The maintenance & infrastructure is good, the seating arrangement & music environment is perfect, when it comes to serving the service is fast & fine, even the waiters are very friendly with customers, specially a guy named Kalyan such a sweet person. When we comes to the food part, the soup is good & salads are average & starters are tasty but the disappointing thing is the main course, only one biriyani is available which is not tasty at all, the curry is also not good. It is very disappointing when it comes to main course, having only starters is better than having the main course. But if you plan to go with friends & family it ok to visit once, because the ambiance is good & food I don't know maybe you can feel opposite to my review, the cost is flexible with the customer's. The funny part is with the monalisa 😜🔥 painting 🎨

It doesn't even deserve one star ...worst food ever ...the chicken curry has a pungent smell like a chemical waste in chemistry labs ... don't go by looks ...the starters chicken seem to be fine but it doesn't taste good ...and the biriyani..first don't call it biriyani...yak ...it doesn't even taste like pulao...the only food item that's fine was the peanut salad ..bcos it is only rosted peanuts and chopped tomatoes and onion with salt and pepper 🤣🤣..they serve some sweet saying kheer or payas ..the moment I ate it my hate towards sweets began ... someone like me who is a sweet thooth ,found of sweets disliking sweet is extremely rare .. so imagine how bad the food was...and even the pizza 🍕 is also bad..

I am really surprised by the number of positive reviews and I am ‘not’ sure if the buffet price was the criteria for their reviews because from taste,quality and hygiene - I Would strictly ‘not’ recommend. Came to know from the staff that most of the Kitchen & Front office staff has been moved out and the quality of service has drastically come down. Also horrible reality is most of their dishes are left overs from their previous day/week menu. There is ‘not’ a single item that I enjoyed !! Would not come again and definitely would not recommend. The Franchise should not spoil the reputation of the brand and Owners should be cautious in handing over their brand. Happy Exploring

My experience was worst. Two stars only for service. Waste of money & time. Starters was uncooked & tasteless. In main course nothing was tasty. Ambience was dull. Not recommended!!!

I visited in 2021 and it was the best thing I did ,the slow background music as we enter, as soon as we sit the welcome drink( fresh pine apple juice) and the waiters coming one by one serving the variety of starters and unlimited pizza and many more tasty stuff . but but but ..... When I recently visited ,no music , no proper AC, mazza/frooti as a welcome drink😑, the starters were so spicy idk if they were trying to lower the consumption by making it more spicy and no pizza and the taste nothing special , They said this is happening because of saw issues with the staff,I hope it's resolved soon.

It’s a great experience. The service of Mr. Zahir Khan was obviously pleasant and warm. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly.....It can be delicious food with excellent service.

Ambience is very good. They started a drink and then starters. They served about 8 to 9, corn, soups, panner starters. Roti with panner and chicken curries are not good. Veg biryani is available and only one sweet is available. Its good but not very satisfying with desserts. Chicken cheese pizza is served. Water bottle and other soft drinks are chargeable. Over all its good for the money.

10/10 for ambience Food was good some items are delicious but 3 or 4 items was not up to mark pizza was not good at all. But it's best i think for that price they're serving more items..... Sweet (shrikhand) wasn't good better to keep kheer in the place of shrikhand and Please add icecream that's one of the thing that everyone is missing at the end......♥

Ambiance is good. Service is good. Food is worst. AC not working. Out of 4starters 1 is good in non veg. Out of 4starters 1 is good in veg. Coming to main course none of them tasted like it's name. For the first time I left food on the plate and felt like not to eat any food again. when I gave this review to the manager , he said he don't know anything he got appointed 2 days ago. He said he will check. A big question is how did this get 4.6 rating.

If there is anything good about this place, it is only the Ambience and you can capture good pictures Coming to food, there are very less number of items and none of the items tasted better except the peanut salad I would frankly never suggest anyone to visit this place and I wouldn't prefer visiting this place again

Worst experience faced in hotel. No ACs are working and no taste at all. Mainly in chick Biryani chicle pecs came with feathers with cleaning.

My first experience of a all you can eat buffet, I'm happy to say our city has this kind of restaurant. The ambiance, the vibe, and the food is well worth your money. I highly recommend this establishment for hangouts and they also let you celebrate birthdays.This is an experience I've enjoyed.

Don't expect the pizza by seeing the name of the restaurant. They're not serving pizza anymore. The quality of items is not good, means it's not fresh food. All the items in the menu not available. Only positive of the restaurant is located in prime location and nice tables like western restaurant. But food is very bad and there are 100 more best resturants are available in guntur. If you're vegitarian then don't consider as second option also.
