Inside store is really excellent and lot of stuff, but out side little lighting low comparative to other stores & difficult to find it during night times.

Very bad behaviour of staff at billing counter. They manipulate to buy membership or to buy more stuff so that you can redeem coupons. Staff should be trained to behave professionally

Very unorganized and the sales executives has a very snobby attitude... They act new to their own arrangement of clothing... Also the collection is not that appealing.. The packing is pathetic...

I have bought Mee Mee baby liquid cleanser as before. It smells of surfing powder/ clothing detergent. Very unhappy with the new bottle. Doesn't wash off easily. Bottle cleaning has become a headache with it

Cheating in the name of coupons, they call and invite that we got coupon, after purchasing the goods they say you didn't get any coupon. Cheap Business tricks #firstcry and store people are more careless and unprofessional they don't even answer anything. And it doesn't have at least 30% products that are visible in firstcry app. Whatever we ask they we don't have. App would be the better place to buy for nice range of products with better discounts.

Very bad experience on toys. Cheap range and no warranty and guarantee. Better to buy in online and use for 1 week and able to return if any damage. But this shop is very bad. Once billing done and next day even they won't repair or no more guarantee on toys. Waste of money on big brand retail showroom. Better to purchase local toy shops are more beneficial than forstcry retail outlet
