recently
stayed
at
your
hotel
and
I
wanted
to
share
my
feedback
regarding
my
experience.
Unfortunately,
my
stay
was
not
satisfactory.
The
rooms
were
not
well-maintained,
and
my
visit
to
the
restaurant
for
breakfast
was
quite
disappointing.
Despite
arriving
at
7:30
a.m.,
the
breakfast
was
not
ready,
and
even
after
ordering
tea
and
paratha,
I
did
not
receive
them
after
half
an
hour.
When
I
brought
this
to
the
attention
of
the
front
desk
staff,
I
felt
that
my
concerns
were
not
properly
understood,
and
the
response
was
lacking
in
customer
service.
Consequently,
I
decided
to
check
out
and
leave
the
hotel.
I
believe
it's
crucial
to
address
these
issues
for
the
improvement
of
your
services.
I
hope
my
feedback
can
contribute
to
a
better
experience
for
future
guests.
