    Absolutely the worst experience! 20 minute wait in the drive thru to only get half our order. Get to our destination and decide we will eat what we received to open the box and find the eggs weren't done and about ran out of the package! This place is horrible! Would go to McDonald's like we ended doing at least they can microwave the eggs long enough they aren't runny

    From CO. I came to visit a friend for the week of the 4th of July who moved here a few years back. Never heard of a Braums. Kept saying I wanted to go there, my local friends laughed because its just a "fast food chain". So today, July 6, 2023 I go. I get a burger combo with a shake. I eat everything, not bad. Go to finish my cookie shake, and notice some cookie chunks at the bottom. So i pop off lid and throw it back...crack. i spit everything up and im not even kidding. There is an acrylic french tip nail in my shake. Omg. Needless to say i threw everything up immediately. I called the store immediately. Talked to a male manager. His response. "Ill have a talk with them". Trust me. I wasn't looking for free food. I honestly will never eat their again unfortunately....but an (I'm so sorry) or (some sort of apology) would have gone a far way. Im pretty dissapointed and grossed out. SMH

    We love Braums but the Grove store has become very very very dirty! It's disgusting 🤮. The food is still good and the teens and Kiki are super sweet but please clean and try to be a bit faster!

    The restaurant was dirty. The young employees were loud laughing when ice cream or something got dropped on the floor. Hunter waited on us. He did great.The food was ok.

    Great tasting burgers and fries! After sampling a variety of ice cream flavors, I didn't like how they tasted mostly like the freezer and were goopy and slimy. Even the presentation of the ice cream didn't look appetizing bc they would dump soupy ice cream from the bucket before on top of the new one, and it would be frozen on top.

    Good food but unfortunately did not get our order correct and ended up costing us more than expected. As said though, still good food and they were very polite and apologetic about the situation

    The Braums in Grove, Oklahoma does not have the crisp on the frys and the burgers don't taste like Braums burgers. Braums is my favorite burger place usually. The best one is in Carthage, Mo then Webb City, Mo. Dont know what happened to Groves because it was pretty good last year.

    Wait was long several employees standing around talking. Front and back of the house was dirty. This was not at peak time. Edit second time even worse. Ice machine broken didn't get chicken on my chicken salad. Will not be coming back.

    They do try even with five behind the counter a little slow. But I had the chicken dinner and as always Great. Good food.

    Used drive through, paid at first window and waited at the second window for 15 minutes.Finally received my drink and 5 minutes later received my burger. Worst burger ever as most likely was made an hour earlier, bun was hard and taste was awful! One bite and in the trash. This place needs a negative rating. Never ever again for me! Don’t waste your money or time. Also staff didn’t have a clue.

    This place is the worst! Everyone needs to be fired and start over! Five minutes before they get someone on the speaker then I spend 10 minutes trying to get him to understand the order, which was nothing difficult. They weren’t busy either. I finally just said forget it and pulled out of the drive thru. This place is filthy and the staff(most)is awful

    It was ok. I don't like the way the eggs in the big country breakfast when they are kinda over cooked like the cook scraped the bits and pieces of egg off the flat cook top with the brown burnt egg. I'm sorry, but I'm very picky about my eggs. I don't do that at home. But that's the risk a person takes when eating out. Although, for a while, when this store was under new management, things were a lot better. I've seen several new employees, and I know they need time to learn, but the service is not the best,the overall waiting time seems to be longer than necessary. Maybe they are short staffed . I know things can't run smoothly all the time, but this seems to happen quite often. To sum up, I will try to avoid going to this store.

    Foods good but service is terrible. Only 3 cars in drive-thru took over 10 minutes was asked twice what we ordered at the window and was told after paying that they were out of bacon. Finally get the food and no staws and rude.

    Had the worst experience at Braums tonight. Even though they were busy and it was parade night I feel like they could have done better. When placing my order in the drive thru I was informed that they were out of French fries and would have to substitute for yogurt which was fine. I paid for my order and pulled forward. I seen my three shakes waiting on the drink station one small chocolate a jr chocolate and one jr strawberry. We waited and waited. I was concerned that our shakes would begin to melt. I waved and tried to get someone's attention. I waited probably 3 minutes until someone finally came over. I asked about my shakes and she handed them to me. The cuts were messy and so asked for napkins which she handed me as well. She then asked if that's all that I was waiting on. I informed her that no we had not gotten any of our order. She proceeded to make my husband's large coke and went to get my kid's kid's meals. A two piece chicken strip and a jr burger along with my number 1 combo and my husband's salad. She handed me the kid's meals then my husband's drink and my combo, or so I thought. Then she handed me my husband's salad and I had to ask for dressing and a fork. She brought those to me. I pulled forward and started handing out the food to my kids and husband. I then realized that we had not received spoons for our yogurts. So I went in to get those. When I came back out I checked my bag one more time to make sure I had everything. I did not receive my yogurt. Again I went inside the store. I got the attention of the girl that waited on us in the drive thru, a reddish haired girl in a Santa hat. I told her that I was short a yogurt and that I had needed three but only got two. She proceeded to toss three yogurts on the counter and when I grabbed one she got snippy and said you just said you needed 3. When I repeated what I said she said alright or something to that effect with an attitude. I left and headed down the road. My husband went to open a yogurt and told me it didn't look right. It didn't it had the same consistency as milk. We spent $32 and some change around 7:30 in the evening on food in the drive thru and this was our experience it is deeply disappointing. Our hot food wasn't even hot or warm. I realize they were busy but her attitude and lack of concern/care in her job just ruined it more. Even though a person might not get paid the most or have the most glamorous job, they should take pride in their job. We won't be back to this location.

    I go here frequently and I am always pleased with the service and quality of food! The only issue is when you order large fries with your combo meal and pay the upcharge, you still receive regular size fries.
