Exceptionally clean, very friendly and welcoming. We arrived to a VERY clean room, (it even smelled clean upon opening the door), the a/c was set low and the room was very cool, (comfortable). when we laid down in the bed, it was even clean smelling! The staff was really friendly and accommodating and were very helpful in all our requests. We will be back here again, it was a great experience!

Great room. Breakfast was well done and staff kept everything stocked. Front desk staff at night and in the morning were so friendly and helpful! Made the stay even more positive.

The hotel staff and manager are of outstanding character and leadership. They’re qualities are sincerely impeccable. At Hampton Gulfport patience is truly a virtue. I wrote a review that was true but rude in the face of a heart break that caused me emotional distress I was not prepared for between the managers daughter and I in unwarrantable fashion. At the time I was very hurt and confused inside. this was not the hotels fault nor the managers fault and I’m just kind of left feeling like a big dumb baby. what I said wasn’t fair to the establishment and I don’t want the public to think the hotel is a bad place because it’s simply not. I was just in a real bad place not thinking like a young man should in light of the situations particularly strange nature and handling. The workers and bosses there will always take care of the guests if possible with all they can. My review was unwarranted and wreck less to mess with someone’s work. Spend your money with Hampton

Family trip for softball tournament. We come down every year so we know they place and know which hotels to avoid. This place is good. Not very walkable, but there's a couple places to eat nearby. Rooms are good, clean and better than average. Not five star. Probably not worth the 250, but we booked late. I think it's 180 room. Pool closed at 8pm. Business computers are usable but not very private if you need that. Not terribly loud, but there were planes landing nearby that came in overhead. I had someone mention they heard dogs in a room, so probably pretty friendly. Luckily we didn't have some near us. GOOD breakfast (6-10am) if you get there early before 7:30. Juice, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, muffins, bagels, apples, oranges, yogurt, eggs, sausage patties. Coffee! No fancy syrups though.

Extremely friendly service at check-in and check-out. Located next to multiple restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were clean and fairly large. They have a vending area with lots of beer, snacks, and other necessities you may have forgotten.

Amazing place to stay with great staff, especially with their consideration for large groups. This hotel and it's staff are the penultimate example of Southern hospitality and class in its care to its guests. Each staff member treated and accommodated our entire college soccer team and our staff of over 35 members as if we were a part of the family. We are extremely grateful and will most definitely return.

Stayed one night after driving 13+ hours and loved it! The lobby is filled with Christmas lights and decor. Staff is friendly. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Shower water pressure was great and water warmed up quick. Bed was soft and I slept well. Located right off the highway and plenty of food areas nearby. Pet friendly. My cat also loved it and didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Our family of 5 was pleasantly surprised by this Hotel. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and our room was huge with a kitchenette. The service was excellent and professional. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast with waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. There was plenty of food at all times, continually replenished and plenty of tables in a large area. There was 3 waffle makers with strawberry batter or plain batter which was an added touch. The location is next to good restaurants and right off the interstate. I would definitely stay here again

Very disappointed. Check in me and wife really only booked to enjoy the pool. Sign says heater out. Pool cold. Not until I left did any one say I could have canceled. We booked two nights. Only stayed one night left early. The beds were terrible neither one of got a real good zzzz.

My son, who's in the Air Force, arrived 4 hours early on his way to his duty station overseas. His room was not ready. Staff went out of their way to get a room ready for him. He would like to thank the staff for getting him check-in so he could rest up.

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in in a long time. Very friendly staff, the room was so big and clean. My family did not want to leave and wanted an extra day just to relax in the room because we was out and about the whole time we were there. The receptionist at the front was so nice and professional. She really made me feel like a VIP member while I was there. I am planning to come back in a couple of months and will be staying here again. The service was very professional and the complimentary breakfast was great. The location of this hotel was great; walking distance to almost everything except the beach, LOL. 5/5 rating from me. I loved my stay here for the weekend.

The front desk night attendant greeted us with a smile, which made us feel welcome. We haven't had such a pleasant reception at other hotels or restaurants. Thank you, it made our stay so much better! The hotel was quiet and pleasantly decorated. The mini fridge didn't feel cold, but once we left drinks and food on it overnight it worked great. For us it was a great hotel for the overnight stay with our dog.

