Food was delicious, and they are as fast as they say with the carne en su jugo. When it comes to the side dishes, it takes just a little bit more, but nothing crazy to wait. Food is delicious and filling for a reasonable price. The beans with corn are amazing, and you get as many refils as you want with chips. Same with the tortillas and complimentary broth if you finished it before you were done with your meat. The melted cheese with chorizo or mushrooms (or both if you'd like) is tricky. it seems like a small bowl but is more than enough. Believe me. Overall, it was a great experience, with great and friendly customer service and willing to come back.

False advertisement at its finest. Billed as the "fastest" restaurant in the world. Walked in with my primo and seated ourselves. Was ignored for 10 mins. There was a couple that sat down next to us who has to literally wave down the servers and still didn't receive service. Walked out and went down the street for world class carne en su jugo. This place is living off the phony Guinness world record.

A must for those who love “carne en su jugo” Guadalajara’s best traditional beef stew. Try their freshly made “horchata” (rice flavored) and “Jamaica” habiscus water

Great place to eat, there was a short wait but well worth it! The food arrived at the table very fast. The drink pictured is Jamaica and lemonade with Vodka. The staff was great and very helpful.

This place is really hectic and busy. Since it is famous expect to wait to be seated, once you order the food will come fast. I yet don't know how the waiter handles all this people. The food was very tasty. The quesadillas are great. The large portions is best for the price than the medium size.

Food comes out very quickly and I went on a weeknight and it was not very crowded and I got a table quickly. The speed of the service is obviously the main attraction of this restaurant and it didn’t disappoint with my food arriving in under 20 seconds from when the waiter took my order. The food is good, but the main reason to go to this restaurant is because it holds the Guinness world record for fastest restaurant service. I would return again with friends solely for the world record novelty but would likely choose somewhere else for a solo dinner.

This restaurant is very popular, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated Wich was not bad at all considering the amount of people that comes to this place. As you are seated they will immediately bring you the sides of refried beans and corn (delicious) and the waited will take your order, this place is know for carne en su jugo (meat in it's juices) and basically you are ordering by the size of the plate as well as other delicious appetizers like queso fundido! I highly recommend this place.

We were advised by other reviews and had this on our list of places to eat at while in Guadalajara. Now we need to find where we read the review cause we need to thank them big time. It’s one of those unique experiences of outstanding taste of saucy meat paired with the fastest and greatest of services. Didn’t even give me a chance to take more than one picture as my focus was heavily on the food. And yes - this one is just one order that we filled up sharing. Can’t wait until we visit again. Got a lot more I want to try.

Cheap prices, good service and tasty food. There is only one item on the menu so that's why they serve everything so fast. It doesn’t change the fact that it is pretty impressive. Everything is perfectly done. Try it! Is worth every penny.

The service was very fast as expected! It took less than 30 seconds to get our 2 plates of carne en su jugo. The beans were ok, but not great. And the carne en su jugo was not the best that I've tasted. After adding onion, cilantro, and lime it tasted much better. It's good but not what I expected from online promotions.

What we all wish "fast food" actually was. This restaurant chain puts all other "fast food" chains to shame. The service is friendly and lightening quick while the food tastes super fresh and really authentic. Recommendations: carne en su jugo (large order, it goes quickly), guacamole and a side of beans! I almost forgot order the Sangria, you will not be disappointed!

This restaurant was recommended by a tour guide to try "the 3 Bs - beef, bacon and beans" and it was so worth it. The service was speedy, the place was clean and the food was delicious! It was also quite filling and was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back some day.

Hidden gem in the city, such a simple dish but exquisite!! Full of flavor, really good and simple to order, when you arrive to your table they have beans and corn ready for you to eat, while you are eating there is a guy serving more soup to you meat in juice (I found this hilarious) also the best and the fastest service of the city! (No pics today, sorry I was very hangry! That completely forgot about it Lol)

They know what they are know for Carne en su jugo and it is super good. If you como to Guadalajara you should try it. Really fast service we were just siting down and we already had some food on the table. Don't expect a fancy dinner but a great place to grab a quick bite

This place seems popular, it's been pretty busy the couple of times we've come. I really don't know why because the food is just 'Okay' at Best. The service is Good.. They have a few appetizers you can choose from and Unfortunately Only One Main Dish that comes in a couple different sizes & then a variety of the usual drinks. The Free bean & corn dip they serve at your table and the little candies they give you when you are leaving is the Best things I've eaten here ~Seriously... My family and I have eaten here about once a year for the past couple years (only because a family member from out of town likes to go when he visits), and that is more than enough for us... But on the Bright side, there is a little ice cream shop right across the street that is Very Good Though!

This place did not disappoint for speed. Drinks and food in under 3 minutes. The food was great and very filling, some of the best Carne en su jugo I have ever had. Atmosphere is nice and pleasant, with nice bathrooms also.

Busy restaurant in a relatively nice part of the city. Went there for a late night dinner during the week with a group of 6. Super busy. We were given a table by the entrance. More common now, the menu is provided by QR code. We were asked twice if were ready to order. Tortilla chips and beans were IMMEDIATELY set on our table as well as warm tortillas. We finally placed our order with the waiter. We planned to share plates but were told by the waiter that sharing plates is discouraged and could not provide extra plates. We continued with our plan to share plates. Our order came within 5 min Really. The food was hearty and flavorful but uneventfull. Service was fast and attentive. Chips and beans kept coming. The place was bustling for a weeknight with locals. The waiters were quick to pick up our empty plates and remaining food before our entire party was finished eating. Funny or annoying depending on your perspective. Definitely worth the visit. Food is good, hearty, affordable, the menu limited and the service is fast.

Very famous for its carne en su salsa. We though it was very average. Nothing special. It's loved by locals. The service waa fast, fried beans ans guacamole were awesome. Cheese with chorizo was amazing. The star dish was meh.
