Great place for a break after riding. Friendly staff with several offerings available. They make an in house apple schnapps that is extremely good. Even if you were not hiking/riding, this would be a good place to go. Large playground and a good view of the city. Lots of parking too.

Typical Pfälzer restaurant with good local food. Fair prices and nice service. Pretty awesome as start and end for an adventourois Mountainbike trip or a beautiful hike. The rock formations around the House are often spectacular. If you book in advance you can even stay in one of their guest rooms and the terrace has also decent view. All not in the most modern conditions but definitely worth to stop by.
