Cute coffee shop, beautiful local pottery & art, VERY good service. Such sweet staff! Husband had large soy latte, sugar free cinnamon and sf vanilla, plus brkfst sand (sausage, egg, chz) I had cold blended java chocolate chip , and brkfst sandwich (bacon, egg, chz) We enjoyed it all! We would definitely recommend this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They had great food, and the service was very good! The only issue was that they got our order wrong, but they were very polite and fixed it with no issue!

What a neat place. Open plan, well decorated felt very comfortable . The food was delicious. My friend had the breakfast bowl, he couldn't eat it all and he tried very hard to. I had the Panwich , two pancake stuffed with scrambled eggs and lg sausage patty. It was delicious, I was able to eat all of mine, barely. A huge selection of coffee. Which was very good. Service was excellent. Even got a chance to talk to the chef. A great young man.

Excellent breakfast options and tastes so good, all made fresh. Soup of the day - Mediterranean one was delicious. Coffee was refreshing. Oatmeal cookies were home made and fresh. Pleasant setup inside like country style. Friendly host. Street Parking available around the place, easy to find.

I am very disappointed in this establishment all around for many reasons. Today was my first time visiting and definitely will be the last. Before arriving, me and my partner viewed our selections for food and drink on their website. We ended up overall spending $50 with tip on drinks and food. We ordered fiesta burrito, hearty breakfast sandwich, an iced mocha latte, and an iced pumpkin spice latte as well as a cinnamon roll. For the food portion of things, the fiesta burrito looked so good and packed with a lot of veggies. It was listed for 8.99+ and when adding meats the price would obviously go up. I forgot to mention I wanted any meat so it was ordered as is, which is fine. I was then charged an extra .75 for cheese on the burrito? No clue why. It’s listed already in the price. When it arrived, there were basically 0 peppers or any veggies besides onion in the burrito. Looked NOTHING like the photo. The breakfast sandwich was incredibly small and had the saltiest sausage on it. The drinks were overall awful. Another reviewer explained their cappuccino tasted like pond water and she was not wrong. I told the girl while ordering I wanted it to taste strong and that I wanted extra espresso. So, I went with a quad latte. I truly do not understand how 4 shots of espresso with milk and flavor tastes just like watered down milk. Tasted like There was 0 coffee in it. The mocha latte was the same way. Basically chocolate milk and it was ordered as a quad too. Looking back at the receipt, we were charged .50 for each drink for being iced? And on the mocha latte charged another 1.50 for mocha when it’s a drink listed on the menu for that price. I wish I read the reviews before coming here. There was a review explaining how a mocha is made with just brewed coffee and mocha and milk. That is incorrect. Mochas are made with espresso. That right there would have deterred me from getting any coffee here as they do not know how to make proper drinks. We spent $50 on a horrible experience. What really makes this place as bad as it is, is the extremely rude owner replying to bad reviews. I wanted to ask to remake my drink or possibly get a refund, but after reading about the way they speak to people over the internet when it comes to any type of confrontation I didn’t want to interact with this person at all. I’m shy as it is coming to these things and that just completely turned me off. These reviews were not being mean or rude at all, simply sharing their experience. The owner calls them keyboard warriors and cowards. Very unprofessional.

I absolutely love this family owned and operated coffee shop / cafe. The service here is so friendly, which is really important to me as a patron. The food is incredibly tasty - I highly recommend the breakfast sandwiches. The space itself is cozy, well-decorated, and inviting. There's a love seat and soft chairs if you'd like to lounge comfortably, or there are ample low-top and high-top tables, including some which offer a pleasant view of 25th Street. They were playing some great music when we visited the other day, too. Great location for working or socializing.

This is a lovely coffee shop located in downtown Gulfport, close to many amenities and attractions. The place was clean and had lots of seating. You can pick up a beverage along with an assortment of pastries and can even take home some coffee to be made with your coffee maker later.

Here from Virginia and decided to stop by, after having breakfast at Magnolia, on Thursday. Just wanted some local coffee. What an awesome place with great frozen coffee drinks (Full disclosure, didn’t get hot coffee). Saw the breakfast menu and was very intrigued, also just wanted to come back for the coffee. The Breakfast was also Top notch! Great place would come again and again.

Stopped by for a late morning coffee/snack. Ordered a cinnamon roll and frozen hot chocolate for the kids to share and I shared a chocolate chocolate chip muffin and iced caramel macchiato with the hubby. The muffin was more like a moist chocolate cake so I was in heaven and my girls devoured their cinnamon roll. The staff was very friendly and patient as we decided on what to get. The couch and chairs are comfy and a great place to relax with a coffee.

