Update to the response- small business or not this was an honest review to the experience I had. Again, pressing on the small business side to get more empathy doesn’t seem very genuine. And again, I did call and canceled, I’m not sure what else your clients need to do to cancel their appointment. This isn’t about trying to “ruin a small business”. How would I ever benefit from that and why would I want that. This was an honest review because as I said before I went for the reviews but didn’t get the same service as reflected in the other reviews. Wish you all the best. ☺️ Poor quality for the price. Dye lasts about a week, overdrawn. Went because of the good reviews but doesn’t seem genuine for the service I got.

Rach at Once Upon A Brow saved my eyebrows! Two years ago my brows were not in a good way, completely uneven as I had mistakenly gone to a local shopping centre last minute for a wax. After that experience I booked in with Once Upon A Brow and they were transformed, now I won’t go anywhere else!

I decided to give Once Upon A Brow a go after a friend had recommended it. All I can say is I won't be looking back! Amy was fantastic and she listened and provided exactly what I asked for. Amazing result!!!
