This
is
not
the
best
place
out
of
the
visited
jewellers
for
sure.
There
are
goods
and
bads
in
our
visit.
Here's
is
our
experience
with
them.
Long
story
to
go.
Good
part
is
they
don't
charge
too
much
like
other
renowned
brands.
There's
no
need
to
bargain
and
they
try
to
give
best
price.
They
have
good
collection
as
well.
But
here
is
our
bad
experience:
Staff
do
not
care
about
the
customers.
We
waited
for
10-15
mins
for
the
staff
to
receive
us
and
show
and
ornaments.
We
then
realised
there
were
many
people
waiting
like
us
for
the
staff.
If
the
staff
have
one
customer,
they
do
not
care
about
others.
They
were
polite
but
not
responsive.
Still
we
saw
the
product
and
proceeded
to
purchase
after
10
mins
as
we
liked
the
ornament,
and
staff
handed
over
the
estimate
and
asked
us
to
go
to
booking
counter.
When
we
went
for
billing,
there's
much
crowd
standing
as
the
billing
is
slow.
They
have
got
the
ornament
without
showing
weight
in
weighing
scale
and
asked
us
to
pay.
When
insisted
they
asked
us
to
talk
to
staff
who
has
shown
the
ornament
for
the
same.
After
discussion
they've
shown
the
weight
with
the
tag.
Finally
after
purchasing,
weight
was
.010
gms
less
than
mentioned
in
the
tag.
When
we
asked
the
billing
staff,
they
said
that's
negligible
and
they'd
consider
only
one
number
after
point
also
they
are
saying
the
weighing
scale
might
not
be
accurate
to
point
digits.
It's
funny
that
the
reputed
company
staff
is
saying
this.
One
more
point,
not
sure
why
every
staff
would
insist
us
to
take
a
scheme
irrespective
of
the
purpose
we
visited.
And
you
get
better
schemes
in
other
jewellers.
Overall
it's
a
very
bad
experience
through
out
the
visit.
We
thought
of
purchasing
another
ornament
initially
and
we
dropped
the
plan
to
buy
from
them
and
went
to
other
jewellers
where
we
had
a
good
experience.
