This was our first time visiting this restaurant being that we are new in town. The place was clean and cozy. Our server Darlene was polite and made my wife and me feel comfortable. The food was delicious and fresh. I downloaded the app and got a free dessert. Its was tasty. Nice place to visit.

I haven't gone to big boy in awhile based on my schedule. I also shied away due to the big jump in price of salad pasta bar. Price is dropped maybe just for the salad month so I really enjoyed my rewards buy one entire get one free. So I got 2 filling meals plus salad bar for really low price. I alway like the food for quick meal but sat and enjoyed this meal.

We ate here for the first time. Used their website to order. Once we got there the order was not processed. The wait time was OK. The burgers are very good. I wish to say the same for the sides. Fries has no salt.. and onion rings well.. picture speaks for itself..

Okay dude straight up this was my first time at Frisch's and incase not disappointed! The food was delicious, the service was great and the restaurant was clean. I really enjoyed it and I can't wait to come back!

Love Frisch's just wish we didn't have to drive so far to get to one Worked out good though we took our son and his family out to Breakfast and we all bought the Breakfast Buffet. Everything is always so good ( sometimes the sausage gravy is a little thinner than it should be ) ,but still tasted good . Bacon is amazing , love the warm Blueberries for the pancakes.The scrambled eggs are always fluffy and the Ham is also very good. The Hot Fudge Cake is a favorite for sure. Definitely recommend for Breakfast.

Only one server was working. And she, Jessica, was fantastic. She covered the whole dining room, plus took the payment on the bills!Felt so sorry for her... hope everyone gave her a great trip ! She deserved it!!!

So my friend heard I had never been to big boy and convinced me to go. I ended up ordering their new spicy chicken sandwich made to order with Mac and Cheese and the food was mediocre. nothing really special but at least for me not terrible. My friend However couldn’t even eat his sandwich. Ironic since he was the one talking up big boy and dragged me there. From my experience it was overpriced and we’ve started referring to big boy in general as an overpriced white-castle.

Shana was soooo down to earth. I loved how she was eager to help us out , but not in a weird way. It was like she was my mom making sure I had everything I needed the way I wanted it!

Shana was extremely friendly. A waitress who actually enjoyed her job. Refreshing change from most restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Big Boy has lost his Magic. Place was dirty, the carpet is pulling up in places, they only had paper plates and plastic silverware, the burgers were cold and dry like the paper plates they were served on. The soda was flat and the water looked like it came from Flint Michigan. Big Boy once was a great place to get a tasty burger and now they just want to cut corners and have no desire to provide any level of Quality. Our Server did great trying to make the best of the cards she was dealt.

Let me start by saying the Manager Liz is why this review is a 5 star. Our server was horrible, obviously wanted us to leave so she could go home. The other servers stepped up and upon hearing our complaint Liz went above and beyond. We will be back, Thank you Liz for making our experience enjoy

The breakfast buffet is the best damn thing ever, everyones polite and the staff goes above and beyond. Nobodies loud, and in general, it's an amazing way to start the day. Awesome food quality for the price. There's an older lady who works there, and she's absolutely wonderful and always puts a smile on our faces. Everything is hot and clean, and there's never any cross-contamination with the food. Truly, if you want to get full, you need to come here. It's like waffle house but with actual quality food and instant seating. (Really, how the hell does it take 30 minutes to seat two people? Step up your game Waffle House.)

The food was not very good. We were served on paper plates and given plastic utensils.

No hello as the lady came out just a "how many". Of all the empty tables in the building we were sat next to a family with children that made noise. I had the cheesesteak, onion rings and fries. The onion rings were the only good part of the meal. The cheesesteak taste like dollar store frozen "Philly steal slices" and the bun wasn't even warmed or toasted. Definitely did not remind me of my childhood and will not be back.
