Nice banquet for parties. Their services are really great and food quality is also best. Along with banquets one can avail rooms also. Their rooms are quite spacious with decent ambience. Ample space for parking.

Our 25th anniversary function was planned here and we got a realtime experience with great hospitality by Manager Mr. Vishal...Awsome food, Perfect arrangements, Classic decor... Our guests were happy and satisfied and everybody who attended the function still call us for praises.

Room (305) was okay with clean linens. The bathroom is not well designed. The shower area is rectangular and there is no shelf to keep toiletries. The exhaust did not seem to work, and there were molds in multiple locations. There is very little space around the WC. However, the water temperature and pressure were good. The breakfast spread was limited with very slow service. Didn't get tea/coffee even after a 10 min wait. Food quantity was just acceptable. The bar served better coffee, though.

Breakfast is nice, and staff friendly. Bed was too soft, comfy to sit in but painful to sleep in. Bathroom not really clean but ok.

Rooms were really big, neat and clean. Linen was fresh and all the mentioned amenities were present. One downside was the rooms being old fashioned, the lighting, plumbing etc was quite old and falling apart evidently.

Had gone there to attend a small family function. The place is good for small gathering. May be they also have bigger hall which I am not aware of. Good was good. Location is good. Parking no issue. Can't comment on rooms as we didn't stay there.

Rooms are good, but basic plumbing problem in the washrooms, like the sinks and taps are beautiful, but water splashes out if the sink and wets your clothes. toilet jet has no pressure control, it can just pierce through your soul

Hotel and room are decent. However they need to focus on cleanliness. The room floor had stains, mattresses were left unattended in the corridor, found a hair in my towel.

It's a renovated facility with a single lift. It has a capsule lift with all walls blocked out. Rooms are well appointed and room service and house keeping are polite and efficient. The front office needs to improve a lot and become more aware of guests needs. They booked the same room for some of the guests in our group. Good place....could improve

Rooms are decent size and with amenities, it's the bathroom which disappointed...there is no vent or exaust fan... ventilation system could be better.

worst food quality..while complaining about food to manager. the hotel manager didn't give us any relevant solution.....So its my advice to all doesn't go their for dining....3rd class service

Hotel is good and comfortable. Only part I dint liked it they do not allow the guest in your room, which is a type of pain to me cause after a long and hectic day they will ask you to come and sit jn the restaurant or in the lounge area with your guest , which was not feasible for me. If anyone is booking a good hotel thn they only keep onething in their mind which is their comfort and peace of mind. If you're on the corporate tour and looking for the long stay you need to keep this point. Cause personally suffered due to this.

Great stay and staff. Easy mode of transportation available for golden temple , wagah border Nd jallianwala bagh. Enjoyed my stay there.

I recently stayed at your hotel and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, my stay was not satisfactory. The rooms were not well-maintained, and my visit to the restaurant for breakfast was quite disappointing. Despite arriving at 7:30 a.m., the breakfast was not ready, and even after ordering tea and paratha, I did not receive them after half an hour. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, I felt that my concerns were not properly understood, and the response was lacking in customer service. Consequently, I decided to check out and leave the hotel. I believe it's crucial to address these issues for the improvement of your services. I hope my feedback can contribute to a better experience for future guests.