After traveling 9 hours we just needed somewhere to lay our head. The price of the hotel was crazy considering the quality of the room. The bathroom still had hair in the shower. 🤢 The carpet was so damp and sticky I had to lay towels down on the floor to walk in the room after showering. There's 2 other hotels next to this one so I would suggest trying those. (They were both sold out and why we ended up here.) My son left his "lovey blankie" behind and I called the hotel immediately when I noticed it missing at our next stop. It wasn't turned in. Housekeeping probably trashed it which is really sad. My son (6) has had his lovey since birth and it's his security blanket. They should have realized it was well loved and something special. Outside there was a lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot and the back entry door not secured at the back of the building. (Left cracked open so anyone could enter the hotel) We honestly would have left but we had no other option and was staying for one night on our way to Florida.

This hotel offers a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the front desk clerks to the breakfast room attendant. It was quiet, had a wonderful shower with good water pressure, and was very clean. The only thing I had a problem with, which is my problem not theirs, is that the beds are quite hard and I woke up with lower back pain. I didn't have a hard time sleeping, it just wasn't best scenario for my back. My husband slept well on it. So if you require a soft mattress, either ask about a topper or choose another Hilton location. They are the best. The food was excellent and kept freshly stocked at breakfast. They offered crockpot oatmeal and toppings, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle iron with lots of great toppings, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juices, fruit, etc. Something for everyone! Thank you for a great weekend away from home.

Super clean common areas and rooms. Safe and well-lit area. Texas Roadhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings right next door. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stop if traveling along I-10 and need a good, safe, comfortable place to stay for the night.

Checked in here and they have done a fabulous job decorating for the holidays. It feels like Christmas at home. When we got here they were taking down the fall decorations. The staff is amazing you can tell they take great care of their guests and go the extra mile to provide a homey feeling. If you need a clean comfortable place to stay during the holidays this is your place. Nice clean rooms great breakfast. You won’t be disappointed. Wish I could post pictures of the decorations so pretty.

Great experience. We had an issue with my card charging and of course I put the wrong phone number in the account. My room was cancelled. I called right after I received the email and they were quick to book another room for us. Great stay! Clean hotel. Large rooms. We will be staying here next time we visit Gulfport!

Spent 2 wonderful nights at Hampton. Impeccable service. Breakfast was insanely good. Lisa was so warm in welcoming us. Very friendly and helpful. Great personality. She is a great asset to this place. Only one thing I hated. The TV shows are so outdated. I love TLC. We travel to this location for business monthly. I'm in a wheelchair and TV means a lot to me while son conducts business

Hands down the best Hampton we've ever stayed in. SAFE, CLEAN, FRIENDLY. It's in a nice, safe area close to the Biloxi Airport. The breakfast area, gym, and pool areas are well kept and clean. The shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion set-up was very nice. Definitely sets this hotel apart from other hotels - the Embassy Suites should adopt this. The staff is friendly and seem happy. We will definitely look forward to staying in this hotel again. It's nice to have a hotel where you know you're going to be happy with the stay. Thanks for the great service and value Hampton Inn!

What a WONDERFUL experience!! We were greeted by 2 lovely ladies at the front desk (Lisa and Jameka) who went above and beyond to welcome us! Lobby is beautiful, Room was clean, and so excited about the heated pool!! Got excellent recommendations for dining to celebrate our anniversary. Top notch service, and excellent facility!! WE WILL BE BACK😊

Very nice rooms and a wonderful indoor pool area. Everything is very clean and the breakfast is amazing! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because my vehicle was hit in the parking lot, and the hotel has no outside camera to identify the guilty party.

Very nice hotel! Located right there by the interstate and near SEVERAL fast food and dine in businesses! Our room was actually very large, 2 queen size beds and a large desk in the middle of the room that we actually used to lay out our clothes! They have a nice sized indoor pool and their complimentary breakfast was delicious! My kids approved, we approved! Definitely recommend!

This was a great stop for our family on a cross-country road trip for the holidays. The kids could unwind in the pool after driving all day, our suite had plenty of space for 5 of us and our dog, and the breakfast was perfect for just getting on the road the next day. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, great value.

