For the past few years, my family has only ordered our pizza from Jet’s. It’s definitely the best pizza brand around and has delicious crust, sauce, and toppings.

work for school in the area...Asked for a delivery 5 minutes away from the location..owner laughed and claimed he "didn't deliver there". No problem with the lack of delivery but the laugh and attitude was beyond inappropriate. Will never take business there again

This location has closed early without warning and sometimes doesn’t answer the phone. With an hour still open, there was no more slices made just now. What a bummer :( The other location on Mack is better, this one is just closer.

One their website they have an anniversary pizza for sale , the 8 corner pizza on sale for $9.99, but when I ask for it’s no longer on sale. False advertising, I think he should have sold me the pizza for that price . Al

Picked up a pizza from Jet's this weekend. The food was good, but three of the employees weren't wearing masks. The young woman working at the counter wore a mask when interacting with customers, which is good... but behind the barrier, employees put one another at risk when they don't wear their masks and work in close proximity to one another. People who don't take these simple precautions seriously are only prolonging the pandemic for everyone.

Picked up a hand tossed round. Let's just say stick to a square pizza. I enjoy the square was looking for a change. Expensive lesson. Lol

Apparently they no longer deliver to Detroit. Tried to place an order recently and they told me, “we don’t deliver there” keep in mind I don’t live far and share the same zip code. Won’t be buying from there again.

Just called to order a pickup & they're closed...SIDENOTE: When calling them their phone recording said they were closed, and their recoding states that on Mon-Thurs they're closed at 10 pm, while Fri and Sat they're open til 11pm. It's not even 9:30 pm and they're closed on a Saturday....Please update your phone recordings & website to reflect these changes so it's not misleading!!! Their pizzas are bomb, but they need to be better with communication.

They redline on deliveries even though I’m 5 minutes from this location and share GP Park zip code as they do with their schools. Stop spending money there if we are not welcomed

On 03-11-22 I ordered a Buffalo Barbecue Chicken Pizza which made me horribly sick shortly after eating the second slice. I notified the store immediately the next day only to deal with a very disrespectful, rude, unapologetic and unprofessional store manager named Dominique. I received a refund but was told next time she wouldn't. Never dealt with such rudeness. Jets and Pizza Papalis was my only go to's for Pizza but Jets won't EVER be an option moving forward. Jets need to hire more professional management and teach a customer service class.

They never answer the phone!!

When your store closes at 10 pm that doesn’t mean you don’t stop taking orders at 920 pm. This is getting annoying.

Ordered a sausage and green pepper pizza on Friday night 12-2-2022 usually it has a lot of sausage on it but it barely had any. My dad got a boat and it barely had any turkey on it. Prices going up and it doesn't have the quality very disappointed. Jets is my favorite place for pizza but I was disappointed this time.

I don't know what happen to this Jet's Pizza but it is disappointing. We have ordered from here at least once a month for 5ish years and it was consistently great. In the last six+ months it has gone down hill. The last time, they did not give us our entire order, the salad was missing which we didn't realize until we got home (yes, should have checked). Called, went back to get it and got a salad full of bad lettuce. All brown, threw it away. This week, went to pick up the order and they gave my order to the wrong person. Nope. Not good.

Received cold undercooked pizza. Very inconveniencing! Manager Dominique had poor customer service. Will be going to Gross pointe woods where I'm always satisfied.

Used to be my go to. Freshest pizzas among the neighboring Jets, but they continually forget to put on Turbo Crust. Waste of a whole pizza, again. I just won’t be returning.

I go here all the time but today .. as I work across the street always order my food the same way with is cash app today I get a new cashier I order goes to pay she says we don’t take Apple Pay I said I use cash app she says we don’t use that anymore I tell her I come here all the time and pay the same when did y’all stop doing that she says recently smh I order 10/8/23 today is 10/10 she lied then goes to the back to the guys making the dough to laugh about it .. it is because I’m black or what ? I will be calling corporate also

Good pizza. You get what you pay for. Only thing I hate is you always have to wait for slices they are never ready

Ordered a Pizza here from delivery. It was the best pizza I've ever had and I've been to at least 50 other locations. I actually called and offered the guy who made the pizza 10 bucks through cash app. He kindly refused and thanked me for the compliment.

Staff that is severely undertrained for years on end. Basic customer service is something you will never get here, if you by chance get them to answer the phone. This location is extremely convenient for us, and every time we bite the bullet and order from this location it’s instant frustration. Pizza is almost always over baked and loaded with sauce.

Whenever I order online the order is always correct and is ready when it is supposed to be!

We ordered a barbecue chicken pizza from this address on Mack and University. In Groove Pointe They delivered a burnt up disgusting pizza. I have never been so disappointed in my life and how you can serve that to anyone is beyond me, but I will be reaching out to corporate.

Pizza was left outdoors in the snow. Driver didn't bother to knock. Neighbor found pizza in the snow and knocked on my door! This is not what is meant by "contactless delivery." I am awarding this place one star only because the food was delicious (after re-heating). But I will NEVER order delivery from this place again. UPDATE: the establishment called me the next day, to offer a free pizza, so I've given them another star for trying to make it right. And I promise you when it comes time for me to collect on the free pie, I will be driving there to pick it up!

Friendly service, and reasonably time wait for food. The waiting area is really cold, kinda forcing you to wait in your car which I don't necessarily like doing.

New review: They removed some toppings, and other items from the menu and over all any pizza we order seems to have less on them now, consistency is a big issue as well. I still occasionally order from them but frequency has dropped a lot since I can no longer get my go to pizza, and the pizza I do order is always a mystery to what I'll actually recieve. Old review: One of my favorite pizza franchises. Clarity on order sometimes isn't enough so check the box before you leave. Friendly staff make things right if there are mistakes, but there are mistakes. A lot of turn over recently.... So it can be a gamble.

Come here very often! Had a birthday party for my son- placed a $200 order, and it was perfect. Everyone loved the pizza, and the young lady who was the manger at the time was very sweet while taking my big order.. won’t go anywhere else. This place is the best!!

The manager have to improve her customer service skills, 1/10/20 showed how Unqualified she is for that position. When your team made the wrong pizza for a lady, you are supposed to make sure 1. get her order right 2. Don't argue with her 3. Give her something for free because now she got to 40 minutes for a pizza. Hopefully y'all improve if not be Expecting more calls to Corporate and more better reviews. 🙏🏿🙏🏿
