I usually have less than enjoyable experiences here but nothing tragic to report as of lately. I wanted to take a moment real quick to recognize the pharmacist Lisa. It’s so hard for me to get in contact with my doctor and there’s a National shortage for my prescription so trying to navigate this has been such a pain. Lisa was willing to take the time to give me alternative options and made sure I understood everything. That was a wonderful experience and had to share before I forgot to! The lady who initially helped me first was also friendly and had cute fun earrings, loved to see the individuality! Lastly, I was welcomed when I entered the store which was nice as I usually am not and I could tell she was hyper aware of customers heading up front so she could come up as needed. Great visit today! Only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because I’ve had several 1 star trips over the years. Keep up the good work everyone :)

Worst customer service. I understand staff shortages and being busy but that's no reason to treat people badly. I have been using this pharmacy for years, but no more. Was treated rudely when I called about my medications and even worse when I picked them up. You're dealing with people who may be sick, in pain, just coming from hours at a hospital, picking up for a loved one they're worried about, the last thing someone in this position wants to deal with is rude, snug, impatient customer service.

First I was very sick. This pharmacy only had one of the medications the doctor ordered. I got it but was question about why the doctor gave me both of them.....like I'm supposed to know. Than asked me if she wants her to ordered the other medicine. I said yes of course....didn't both to tell me it wouldn't come in for two days until I called back to see if it was in. But the person said that I could take some over the counter to and told me what it was. The medications came in on the day they said it would. But the other medicine I need they only had two and half days supply to give but never told me they didn't order more of it.so again no medicine my doctor sent a prescription for. So they have send me to another pharmacy across town to get it. So now it's been 6 days I'm still sick and might get enough medications to help me. I thought when a doctor send and order over they get it filled ASAP. They act like I was trying to get over on them. But heard how bad I was coughing on the phone. I'm 65 years old I needed it ASAP

Spoke to a couple young women on the phones that were rude and quick to push me off the phone, talked over me, and wouldn't allow me to explain my question. Wish I had gotten their names but they weren't offered to me nor did I have a moment to ask for them before I pushed off. Unprofessional. I am aware that pharmacies are extremely busy at times but there is a kind way to handle that with customers. Your job IS to take care of them if you didn't know.

Not sure what's going on - the store's shelves are half-stocked and they rarely have the medication our physician prescribes, resulting in delays. I have to use CVS for my prescriptions per our insurance, but this is getting ridiculous!

I was having some issues with my insurance company and not paying for my medication unless I start the mailing orders. Well the pharmacist Allie called the insurances help desk and got it all figured out for me and opted me out of the mailing orders. She went out of her way to help me and it's hard to find people like that anymore. I would recommend this pharmacy 100%, they are always nice and helpful.

We completed our Covid shots @ this location as they were the only ones offering Pfizer. They were very nice to us & made it a very pleasant experience. Like most establishments the people working @ the time were top notch. They had a lot of items in stock & check out was a breeze. Stay awesome & may we all work together for the common good. 🤗💙☝️

The girl who is at the register all the time is in a bad mood several times I have asked her for help and she gets angry, they should fire her and hire nice people who like their work, her name is Hailey
