After
a
few
months
of
training
with
the
Elements
method,
with
Carlos,
I
have
to
say
that
I
am
delighted.
First,
let
me
say
that
Carlos
is
a
great
professional,
who
does
a
questionnaire
before
starting
to
train,
where
he
asks
about
injuries,
training
preferences,
etc.
And
on
a
day-to-day
basis,
he
is
very
aware
of
the
training
team,
suggesting
alternative
exercises
if
you
have
an
injury
or
ailment.
There
are
classes
for
a
maximum
of
6
people,
which
makes
it
very
personal,
and
with
a
very
good
atmosphere.
Each
class
is
different,
and
the
objectives
vary,
from
power,
strength,
cardio,
resistance,
balance,
etc.
Very
complete
and
versatile.
In
terms
of
material,
it
is
perfect,
since
it
has
little
machinery,
and
all
the
basic
material
(pull-up
bars,
kettlebell,
dumbbells,
jump
rope);
and
a
lot
of
exercise
with
your
own
body.
It
is
a
very
complete
gym,
with
functional
training,
with
a
good
atmosphere,
and
Carlos
in
charge,
who
is
a
great
professional!
On
the
other
hand,
it
also
has
Pilates
and
Indoor
Triathlon
classes
(which
I
haven't
tried
yet),
and
GAP
(which
I
have
tried).
About
GAP,
it
is
taught
by
Rodrigo.
With
intense
dynamic
classes
of
the
lower
body
and
highlighting
the
importance
of
the
core,
which
makes
it
very
bearable.
They
are
classes
of
no
more
than
5
people,
very
personalized
as
well,
and
Rodrigo
is
super
attentive
to
everyone.
It
becomes
"pineapple",
and
the
classes
fly
by!!!
In
conclusion:
a
great
team,
a
great
gym
and
a
great
work
philosophy,
which
makes
me
look
forward
to
coming
back
for
another
class
every
week!!
