We enjoyed meals at the club house and very special location with fabulous views. The apartment was nicely furnished, and the pool deck was fabulous (see photo). It was a very relaxed visit. But you really need a car.

It was a very nice place and we enjoyed it. However we had trouble getting our deposit back and the reception team was not very helpful when that happened. My bank just let it “expire” after 30 days and returned the deposit to us. All I got from this resort was just the same email saying that the deposit would be back automatically. Upon our check in, we had issues with cockroaches and bugs (many of them) but they nicely relocated us. The staff was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. We were hoping to go back next time. The nearby beach is really nice. And the drivers were also wonderful.

The most fantastic customer service. You wont get better service than here- totally five star. I was in touch with the hotel to arrange a gift for a family member staying there, and they were so so helpful. They could teach some other hotels a lesson or two!!

Staying there for a week was great. The view from the pool is amazing. Peoples from the hostel are really nice. Rooms are perfect and spacious, well equipped. The breakfast is good but could may be improved. Overall we would not hesitate to come back. Thank you.

Great accomodation with very good service and fantastic views. Frederico and Julio are the best! If you want to have a joyful vacation in a paradise surrounding this is the place to be. You definitely need a car to do sightseeing. The only thing management can improve is to have a choice for a smoking or non smoking room. So you have the choice yourself to be around such an environment yes or no.

This property is amazing! Firstly, the service is incredible. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond to greet you and make you feel welcome. A big shoutout to Ivan, Jorje and Vincenzo. They really made the experience exceptional. We asked for early checkin and they tried their best to accommodate us, which was hugely appreciated. They also have a 24h reception which is useful. The gym, pool and communal areas are all very nice and convenient. They also have a free transfer to the beach from 8am until 11pm every day. Secondly, the resort is stunning, perfectly located with amazing sea and golf views. The rooms were incredible too. Super spacious, large and really well kitted out with everything you need. It was also really clean and comfortable. The prices were also relatively reasonable and would stay back here in a heartbeat. Thank you for the best stay!

This is the second time i am visiting Abama Suites and yet again we made the right choice and would no doubt repeat again and again. Services, facilities views, tranquility and above all the friendly staff who are very profesional. I would specially mention Melania and her team in the breakfast area and pool. She is so friendly,kind , willing to help just fantastic. Hope to come back soon again.

It is our fourth time of staying in the Abama Suites and we have two more visits already planned. Frankly you cannot beat this place for luxury, service, facilities and overall experience. It is, and will remain, our go to, happiest place. Thank you to Giulia, Julio, Ivan, Natalia and all for helping make our holiday yet again perfect.

Paradise inside the paradise! Staying here 2nd time in 6 month! Perfect place to spend time with your family, to enjoy amazing tasty food, outstanding sunsets and to enjoy beautiful weather! Special thanks to the reception team, they are the best, Claudia, Elena, Sadia! Also thanks to the guys from the transfer, they are super fast, always on time, doing their best to satisfy all guests! Thanks to the Melvin breakfast team, never experienced so good service from the staff in the hotel! My daughter went to the Abama Kids Camp, she is speaking english and spanish, but Andrea is the best, my daughter enjoyed spending time in the Camp playing with Andrea and doing some sports! Golf fields in Abama are one of the best I ever seen! Rating 10/10, if Tenerife, only Abama Terrazas!

Yesterday, 20€ was stolen from my closed bag in my room. They didn't dare to take more, as we would have made a showdown. Yes, I agree, it's useless to speak about it at the reception, but I'm not too lazy to write here! Be careful, in hotels of THIS level, the staff is clearly underpaid. By the way, the queue for breakfast took about 40 minutes. The same for waiting for coffee and scrambled eggs.

Excellent suites, all amenities you need. Very relaxing location. The staff will ferry you around in buggies around the grounds should you require. To make the most of the area, a car is very much needed. The Kids Camp is fantastic.