The room was clean and nice, breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. Would stay again if I am in the area. Been having not so great experiences with hotel lately. It was really refreshing to have a great stay. Thanks so much

Front desk ladies in the evening were extremely polite. They gave us extra towels with no issue and gave us the option to charge our ice cream sandwiches from the lobby shop to the room. The manager at checkout wasn't the nicest though.

The hotel was clean and adorably decorated for Easter (in the lobby). But what made this hotel FABULOUS was the personal touch by 3 employees who worked hard to help our family out! Melissa, Brooke and Lisa went ABOVE AND BEYOND to clean our room and make it as comfortable as possible for our family as we traveled. EVERYTHING was booked out in the area and they truly did their best to accommodate us when we were tired and exhausted and had kids asleep in the car (waaaay too late for them). We got the LAST room in the hotel and they worked hard to clean it so that we could stay there that night! They were all three so kind and so friendly.

I was just looking for a reasonable rate, safe/well lit area, near the water park for a couple days. I found all of that and more with this Hampton Inn & Suites Gulfport. We ended up being rained out at the water park so we headed back to the hotel and played for hours in their indoor pool. The room was spacious, the kids loved the big beds and soft sheets. Bathroom was clean and had everything I needed. Our favorite thing was breakfast. The kids and I loved making our own waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs and juices. I loved the coffee bar. Super Close to the water park and 5 min drive to the beach. Win/win. We will be back when in the area.

We booked the hotel for its positive reviews, the indoor swimming pool, and breakfast. The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel also had great restaurants nearby which was an added plus!

The mattress was stiff and firm. We did not sleep well, felt like we almost slept on a boxspring. We decided not to stay the full two days booked. My husband was up overnight he didn’t sleep well the television wasn’t a smart tv but basic cable, I was up at 6 am to notify front desk of the problem. We asked if this was an ongoing complaint she said no, they gave us the opportunity to check the mattresses in another room before check out but, I found the same issue, mattresses very stiff, firm and outdated. The mattresses and televisions need to be upgraded for the rate consumers are being charged for the stay. The rate and stay does not match your charges. Complimentary breakfast with awesome but I’d prefer a comfortable bed. The room overall was not the best for the rates charged. Thanks but no thanks we will not be booking there anytime soon. And we’re still awaiting refund for the second days charge which we were advised would drop off the bill from staff we spoke with prior to check out. Regards, unsatisfied customers.

Best Hampton Inn we've stayed at. The most amazingly friendly and professional staff. Lobby was decorated for fall and was very pretty. Rooms were large and clean. Really great experience here and will stay again

People were very friendly and the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was a little slow just at night We were in room 434 and it was very spacious. The breakfast was good as well. I liked the parking they had right out front. Would definitely recommend

The room was clean and quiet, but that's about the best we can say about it. The fan in the room could not be turned off and the fan in the bathroom could not be turned on. There was no place to PUT anything: 2 small drawers and a tiny closet was the only storage, so we ended up using the nightstands as extra dresser space. To keep from piling stuff on the floor, you can stack stuff on the chair or bench at the foot of the bed or on a small desk, but then there's no place to sit. We don't travel light, and the room was just...awkward. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower pressure was poor, and thankfully we brought our own pillows: the ones in our room were pretty useless. Except for check-in, the front desk staff sat in the breakfast area on their phones every time we walked through the lobby, and they never said a word to anyone. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. We expected SO much more for the price we paid (avg $200/night). We won't be back and will think twice before booking at a Hampton again.

Very well-maintained hotel! They really go above and beyond with the cute seasonal lobby decorations! The rooms are in good condition, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool hours are not convenient, with only being open 10a-8p. The breakfast waffles were delicious, and they offered fun flavors like blueberry! But, everything else for breakfast wasn't great with stale bagels and eggs with peppers in them.

Fantastic stay. We arrived after an eight hour drive and found our room to be perfect for the night. So clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was outstanding. We slept for 10 hours and hit the road early the next day for the next 8 hours of our trip. We wish every Hotel was as nice at this one