Loved stopping by this coffee shop on our weekend trip. The coffee was delicious, as was my daughter's got chocolate, and the pastries were as well. The people working were nice and just made it a very pleasant place to stop in the morning!

Really enjoy this lil Cafe! We found this gem last year while in town for Cruisin the Coast and now it's one of those must go places when we're in town. We stopped in twice this year. Once for breakfast and once for lunch and both times meals were great and really liked that they do breakfast menu all day. Everyone working there I spoke with were very pleasant. Definitely be back anytime were in town. 5 stars and two thumbs up!!!

The atmosphere is inviting and the workers are extremely friendly and patient. It was my first time going there to pick up some coffees and breakfast sandwiches for my work family, and they were extremely helpful in providing truthful opinions on the choices. I was surprised by the options available, especially since one of the women I ordered for was experiencing pregnancy cravings. I told them this and they were diligent in making sure that everything was perfect for her and the rest of the order. The prices were reasonable and the food/drinks were delicious! 10/10 would visit again!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this coffee shop. Everybody is super friendly and the atmosphere is incredible. The coffee is AMAZING. All four appetizers: stuffed mushrooms, loaded nachos, loaded bacon fries and the crab, spinach and artichoke dip are phenomenal. In all seriousness, the crab, spinach and artichoke dip is the best I’ve ever had. There are no words to describe how amazing it tastes. The loaded bacon fries were not like any others I’ve ever tried, I was completely speechless. I’ve only tried 2 of their entrees so far. The baked chicken half and the chicken parmigiana are REALLY good. The chicken parmigiana is beautifully crafted. The only side item I’ve tried so far is the green bean casserole. It was so delicious. I look forward to trying the rest of their menu items. I can’t wait to see where the future leads this beautiful company.

Great coffee and comfortable seating with couch and individual seatings There is a table chair set up as well, if some people prefer that. Couch and coffee tucked in a corner, worked very well for me. I will definitely come here to spend quiet quality time.

First visit to Perks. Staff were polite and courteous. Staff member suggested daily special, cheeseburger flatbread. Dish looked interesting, but it had no flavor and the hamburger meat tasted off. Lemonade was fresh and delicious. I’m interested in returning to try their coffees and pastries. Cinnamon rolls looked delicious.

We are visiting from out of town and needed a nice breakfast before heading out of town. The reviews looked good, so we decided to try it out. The service was awesome and the food and coffee came out fast. However, my husband's biscuits and gravy were microwaved and came out cold. My California omelet was okay, but not good enough to finish, and I rarely leave a meal without a clean plate. The macchiatos were more like lattes and not very high quality espresso beans. Overall, wish we had chosen somewhere else. Not worth $30. In response to the owner, the service was fabulous. And you did graciously get my husband extra gravy, but it was cold and the quality did not meet expectations even after being reheated. We needed to get on the road since we have a long drive today.

Update 10/18: I still am a frequent visitor of Perks! Like any business they are experiencing low staff due to needing employees. They are worth the wait. Kelcey, Ms. d and Hailey are always so good at being fast and making sure the order is done correctly. I love their chef special bagel with a percuccino 💯 anxious to try their lunch and dinner! I have been going to Perks weekly since last year. I absolutely LOVE their new place. It’s beautiful! So much more room, and I feel like the coffee tastes better too. The taller older lady is so sweet and friendly! All of their staff is always hard at work!

The atmosphere was clean and cozy. I got the frozen Cheeky Monkey seasonal flavor and a Fiesta wrap. The staff were all super friendly and sweet. Everything tasted fantastic and was ready quickly. Worth the price for sure. I thought it was going to be some tiny wrap, but it was loaded with fresh deliciousness. Definitely found myself a new little bfast spot.

Love the coffee here. I usually would grab coffee at Starbucks but today I wanted to try something different. I had the lite caramel frozen blend with just the right amount of sweetness for my palate. Sooooo goood. My barista was on point! Thank you. My new favorite place. Great coffee along with great service !

Really disappointing, looks like a cosy coffee shop.. no music playing which really kills the atmosphere, I paid $8.30 for a cappuccino with an extra shot of coffee.. waited 20 minutes without a ‘sorry about the wait’ then I got this.. looks and tastes like weak pond water. Hate to be mean because the girls at the counter were sweet but I would say lacking in barista skill. Would also like to see chins cups/ mugs when dining in
