The i had booked the Hotel through Fab Hotel. The pictures shown in the App are very old and very different from the actual condition of the place. Felt cheated. Had to cancel and i have not received any refund or compensation for this. I even took pictures to send in the feed back. To which FabHotel has shamefully replied "it seems the renovation work has been done on the walls of the hotel due to which the walls looks dirty" Isnt renovation done to make it not look dirty ? Are you supposed to rent out on going renovating rooms ? Is it right to cheat customers by upload outdated old photographs of a place.

The room was filthy, stinky, lift wasn't working, internet wasn't working. They didn't provide packaged drinking water also. Walls are not clean. I ended up booking another hotel early morning and didn't even bath at the hotel. Worst experience. The hotel staff was not responsive enough either. The customer care representative was utter nonsense. In the midnight they were asking me to go to a different hotel because of internet issue.

Room was in very bad condition, tv was broken, lamp lights were broken or not working, washroom was not clean, light lamps was not there in the washroom, overall bad experience due to the room

The food was good. Extremely I enjoyed the positive aroma there, it made my whole journey so smooth. Would like to visit again ☺️

Non hygiene..no staff are there to taking care..what food horrible..you just go there..when you have no option to go there .only receptionist behaviour was good except that nothing was good

I and my family enjoyed the stay with the perfect view from the balcony . Delight in the efforts of the staff the quality of the food was my priority and I found it amazing .

Well-maintained rooms and their timely services made our stay a remarkable one would highly recommend this place for large family gatherings as well

Bad experience about this hotel under Fab group Room was dirty, Bad sheet dirty, Room service bad, Smell inside, washroom not clean Manager and present staff not cooperative it's bad experience am never suggest or come again, am booked this hotel for two days and due to this bad experience am quit in over night .....!! Really feel am waste of money in this hotel.
