Die Anmeldung lief zügig und problemlos. Ich hatte nur eine Wartezeit von wenigen Minuten und wurde vom Arzt Dr. Mahmoud Agbaria untersucht. Ich hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, dass man mich nicht ernst nahm oder man mich dort nicht haben wollte. Mir wurde einfach schnell und unkompliziert geholfen nachdem die Diagnose fest stand. Natürlich arbeitet man dort effizient. Warmherzige Betreuung und 'Bauchstreicheln' ist hier nicht zu erwarten, aber dafür geht man dort auch nicht hin. Vor einigen Wochen wurde übrigens auch mein Mann dort mit Verdacht auf Herzinfarkt vom Rettungsdienst zur Abklärung abgesetzt. Auch er war mit Ablauf und Behandlung zufrieden, auch wenn er etwas länger (ca 45min) warten musste.

Unterm Strich war es schon okay. Aber über Patienten zu lästern (vor anderen wartenden Patienten), während man in einer größeren Gruppe “nichts” anderes macht, wirkt mehr als nur unseriös. Da verstehe ich schon, wieso sich so manch einer unwohl fühlt.
