Be careful as there are two hotels with the same name. The One close to GYE airport is the fancy one in Samborondón. This one on bolivia is in a dangerous area and is a dump. Many of the reviews here are for the fancy one!

Did an overnight from the Galapagos back home. Beautiful hotel with great service. We had dinner at the rest which was very good. If we go back to this city we will stay again.

What a beautiful hotel. Outside of Guayaquil but close enough to easily travel to and from. A beautiful park like grounds surround the hotel. Great service with wonderful attitudes for us tourists. Oh and take a nice shower in a large bathroom.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the Sanborondon area of Guayaquil. The hotel is located in a nice park/nature preserve. The building is an old hospice beautifully renovated with rooms arranged around two lush courtyards. A true oasis. Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

This is a spectacular historic hotel located in the middle of a park. The rooms were well appointed, beautiful and very large. The staff at every touch point was extremely helpful & friendly. We loved our stay!

Beautiful hotel - everything nice and spotless. Only issue is that you can hear we they are settling things for breakfast and little children running - in fact they woke me up ! Everything else great: breakfast, room, etc

I have been a guest at the Hotel Del Parque on a number of occasions and each time I must admit that the service is better than the previous. I guess that is a sign of a great hotel the fact that you want to keep coming back because of the very personalized and attentive service that the employees have. I will continue to come here as long as I keep coming back to Guayaquil. Location is the central location and the attentiveness of the staff make it all very much worthwhile
