This place is amazing! Fitness theory Gym will inspire anyone to workout that comes here with the mindset of getting it done. Infact the atmosphere in gym encourage to visit it everyday which results in good fitness. I am happy with the services, trainers and hygiene. It has made gym more efficacious.

A gym is expected to be worthy from the condition of its machines and after joining I am damn sured that this is really deserving as I found equality in both hands of the machine and this is very rare. Also it is always neat and clean and the environment is very good with the proper guidance at the very instant.

Very nice gym neat and clean. Good nortus workout machines . Trainer’s are so nice and well behaved. Always motivates you like brothers. And they have double big air conditioners in the gym.

I've been training with Fitness Theory for couple of months now, and believe they have the most experienced and committed trainers around who know what they are doing and help us train by being with us every step of the way, and having the finest machines and equipments. Highly recommended.
