Title: A Refreshing Stay at Noom Hotel: Perfect for Business Travelers I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Noom Hotel in Conakry, Guinea for a business trip, and I must say that my experience was quite delightful. Boasting a stunning ocean view and providing an ideal setting for meetings, this hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. First and foremost, the staff at Noom Hotel is a shining example of exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. Whether managing my reservations or providing helpful recommendations for local amenities, the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and eager to ensure my stay was comfortable. Speaking of comfort, Noom Hotel's rooms are a true oasis. The well-appointed accommodations provided a tranquil space to relax after a long day of meetings. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and featured modern amenities that met all my needs. The beds were comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the stunning ocean views from my room's window – a picturesque sight to wake up to each morning. While Noom Hotel excels in many areas, it could benefit from expanding its menu and offering a more comprehensive range of food options. Although the food provided was of good quality, a greater variety of choices would enhance the dining experience for guests. By introducing diverse cuisines or expanding upon local dishes, Noom Hotel could truly elevate itself as a culinary destination for its guests. In conclusion, the Noom Hotel in Conakry, Guinea is a fantastic choice for business travellers. Its beautiful ocean views, exemplary staff, and comfortable rooms create a welcoming environment that exudes professionalism and relaxation. With a few improvements in the menu options and choices, Noom Hotel has the potential to become an even more exceptional destination for both business and leisure travellers alike.

Stylish hotel with amazing patio views over the ocean. Rooms are not big, given the price point, but offer everything you need in a safe, secure and clean environment. Not as many facilities as some other places in the area but I would like to return some day.

Visited the brunch today- the manager (big dark guy) at the front desk for the brunch was extremely rude. We were queuing up to pay for the brunch and he kept pushing us out of the way even though we were not in the way. The rude behaviour continued until much later when he realised from the waiters that we were regular clients. Music was too loud and the DJ kept talking as if it were a nightclub. My ears are still ringing and my voice is coarse- would not recommend for a quiet relaxing Sunday. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. However, when it was almost 4pm and we went in to grab a little bite to eat, the manager and another manager called Barry told us that we were not allowed to eat as the brunch was over, even though people from the brunch were still seated and food from the brunch was still served. The customer service was appalling. I would not recommend at all. The managers need a course in customer care. Palm Camayenne were far better.

Terrible service! As my wife stated in her review, the managers seemed to have no training in customer service at all. The manager in charge of the brunch was actually fighting with a female client in front of guests. Appalling behaviour. The only redeeming feature of the hotel was that the waiters were very polite and nice and remembered us from previous visits. The managers definitely need further training. Music was too loud and it was almost like a nightclub. Not classy for a so called 5 star hotel. I sincerely doubt I will be visiting again!

Stay at the hotel was fit for purpose. The service is terrible. Hotel has poor payment systems and still have not provided a refund due to me over two months later.

I struggled with language as guinea is french speaking. The hotel was great but the service especially at the restaurant was lacking.

Not worth the money! The staff at the front desk was not kind during checkin and not helpful while checking out, I found the room with empty minibar, no shower gel, conditioner etc. Two opened pieces of soap were laying there when I entered the room. The wifi in the room was very weak. I paid 220€ per night. Toooo much for this. There are much better and cheaper hotels in Conakry. One star is for the view. The second is for the facility.

This hotel just keeps getting better and better. Very friendly and extremely professional staff, all of the tiny details looked after - my home away from home in Guinea. 🙂

Very nice hotel in every sense: new, comfortable rooms with A/C working well, beautiful infinite swimming pool with sea view view, gear food & service. Not quite clear why the rate is not on it’s maximum…

Nice place but booked a junior suite when we arrived they gave us a standard room. We asked about or reservation for a junior suite and they denied us have if one 👎🏻🤔 so we were stuck with a standard room. The service is very slow and supposedly they offer room service…..well we called 4 times asking for a menu then it finally came. We ordered and they were out of everything we wanted. We the. Asked for a room service breakfast menu and they never sent one up despite us calling multiple times. The pool and view is beautiful. We were just VERY disappointed that we booked one thing and were given another without and apologies or willing to work with us. They just kept blaming it on us and would not take responsibility🤷🏼‍♀️ Not sure if we would stay here again wish they would of been more apologetic about downgrading our room.

The service is absolutely terrible for the price that you pay. You will think that you will get enough bath towels, cream for your coffee, and enough body soap for the average nightly price of $150. The guys that work at the reception desk and house keeping would not respond to any of you needs in a timely manner at all. Overall, the hotel crew in housekeeping and the front desk are absolutely terrible; especially at night time.

Loved it. Beautiful, however staff takes an eternity to meet certain minor requests, IF they follow through. Getting an extra towel was an ORDEAL! Housekeeping saw my towel on the floor, folded it and put it back on the rack. HOW BIZARRE IS THAT! No one ever replaced my broken tea kettle either. Anyway the buffets are good, drinks great, staff friendly and atmosphere just beautiful

Overall 4 💥. The hotel is located conveniently right at the sea shore. The foods is good, has I finity pool. The rooms are great as well. If you are picky, the window may be a bit small. Similarly the two lifts can get really busy. If I had to nitpick, the service was super alow. Great for business meeting stop over.

A very nice hotel located by the coastline of Guinea. The rooms are quite comfortable and the environment is very neat. You can always enjoy a beautiful sunset by the outdoor pool and enjoy live band too. The food are quite on the high side, same for the room. However overall, i really didnenjoy my stay.

Really nice modern and clean hotel about 20 min from the airport without traffic. Large and comfortable rooms. Good WiFi throughout the property. Nice breakfast buffet with a beautiful view over the ocean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was good. The rooms were clean. If something was broken, it was repaired promptly. All the staff were very, very friendly. Communication in English was not always easy, but everyone was eager and very accommodating. It was a very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel and the view over the ocean is indescribably beautiful. The pool is clean and just invites you to swim. We enjoyed the stay very much.

😠 Palm is an historic ruin. The place is nice, that's one star. -Food is horrible (even pasta..) and the chef doesn't know how to cook fish. Expect to wait 40 minutes for a salad. - they asked us to relocate to another room without warning - the laundry was done 2 times they lost 2 items, which we got...
