Great New Year’s Eve location. Friendly staff, great sauna and swimming pool too :-)

Very clean. Nice pool, althoug it closes at 21:00 way too early if you arrive late. Breakfast was okay, not special. Great view in my room on the second floor.

Great place to have a good rest after long road traveling through Europe. Calm area, comfortable self check in if needed after reception working hours, quite easy to park and very comfortable room and bathroom - couldn’t ask for more :) Take in mind that in weekends the breakfast starts quite late.

Good quality Hotel with great service. Nice views and twittering of the birds in the morning to shake you from your slumber. Pool in the basement to have a splash about in. Breakfast is Wunderbar. End of.

Nice atention about the employees, the rooms are some strech but fine if you are staying for a business trip, the food is awesome and the views of the entire town is beautiful..! Recommended 100%

the Phoenix hotel was on the way up to the aussichturm near Bergneustadt. The number of the walk is "11" and only 12 kms around the town. Very scenic and not too far for a walk in November

We went to a funeral coffee and the hotel was completely unprepared to serve the guests. I expected better!
