If I could give no stars, I would give no stars. When we first got there us, and a few other people checking in to the room, could not even check in because there was no one in the office. The sign had said be right back out on restroom break but the people before us have been waiting for a very long time they stated. I knew right then I should’ve turned around. Thank God I did not take my luggage into the room when we had first went to go do a overview of the room for bedbugs, because the bedbugs wasn’t what we needed to worry about. Upon returning to the room to lay down we where greeted by a lil friend……a large roach, definitely looking at us like , “how y’all doin” ,and continued on his way. We trapped him in the hotels ice bucket and immediately called to have the front desk come see it as proof I needed my refund immediately in case they tried to argue the fact. She declined to come see but issued us a refund. I am so thankful we did not unload our belongings to the room earlier and forever greatful the roach revealed himself before I laid down. If I could give this place no stars, I would!!

Stayed here multiple times nothing special about the hotel it is a little difficult to get out if you want to go a certain way. staff has always been friendly rooms are always been clean one of the reasons why I stayed there is this hotel does have smoking available for people that stay there. No elevator outdoor hallways there is no breakfast available but they do have coffee in the mornings

Noone was there to check us in for 25 minutes although the sign said 10. But other than that it was decent. The table under the TV didn't move so we couldn't play board games, although the Motel 6 in Cincinnati could so I guess each motel is different. Mini fridge was nice and definitely had air conditioning working. So for the price it's great for a quick stay!!

HANDICAP DO NOT BOOK HERE! For the 2nd time now I had a handicap smoking w bathtub room set up. Last time I got there around 2 they had none available except w shower only, i needed a bathtub w rails! Came from HOSPITAL today at 2 to check in, same again all full even though I booked ahead. They had no rooms reasonable for me, had to refund and try to find a different hotel. General Mgr no help since doesn't answer phone and only works 1 hour a day. Complaint filed with corporate. DO NOT ADVERTISE A ROOM YOU DO NOT HAVE AVAILAVLE! SOME OF US HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS AND BOOK BASED ON THOSE NEEDS! Offered to take regular room but needed 1st floor, nope nothing available.

Due to the location and the weekly rates do not expect to get sleep from midnight to 3am. Nothing but people yelling, laughing and running up and down the hall. Phone didn't work so had to call front desk on my cell. I was informed that "12-3 was happy hour when the tweakers came out".

Staff very friendly. Mattress terrible, no padding, could feel every spring. got bit at 145am in the morning on my arm. decided to check out. showed clerk my arm, she apologized. offered to switch me rooms. i declined. who could get back to sleep after that. took photos of my arm night in question, and on the following thursday morning 3/30/23. Looks to be bed bug bites after further investigation and googling images. Stay away from room 245. But the check in staff was friendly and courteous, as was the night staff when i checked out.

Rachel at the front desk was amazing! I got to Columbus from the top of Ohio and was supposed to make it to Arkansas but ended up getting car sick due to the roads on Christmas Eve no less. Rachel saw how I looked and was very sweet and helpful while checking me in! I also had my two dogs with me and it wasn't an issue! What a Christmas miracle!

It was pretty nice and a good value. Could've been a tad bit cleaner, but the location is decent and safe, not a whole lot more you can ask for at this price point.

Sold my house and planned to travel the country for a bit. As it does sometimes, life happened and I found myself needing a hotel for an extended stay. The Motel 6 in Grove City is clean, quiet and I can't say enough about how friendly the staff is. It is close to plenty of places to eat and right off of I-71. The laundry is clean and efficient. Rooms are very basic, but comfortable. And no charge for my 4 legged companion. I consider the Motel 6 in Grove City to be a fantastic value and highly recommend it. I give the room 4 stars only because there is no coffee maker, but still a 5 overall.

Stayed for a night. Rented out a King non-smoking. Got exactly what I wanted. Warm room, nice bed (firm not saggy) smelled clean. The floors are clean. Quiet. Had absolutely no issues for my first stay, will be back. The front desk was very nice, quick, and easy to check in. Tv works, and remote works! Even has a channel guide. Very happy. Thank you for having us!

Had what we needed at a reasonable price. Very basic room but the mattress was quite comfortable and the shower was hot and steady. Room 114 was very quiet and the outside entrance was very convenient.

The only good thing about this place is the location. Its close to dining and shopping but this is the most run down, disgusting place where they paint over mold in the rooms, never fix anything they just disguise it, they treat employees not family related horribly, and the owner doesn't know how to run the place so he let's his family do it for him. Stay here if you want a horrible experience and bed bugs.

The room was nasty. It was not properly cleaned. There was dirt all over the floors. The bath towels had hair on them… the young lady who was working the front desk was very polite. The location wasn’t too bad, but they will just let anyone stay there that is loud and I’m noxious throughout the night.

As soon as I walked into my room I saw a big three to four foot wide dip like a 800 lb person just got up after a year. All I wanted was some peace and quiet, also the air unit sounded like a bunch of jackhammers in the middle of the night all night long. So promising but yet so dreadful and their customer service tried to charge my card when I paid with cash in the middle of the night before I even checked out. Look I hope to hear back from you guys because I know you guys are better than this and also because I will drop you like a bad habit

The old saying you get what you pay for. The beds and rooms were clean. But the restroom was disgusting. Smoke stains all over the wall and around the door. And the bathtub was dirty. The night duty attendantnwas very nice

I gave 5 stars simply because it was everything it was supposed to be. Easy off the interstate, no extra charge for my dog, and clean. All I needed for an overnight during a road trip. It's not a "5star" hotel or anything, but, like I said, everything it said it was, it was, and I appreciate truth in advertising.

BED BUGS!!! Wish I could give 0 stars! Booked a room for tonight for my best friend and her daughter for after a concert. The first room had bed bugs, they reported it and was assigned a new room. Well, it had a bunch of flies in there, even in the fridge AND bed bugs again! They reported it to clerk which was rude and unapologetic. They were so creeped out and frustrated that they checked out and just decided to drive home over 2 hours late at night. Also, friend says the pictures on their site are not accurate!

great and safe area, but sometimes people like to run up the stairs at night. doesn't happen too often. I feel like someone lives in the attic because It sounds like there's people above me and I'm on the top floor. found a cockroach in my room, just the one. gave it to Staff and they threw it away and didn't say anything to me. complain about it and they told me they can give me a refund if I leave or they can change my room. I decided to stay in the same room and I have not seen anymore since. It is notable though. The room is clean for the most part and I hope the towels are too. smells like they use fabuloso to clean the floors and they definitely missed out on cleaning the ceiling. wouldn't say that cleaning the ceiling is that important but I'm in a smoker's room and you can definitely tell that people have been smoking in here for a while and the ceiling has some resin / tar/residue on it. room service cannot understand English very well and I do not blame them for this but sometimes there is communication issues when I need items such as cups or towels. My heater worked really well The first night here but now I struggle to keep the room warm when it drops below 30 outside
