At last we have McDonald's in guntur. For giving a review it's already the perfect taste for Berger. All other menu items are good but still the surroundings and parking is not fully established. Maybe after a month after the shopper shop opens it looks good.

Waited for this since 2018, but my first experience was not at all satisfied. Compared to VJA the time for serving the order is so long that i almost waited about 1 hour for dine in. The staff were kind of ok, As we went and asked them about our order they keep on saying since your order is large it takes time. Also they self order machines are getting frequently glitched i don’t know what was happening there but due to crowd and all this stuff made the queue much longer. Taste is just like any other McD.

Food👍 is as usual as per their standards. The ambience🤞 is not pleasant at all, there's a lot of noise from the kitchen. And cleanliness👎👎 is also not up to the mark and the glass/cup in which they serve is stinking😡😡, you can smell when taken near to the mouth to drink. Neat and clean ambience should be maintained.🫰

Now no need to go till Vijayawada for McDonald's, this McDonald's has everything and it's big and spacious it also has a party room and u also get options like pickup or be serviced , order through screens is also easy

I visited Mc Donald's in Phoneix mall yesterday Ordered Veg burger and crispy cheese balls Within 2 mins my order is served But the burger which I got is served with discolored bun and it smells different I escalated it to the staff there and they immediately checked the burger and exchanged it with fresh one. But it is really shocking to see such type of food in McDonald's... The staff didn't apologize for it atleast Coming to the seating space ... Huge space available here and there is small hall to celebrate birthday and other get together parties

The new McDonald's outlet opened in Phoenix Mall is a huge success in Guntur. When I visited this outlet, I did not find a table. Such is the rush in the evening hour. It became an adda for the youth of the city. All other things are quite good about this outlet.

The restaurant was very crowded and it was difficult to find a seat. Additionally, I found the food to be average and not particularly noteworthy. To make matters worse, there were an excessive number of houseflies in the store, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. On top of all that, many items on the menu were not available, which was frustrating. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience at McDonald's in Guntur. Between the lack of parking, crowded atmosphere, mediocre food, and the presence of so many flies, I cannot recommend this location to others.

Good service&good atmosphere.....i went outside to eat something at 10:00pm.Most probably every shop and hotels also closed by 9:30pm. luckily mec d was open( it will be open till 11:00pm), had my meal, enjoyed food and atmosphere...

Recently opened in pheonix mall. Mall is still under development. Mc Donalds is the same everywhere. As it is newly opened it is quite good at taste and service.

Food is nice. But the customer service is not satisfactory . The staff is new to MC i hope the staff will get knowledge on the service and addressing towards customers. I observed the order is not given fully to customers. I have to confirm the items with staff 2 to 3 times.

Is there only 2 order counters available they also working very slow, While we give order just I asked them they said server problem Also is there kiosk order displays not working 5/5 👎🏼 it's biggest disappoint My experience they are not fallow the MC D standards in Guntur city .... If you maintain standards of MC D Will survive here if not ...can't longer run here