Top 🔝 notch establishment with a star 🌟 crew always offering warm dedicated service. 💕 The location is second to none with a view over the sound and the magic island 🏝️ La Gomera. An excellent golf ⛳️ course and tennis 🎾 courts are the icing 🧁 on the cake 🎂. Did I mention the terrific staff? 😊

This is a wonderful place to stay!! Views are stunning and the apartments are fantastic. The best part was the staff. They couldn’t have been more helpful or kind and went out of their way to make our stay so special! They planned and executed a special dinner for my mother’s 80th birthday and went so far above and beyond. It is something we will not soon forget. All the staff we were wonderful with special mentions for Federico, Ivan, Marco, Martha and Julio —Thank you all!! We definitely plan to come back and can not recommend going there enough!!

Wonderful stay! Service was excellent and room had an amazing view. Other positives - kids camp: Both our 6 time there as possible. Pool: heated infinity pools with lovely views. Staff: lovey staff who are always available to help. Room: we had a 3 bedrooom and it was great. There is a small kitchen for cooking, a laundry machine and dishwasher. Plenty of space for everyone. Breakfast: we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it was set up with continental buffet but it hen had hot options to order that changed each day.

Phenomenal resort and stay. The team couldn’t have been any more accommodating and helpful. We’ll definitely be retuning with our children for some winter sun in the future.

Although we didn't stay at Las Terrazas, we did have dinner at Melvin. Our table was reserved for 18:30 and we showed up just after 18:00 to have drinks. We didn't realise the restaurant wasn't open yet and wouldn't be able to serve us so we asked to have a drink on the terrace. Guilia advised us that there was no bar but then suggested that we could buy wine and beer from the shop and then she happily sourced glasses from the restaurant and opened the bottles for us. We realised we had really put her out (and she was busy at the front desk helping other guests) but she was very gracious and helpful and we truly appreciated it. So often, businesses do not empower their people to solve problems in order to delight their customers. However, we found at the Ritz Carlton Abama (where we were staying) and at Las Terrazas de Abama Suites that staff do go out of their way to solve problems and to make their guests happy. We've never experienced such excellent customer service and we will definitely return.

Amazing resort, awesome views and excellent service. Food was good as well. Be aware that you need to rent a car when staying here, as it's quite far outside the regular cities in the south.

This is a beautiful resort, set in fabulous gardens, to visit all year round. Stunning views too. The apartments are extremely spacious and very comfortable. The staff are amazing; so courteous and they can’t do enough for you. Aaron drove me up to the tennis complex every morning in the shuttle minibus and I enjoyed our conversations. We first visited in November 2021 and liked it so much that we came back in March 2022.

Together with my wife I spent our honeymoon here. It was our first stay here and we absolutely loved it! 😍 How spacious the villas were, the friendliness and support from staff, the quality of pools and the facilities in general - all is top quality. The rooms were always clean and rooms had all household appliances we could think of (even a washing machine and an automatic wine bottle opener!) We loved the variety of breakfast options and the fitness center that's open 24/7. We especially want to say "thanks" to Nataly, Melanie, Julio, Jorge, Arom, Jeffrey, Federico, Tana, Gulia, Allen, Adrian, Marta and Ivan, for assisting us with all the questions and making our stay unforgettable! We can't wait to visit the villas again! 😁

Beyond expectations. Big spacious apartment, amazing view, great attention to detail and quality. Staff are great. It was an amazing experience and next time we're in Tenerife for sure we'll stay here again.

We all absolutely LOVE it at Las Terrazas. We have visited 10 times and every time we say 'lets book again.' The apartments are fantastic - really spacious, modern, well-equipped with very comfy beds and big TV's (the children love these). The daily housekeeping is such a treat. The gardens, pools are kept in immaculate condition. The staff are all very friendly and we have definitely come to know them all well. We so look forward to seeing the staff each time. We travel with our two children who enjoy the 3 pools and the breakfasts at Melvin. We enjoy getting the shuttle to the beach to have a change from the pool. All very easy. We have got to know the surrounding area very well and so now enjoy what Tenerife has to offer. There are lots of restaurants at the nearby hotel or Melvins at Las Terrazas is very good. We can't wait to return.
