Ok, so firstly I would like to say the meat here, is to die for, it really is amazing. HOWEVER, the service leaves something to be desired. probably best to learn how to order in Spanish. There are too few waiters for the number of tables their are available (really terrible service). We waited an hour and a half to get our food. However, when we got it eventually, it was amazing. The food is also great value for money and the portion sizes are massive. But as I said, the service is very VERY SLOW.

I’ve been eating at this restaurant since it first opened 33 years ago. The food is fantastic and very good value. It’s always busy. The steak here is fantastic. Portions are big. You can ask to take a box home if you can’t eat it all. Great restaurant

What a great place. Not too far off the TF. Looks nothing from outside but the terrace at the back is lovely and inside is very rustic. The best thing though is the food.it says sirloin on the menu but they are actually massive fillets. No pictures as we couldn’t wait to eat! The best steak ive eaten in Tenerife. Other reviews say poor service- we had excellent service and no delays in getting our food even though the place was packed (mostly locals which tells you everything). Prices were so reasonable for the quality of the food. Great experience would highly recommend.

Excellent meal . Probably the best steaks in the south of Tenerife. Chicken livers also excellent.

The place is a bit outside, not handy but it has a small parking. Inside it's a bit noisy but comfortable. The service is quick and kind. Give a try the local dry white wine (vino de la casa). The veal meat it's awesome. My prefer is served with onions and garlic, without sauces. There are also home made desserts. Piece: from 20 to 30€ per person.

Everything is very slow, we waited to order food for 40 min and 40 more untill it was prepared. Total waist of time, just waiting to be served. Food is ok, but half the menu was not available.

Very cozy restaurant with open kitchen and lots of good meat options. Very friendly staff happy to make recommendations and very kid friendly as well. We enjoyed it so much that we visited multiple times. Huge portions and you can take the leftovers home.

Staff is friendly, but little to no English. I ordered take-away and this was the best Solomillo I have ever had. Sadly I had to wait a very long time. because after the agreed pickup time they didn’t start yet.

Very tasty Spanish and Canarian cuisine. Rustic and authentic interior, but there are also tables outside in the backyard. Served by a friendly and familiar team. Our pepper steaks were tender, juicy and huge.

Very popular place. Large choice of meat. Rabbit was good. Avocado gambas salad was in fact tiny prawns with marie-rose sauce, hard tomatoes, only avocado was good. Unfortunately the service was extremely slow and the staff unfriendly throughout (not even a thank you after we paid, just "vale"). Probably good if you love meat and have time.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food from my opinion is the best from the all island and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.You can see that they put first the quality of the food and what I love about them that you can see how they are preparing the food, everything we tasted melted in our mouths We come in this restaurant from 2019 and we see the same Chef in the kitchen. From me and my wife you deserve 10 stars Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant With respect Andreas and Ella from Austria

We went here 2 times. The fist time we were stranded because of a blown tire. We were quite stressed and sad. They said the kitchen was closed and we understood we asked for some bread and a drink and they were happy to give it to us. We sat down to wait for the tow truck and then they brought us some potatoes and mojo. Then later they even brought out some meat and roasted peppers. All this without us asking and they even did not charge us for it! They were so nice and even though we didn't really understand each other because of the language barrier they clearly saw we need some love and took care of us. They made our evening so much better! Thank you so much. The second time we had a reservation and the food was lovely! All around a very soldid recommendation!

I've been wanting to review this restaurant for some time, where I went twice in the summer, when I went to Tenerife. What a good restaurant, with wonderful food, very well served and of very good quality. Finding places like this in Tenerife is not easy. Very friendly and hardworking staff. We also brought 3 bottles of a local drink that I loved. We will definitely be back I recommend it 100%

The food was quite good and seemed very fresh. But it took 90min for our food to arrive. The staff didn’t even want to pick up our order for half an hour, even though we asked them a couple of times, if we could order. The other guests had the same issues. All in all a nice restaurant if you bring a lot of waiting time and don’t care about friendly service.

Las Goteras is a typical Canarian Restaurant. Great food, cooked and served in the Canarian way. Its not a big restaurant but homely and friendly. Prices are not too expensive. A very enjoyable afternoon lunch or an evening meal. Recommended to book as its always full. I have enjoyed this restaurant for about 25 years. So I would say it has passed the test of time. A visit is recommended, even if you are a local, or on holiday, its worth exploring.

My boyfriend and I went to las Goteras for his birthday meal and it was excellent. The biggest and most beautifully cooked sirloin steaks. Delicious vino de casa (500ml for 4.50 euros). The mojo rojo & aioli were great with garlic bread and padron peppers. Really lovely atmosphere, quiet in the afternoon but busier as the evening went on. Would definitely recommend going if you’re a meat lover (less so for vegetarians).

Excellent food, nice atmosphere. We had the brochetta mixta and the churrasco. Legendary! I can highly recommend this place.

Everytime i go to Tenerif, i go there at least 2 times. It is full, even on a wednesday. I usually go alone there and get treatet like a full family. The food is top, really enjoyable. Price is ok too. Big portions. Over all these years, it never disappointed. I recommend going there. The 4.6 they have, is deserved.

The location... feels like it's off the beaten track...... the service excellent...... the food..... portions are enormous and so tasty ( we felt guilty for leaving food behind- it was offered to takeaway!)... a party of 6 ordered and we were so impressed!!! Value for money..... second to none!!!! Muchos Gracias!!!!!

Starters are good and this is the best choice you have. There is a lot of traditional Canarian’s Food. They try to surprise you with the big size of the Steaks but the quality of this meat is poor.

Lovely meat focussed restaurant with a large outdoor enclosed dining area as well as an interior area. Menu is local with a large meat focus. You can find amazing sausages, chicken, goat, rabbit and beef ofcourse. We ordered far too much food. Our waiter was about as friendly as a door but we don't speak Spanish so that might be our fault.

Good restaurant which doesn't feel so touristy. There is a nice area outside to sit and eat. The meals are really big and tasty at the same time. The service is good
