Thankfully
got
a
full
refund
since
5
minutes
in
the
room
was
all
we
needed
to
decide
not
to
stay.
The
refund
process
was
more
of
a
hassle
than
it
needed
to
be,
though.
The
lady
at
the
front
desk
was
full
of
attitude
while
I
was
completely
polite
and
even
apologetic
the
entire
time.
I
understood
that
it's
not
really
her
fault
that
the
room
reeked
of
cigarette
smoke,
but
she
had
absolutely
no
understanding
for
the
fact
that
I'm
allergic
to
cigarettes.
The
room
was
advertised
as
non
smoking,
but
because
of
the
visible
gap
between
the
door
and
the
door
frame
and
the
people
constantly
smoking
just
outside
their
rooms,
the
entire
room
reeked
of
cigarettes.
Those
gaps
in
the
door
also
meant
we
could
hear
every
word
of
their
phone
conversations.
Didn't
feel
private
at
all.
Also,
some
people
obviously
did
not
abide
by
the
rules
considering
there
were
cigarette
burns
all
over
the
tub.
This
part
is
probably
just
my
own
oversight
in
the
booking
process,
but
I
was
surprised
that
the
room
was
so
tiny
and
that
there
was
no
fridge
or
microwave
in
the
room.
Every
other
location
I've
seen
has
had
a
much
larger
room
and
always
had
a
fridge
and
microwave.
I
should
have
been
suspicious
at
the
super
low
price
point,
but
I
figured
I'd
give
this
place
a
try
since
I'd
had
good
experiences
at
other
Motel
6
locations
in
other
cities.
Guess
now
I
know
not
to
bother
with
this
one.
It's
really
too
bad
it
didn't
work
out
considering
I
was
really
excited
about
the
boiled
peanuts
in
the
lobby...
lol.
Oh
well,
can
always
buy
them
by
the
can
at
Winn
Dixie,
then
heat
them
up
myself
in
a
room
that
actually
has
a
microwave.
