Don’t believe the reviews that say it doesn’t take long to go through this incredible place. We spent 3 hours there and loved every minute of it. The animals - fish, birds, reptiles, mammals - are great to see up close, and for a little more you can even have up close experiences with lemurs, rabbits, and (our favorite) capybaras. There’s a great play area for kids, and good food and drink options with a large covered patio to sit on. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

It would be 5 stars if there was one single sign, map or employee that spoke English. Extremely frustrating as a tourist and good luck finding your way out! Shocking for a mainstream city. Aside from that, it's an awesome place to visit and the bird experience is not to be missed!

Great place to go with little ones and the whole family. We went through the whole museum and there was never a dull moment. This place was amazing. It was $250 MXN or $13 US dollars. It has a great selection . It has a small petting zoo for kids and small aviario where you can hand feed parakeets. It has a good selection of fish, rays, sea horses and couple of sharks. The only CON is there’s no place to sit in between the exhibits, perhaps due to COVID sanitary restrictions. It’s hard to keep walking if you are handicapped.

Great place. We have the annual membership that i jusr renewed for the 2nd time. Interaction with the animals is our favourite part. Laser tag and trampoline are also great & included in admission. Just wish there were more working lasers (max 6) . I have also noticed some dangerous deficiencies in the trampoline area on multiple occasions, each time I always tell the staff & insist it is a danger to guests & insist they fix it. They eventually address it but I believe they should have a staff member surveying the trampoline area more carefully & initiating fixes to any dangerous areas more proactively.

Interesting variety of fish, reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, birds, insects and mammals too, so not just an aquarium. The walk-in aviary was my favorite part. I had plenty of fun solo, but I wish my family could have been with me. It would be an excellent and educational day out with the kids. A good date night idea too.

Very nice Aquarium. I like the stingray/manta ray exhibit. They had a person that demonstrates how to interact with them! The dining area is a great resting point. They also have a play area (including laser tag) for your little ones. Great family packages, decently priced.

I would put one but it is a very beautiful aquarium. That said I put two because of their hypocrisy. Great place for leisure and learning experience for all Family. My Daughter had a great time when we went there. We need to go again. Despite not being a huge place ( like other international acuariums) they have distributed very well the exhibition and all the different fishes and other animals on display. You can feed & pet the pigs, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, capabara, tortoise, birds & sting rays. I had a blast with "swimming with shark" excursion & getting some interactions with the Lemurs & feeding the sting-rays. My only negative feedback is that they ran out of clean towels when I needed dry up after "swimming with the sharks" & I ended up using a used towel; And there were only two working guns at the Laser tag.

The close up experience seems exciting. You need several hours to visit all the exhibits. I was thinking it was going to be cool inside but it was warm. There is limited rest area seating. At peak times there is no seats in the outside canopy covered food area.
