One of the oldest medieval bridges in Spain (10th century), built by the Cordoban government in its full heyday. To appreciate its architecture, with the typical "rope and brand" masonry rig, you have to go a little further away. It has late but medieval renovations, with the presence of stonemason marks. It is an extraordinary work, so much so that it is still in use.

The Arabs of the 10th century built a very good bridge to cross the Henares River in Guadalajara, Spain.

A nice bridge and area around nature for walks next to the Henares

The site is representative of the culture, but it should be better maintained, a shame, since the bridge should be pedestrian and it is not.

Important historic bridge with large rock arches. Today, with good maintenance, it continues to support the passage of cars and people over the Henares River. On one of the sides you will see the old inscription. You can also descend and walk underneath. Ducks and vegetation brighten the beautiful bridge.

Beautiful... it goes unnoticed in the routine and daily chores. At the beginning of the Chopera and River Park... it invites you to walk and enjoy.

Since they lit it and cut the vegetation that covered it, it has improved a lot aesthetically.

Proves that not everything that's old is useless.

(Translated by Google) I give it one star not because of the bridge itself, which is historic, but because of how poorly preserved our dear politicians have it.
