Una experiencia para olvidar! Fui el 24 de julio con mi esposa por nuestro aniversario. Tuve que reservar y hacer transferencia de $35 por persona consumibles y no reembolsables, en los mejores restaurantes de Guayaquil y de Barcelona donde también he vivido por 10 años, no había escuchado esto. El lugar acogedor, la vista muy buena, pero nada más, ya que el servicio y la comida pésima. No me encontraban en la lista de reserva. Las croquetas aceptables, luego pedí las costillas de cordero, las pedí 3/4 pero para mi sorpresa llegaron crudas, lo tomé con calma, y lo trataron de corregir, pero luego de haber desperdiciado intentando comer las 2 primeras, mi sorpresa fue mayor cuando las dos que quedaban regresan crudas nuevamente con la carne roja pegada al hueso, incomible y nadie se molestó en asegurarse que esta vez lo hagan bien. Devolví este plato que cuesta $30 y no pude cenar y por lo menos trataron de corregir con un postre de cortesía, pero de los pocos que hay en la carta tenían la mitad. Pedí la cuenta, después del mal rato y se olvidan de descontar de la cuenta, el valor de la reserva. Tuvieron que hacer reverso y demás. Esto demuestra que no están atentos ni brindan buen servicio. Y el (propietario) que responde aquí, ojalá traten de corregir lo que se comenta y no copiar y pegar una respuesta a todos por igual. Que pena para un lugar del que seguro todos esperábamos mucho más.

El lugar es muy bonito, la vista es muy buena. Se debe hacer reservación para poder asistir. Se demoran un poco en la atención. Pero eso no le quita el buen trato y el sabor de la comida. Los precios son un poco elevados pero sus platos son muy buenos.

He tenido la grata experiencia del Negroni de Cuenca pero este de Guayaquil en mi opinión lo supera, el ambiente es súper cálido, cómodo y hermoso , la atención de los meseros es sobresaliente , te hacen sentir a gusto en el lugar, la comida aunque no es tan variada en mi opinión es 10/10 , en esta ocasión pedí sushi y estaba uno más rico que otro. Había un combo de 32 rolls en $44 que tenía de todo. Yo no soy muy amante de la sangría pero tenían una sangria blanca que estaba riquísima! La vista desde este lugar es digna de fotos. En fin debes ir a experimentar este lugar, los precios son cariñosos pero para una ocasión especial vale la pena cada centavo gastado. Entre 2 personas gastamos $80. RECOMENDADO

El restaurante tiene una ubicacion muy buena, pero creo que es lo único bueno de ahí. Tenia buena fama y es bastante mencionado, lamentablemente la realidad es otra. Pedimos una carne y noooo, terrible, primero demoraron muchísimo y al llegar la carne estaba fría, y cuando mencionamos eso, los meseros solo respondieron: “ah” y dieron una excusa en vez de traer unas carnes calientes, no nos dieron una solución y nos tocó pedir que las pongan de nuevo en la parrilla. Y el sabor mucho que desear….. y lo peor son los precios, elevadisimos para el nivel que entregan. Simplemente no volveré.

Fantastic view and decoration! Food isn't fantastic, drink aren't either but the view is worth the detour. For the food, the nibbles are nice but with fries instead of patacones. Hope they update this ASAP. The suchi (maki) were alright but nothing special. Well presented though. Drinks are good and fresh but a bit too sweet in my opinion for the sangria. Service is very good and staff are nice. Prices are as expected. Highly recommend this place to impress a friend or for a date.

Restaurant at the top floor of the highest building in Guayaquil, The Point. To come there you have to go via the main entrance. The restaurant has an nice ambiance. Ordered the steak and the quality of meat was absolutely perfect!

I went to the place with my family because I was on vacations, I used to live in guayaquil so I wanted to bring my cousin when I texted the restaurant asking if I could add someone else to my table they said No. When we got to the place it was empty . There was a table closer to the view so I asked if it could be possible to move the other table they said No because u guys are only 6 that table is for 8 . The restaurant was empty. Me and one of my friends order margaritas . When we were almost done with the FIRST one and about to the order another one the server came to us and said just in case we don’t have anymore tequila! I order langostinos which were pretty decent . Incredible how u pay so much to reserve a table which was $90 ( 15 per person ) to reserve your table and you get this kind of service . The view was good , the food acceptable but the only service I will recommend is the server Jorgito he was very respectful and attentive. I wouldn’t recommend NEGRONI at all! Way too expensive for the service they provide to the customers!

Incredible drinks especially, Pandora’s Box! Comes out of an amazing cool box where the drink becomes infused with an inimitable smokey flavor. One of the best drinks I’ve had to date

Muy recomendado ir en la tarde ya que no requiere reserva, la vista es increíble y el servicio muy bueno aunque un poco lento si están acostumbrados a comer en lugares de comida rápida, pero eso se debe al cuidado que tienen desde la preparación hasta la presentación de cada plato. Valores 💵💵💵 Me gustaría que tuviera más opciones de comida.

This restaurant has a great “vibe” or aesthetic. The moment that walk into the lobby of the building and are greeted by an associate who leads you to elevators. The walk up the steps from where the elevator drops you off is nice as well, steps are covered in marble. Walking into the establishment we were greeted by a kind host. The interior is unique and is done with taste. As others have mentioned the view is without a doubt worth the detour. The service is quite top notch, I would compare it to a steakhouse in the states. I highly recommend requesting Felipe as your server. He is really good at what he does!! Makes sure you are taken care of. I personally went to this establishment three times in a matter of two days. I can recommend the steak that comes with ginger mashed potatoes and mushrooms. I enjoyed the sushi roll as well, the one with peanuts. I also enjoyed their lunch buffet. My only reason for four stars instead of five was because I needed to make a reservation through Amex concierge and I was let down by this, as there is an Amex logo next to the logo.

I like this place , Me and my family we tried almost all the dishes at place , octopus was really good and to be honest risotto was my favorite , pasta was really good too , and there’s is a drink that comes in a box that one is good , I ordered a Clericot but it was not so good .

The place to go when you're in Guayaquil

A horrible place that discriminates against people. I was in shorts and jeans, and they told me I couldn’t enter because I needed a nice shirt and pants. It was 90 degrees in Guayaquil; of course, I will wear shorts. They also told me that I have to spend $35 per person. Perhaps I look poor for them.

The food is over priced and bad quality and service
