Großartige telefonische Hilfe durch unter anderem Herrn Gayr und schnelle Behebung eines defekten Druckers durch Herrn Daumann. Insgesamt jedoch ebenfalls viele, viele kompetente Mitarbeiter.

Für mich nicht empfehlenswert, denn wenn man zweimal anruft und man bekommt keinen Rückruf ist das nicht akzeptabel. Und das ist nicht das erste Mal dass nicht zurück gerufen wird.
