We stayed at this campsite for one night on the way south, so maybe not a lot to go on, but we had a nice stay nonetheless. Personally, I like campsites with a bit more trees / natural shade, but that's basically the only negative I can come up with. The site is nicely situated by the Neckar river, with an impressive lock within a nice evening walk's distance. The showers have been renovated in April '22, they're modern, clean and hot. The swimming pool is nice. The restaurant serves simple food (mit käse überbacken) for reasonable prices (schnitzels in variations 12-15 eur) . Staff is really friendly (new owner since '22). You can order bread for pickup from 8AM. This is really quite a nice place, but I don't know enough about the surroundings to say if it's worth staying longer.

Pretty friendly staff. Great soil for the tents. And most importantly, there was an orange electricity box in the middle of the tent field, especially put in place so that the dutchies could charge their oh so needed phones ;) Thanks :p

Very good site, good flat pitch, excellent bar and restaurant facilities, free showers, free electricity. Managed well,especially over a Bank Holiday, when campsite was very busy.

Very nice, green location; not crowded despite holiday season (I went in July). Friendly staff that serves good food for a more than reasonable price. The place is a little far from everything that can't be found in the cute village of Neckarzimmern (which is a lot), meaning you can't just walk into town for a couple of minutes to get something at the supermarket. Also, there is limited access to electricity. However, this is more than made up for by the large pool, good balance between shade and sun, good sanitary, and - again - really nice staff.

Nice and quiet camping with pool, and nice restaurant with good and affordable food. Beautiful views. Highly recommended, we will definitly come again.

Situation is excellent but the execution was abysmal! Avoid this place like Covid. If it’s been raining make sure your site has firm ground or else you’re going to get stuck and you’ll be charged to be extracted by tractor! Grumpy unhelpful owners who are a total ripoff!!

Lovely part of the country, fantastic beers on draught, facilities clean and adequate. Didn't give 5* as the owner for some trivial reason increased the nightly cost by €1 over the ACSI book price!

Nice place but the senior is unfriendly so you are aware!
