Zero rating, Hotel management don't know how to behave with customer, hotel proprietor behaviour was very rude, it's for protitutes not for families, finnally hotel management wants money, i won't recommend this type of hotel to stay with family and friends , same we booked through Oyo and payment done, after reached hotel, management denied check-in and commanded for extra money.... Oyo customer support not resolved after complaint raised also...

We booked for but when we checked in, they rejected online booking saying that "we are not accepting any online booking" and they asked us to pay 1500 per day for room and cancel the online booking. When we tried to contact Agoda regarding this, their numbers are not working (very bad). We were forced to book at an alternate hotel near. sometimes. Note: - Don’t book this hotel they staff are very rude and Agaoda or OYO customer care don’t respond….

Property owner says he doesn't accept Oyo booking and Oyo cannot shift the hotel nor can connect to it's own property Also cannot refund since it's auto checked in Also for refund you have to give your bank details and wait while second time they come back and say please share your details again But they collect amount by UPI net banking and all Also when you book your room Oyo be sure to confirm your booking by calling the property bcos Oyo cannot control is own property which is listed on its app Don't become a jester before the hotel who tells i will not accept Oyo booking but you can stay at my hotel at double the Oyo rate This reminds me if Oyo is a broker to loot travelers🤐

The Oyo hotels in Guntur are not giving rooms for your Oyo they took extra money from us which is 1000rs and gave us only 2 rooms for the total cost of 2200rs this is atrocious i only got to know that we don't have room for Oyo guys after visiting the hotel spot....this is not at all correct....make this right immediately this is my wnd experiance in Guntur.....
