The restaurant is right in front of Guarda Cathedral. The service is excellent. As soon as we arrived they told us about the meal of the day. In the menu, they offer a variety of food, fish, meat, hamburgers, ex… It’s a wine restaurant and for that reason they offer red and white wines. The food was amazing. It was 100% worth the wait. The food is homemade. I recommend this restaurant !

Pedro represents the best of the spirit of Guarda. The place is amazing, the food is local, home-made and they pay attention to every detail. He links wine with territory, gastronomy and heritage. He explains the historical origin of the wines and grapes you take and he tries to work with local producers to enhance sustainability and biodiversity preservation. This home made ice-cream with Porto wine was such a delicacy!!!! 100% recommended!

Lovely place to eat - sat on terrace overlooking cathedral with swallows doing acrobatics overhead. Knowledgeable owner suggests wine choice and food which is cooked to order. Portuguese time so meals are delicious and long. We liked it so much we went back 3 times during our 4 day stay in Guarda!

Very nice place with excellent food and wines for attractive prices, and in a beautiful spot next to the cathedral. The only thing missing on the menu is a smile, even a small one as an appetizer, from the owners. And maybe it would be a good idea to open the locked door once the restaurant opens? I almost walked away, until I found the way to unlock it - only to face the owner looking at me as if I was disturbing their calm. I'm so sorry...

Great restaurant in Guarda! We were visiting the city and found Nobre Vinhos e Tal to be a fantastic restaurant offering well prepared delicious plates and a phenomenal wine list! The owner helped me choose an excellent Beira Interior wine, which was both fun and new (to me) as well as a great accompaniment for our dished selected. I highly recommend the restaurant if you are in or anywhere near Guarda.

This place is a fantastic little place, some great Portuguese food options on the fine dining spectrum. We came here for a quick bite passing through and it was great. The bread, olive oil and butter to start was amazing.. then we had the blood sausage and the prawns and peppers.. also great.. wine was good and the main we shared. Cod and prawn gratin which was lovely.. all in all it was a great spot but be patient when busy as you may wait a little

Accidentally stopped by for dinner when driving from Hanover to Lisbon and making a detour to get a quick yet very pleasant meal. Great service, welcoming and efficient, and the food is yet another good reason to return. I definitely recommend and will absolutely go back when in the region.

Definitely the best place to taste some quality food with your wine 😊😉 go for meat dishes, they are of superior quality. The owner is a great caracter and is the soul of the restaurant. Great spot, 100% recommended.

The wine was so good that we even forgot a souvenir bag in the restaurant, bag that the restaurant staff offered to send to Lisbon for us. Wonderful staff, food that will make you wonder if you’re in heaven, atmosphere that blends modernity with a medieval feeling, location that will make you doubt your eyes and a fantastic selection of wonders of Bacchus.

One of the best, if not the best, restaurant experience we've had in 2 years of eating in Portugal. The food is excellent, the service lovely and the wine extraordinary. Well worth the price. Highly recommended.
