Like
so
many
people
at
the
time
(March
2022),
we
were
looking
for
a
new
electric
car.
The
choice
fell
on
a
Peugeot
e-2008.
On
the
Peugeot
website
it
was
stated
that
this
car
dealership
"Autolöwen
GmbH"
has
such
a
car
in
our
color
and
equipment
for
sale.
A
telephone
inquiry
at
the
car
dealership
on
the
first
day
brought
us
into
contact
with
the
seller,
Mr.
K.
This
seller
confirmed
to
us
that
this
vehicle
would
be
available.
We
therefore
asked
for
an
offer,
which
Mr.
K.
also
sent
to
us
by
telephone.
We
then
agreed
to
the
offer
by
phone
and
email,
asked
for
a
reservation
and
sent
our
data
to
the
seller
Mr.
K.
for
processing.
We
also
asked
for
the
offer
to
be
sent
in
writing.
On
the
2nd
day
we
tried
to
reach
Mr.
K.,
Mr.
K.'s
colleague
told
us
that
he
had
to
help
out
in
another
branch
today.
But
the
car
would
be
reserved
for
us.
Multiple
calls
to
the
other
branch
asking
Mr.
K.
to
call
him
back
were
unsuccessful.
On
the
3rd
day,
Mr.
K.
called
us
and
told
us
that
he
had
bad
news:
"....
the
car
that
he
had
offered
and
reserved
for
us
was
ordered
for
a
customer
who
didn't
want
it
until
September.
This
customer
had
just
reported
that
she
wanted
your
car
now!
.....".
However,
Mr.
K.
could
continue
to
offer
us
such
a
car,
since
the
car
dealership
had
vehicles
in
advance
and
it
would
therefore
come
in
about
5-6
weeks!
Oh,
what
a
coincidence.....!
We
had
already
sold
our
"old"
car.
Mr.
K.
wanted
to
find
out
more
and
talk
to
his
boss
about
what
could
be
done
for
us
in
this
case.
As
expected,
we
never
heard
from
Mr
K.
or
the
dealership
again!
It's
probably
better
that
way,
........
because
if
that's
the
usual
sales
practice,
we
wouldn't
want
to
drive
a
Peugeot
or
buy
a
car
in
this
dealership.
It's
a
shame
when
a
customer
is
treated
like
this.

Wir
waren,
wie
so
viele
zu
dieser
Zeit
(März
2022),
auf
der
Suche
nach
einem
neuen
Elektroauto.
Die
Wahl
fiel
auf
einen
Peugeot
e-2008.
Auf
der
Internetseite
von
Peugeot
wurde
ausgewiesen,
dass
dieses
Autohaus
"Autolöwen
GmbH"
solch
ein
Auto
in
unserer
Farbe
und
Ausstattung
zum
Verkauf
vorrätig
hat.
Eine
telefonische
Nachfrage
beim
Autohaus
am
1.
Tag
brachte
uns
mit
dem
Verkäufer
Herrn
K.
in
Kontakt.
Dieser
Verkäufer
bestätigte
uns,
dass
dieses
Fahrzeug
verfügbar
wäre.
Wir
baten
deshalb
um
ein
Angebot,
welches
uns
Herr
K.
auch
fernmündlich
übermittelte.
Wir
haben
dann
sowohl
telefonisch
als
auch
per
Email
dem
Angebot
zugestimmt,
um
Reservierung
gebeten
und
unsere
Daten
für
die
Abwicklung
an
den
Verkäufer
Herr
K.
übermittelt.
Weiterhin
baten
wir
auch
noch
um
schriftliche
Übermittlung
des
Angebotes.
Am
2.
Tag
haben
wir
versucht
Herrn
K.
zu
erreichen,
der
Kollege
von
Herrn
K.
sagte
uns,
dass
dieser
heute
in
einer
anderen
Filiale
aushelfen
müsse.
Das
Auto
wäre
aber
für
uns
reserviert.
Mehrfache
Anrufe
in
der
anderen
Filiale
mit
der
bitte
um
Rückruf
durch
Herrn
K.,
blieben
erfolglos.
Am
3.
Tag
rief
uns
Herr
K.
an
und
teilte
uns
mit
das
er
schlechte
Nachrichten
hätte:
"....
das
Auto
was
er
uns
angeboten
und
reserviert
hatte,
war
für
eine
Kundin
bestellt,
die
es
aber
erst
im
September
haben
wollte.
Eben
diese
Kundin
hatte
sich
nun
gerade
gemeldet,
dass
sie
Ihr
Auto
doch
jetzt
haben
wolle!
.....".
Herr
K.
könne
uns
aber
solch
ein
Auto
weiterhin
anbieten,
da
das
Autohaus
Fahrzeuge
im
Vorlauf
hätte
und
es
somit
in
ca.
5-6
Wochen
kommen
würde!
Ach,
was
für
ein
Zufall
…..!
Wir
hatten
unser
"altes"
Auto
aber
mittlerweile
schon
verkauft.
Herr
K.
wollte
sich
kundig
machen
und
mit
seinem
Chef
sprechen
was
man
in
diesem
Fall
für
uns
tun
könne.
Wie
zu
erwarten,
haben
wir
weder
von
Herrn
K.
noch
von
dem
Autohaus
jemals
wieder
etwas
gehört!
Ist
wohl
auch
besser
so,
........
denn
wenn
das
die
gängige
Verkaufspraxis
ist,
möchten
wie
weder
einen
Peugeot
fahren,
noch
in
diesem
Autohaus
ein
Auto
kaufen.
Schade
wenn
man
als
Kunde
so
behandelt
wird.
