnungen über 0 Euro (habe meine Brille bei Bestellung bezahlt, also keine weitere Rechnung nötig), mehrmalige (!)
