Let me start by saying that Crowne Plaza wasn't my first choice, but I am super happy I stayed here. The rooms were big, clean, with all amenities one could ask for. If I am splitting hairs, I would complain that the TVs are not smart - so you can't watch your own stuff. Otherwise, zero issues. The staff were always attentive and kept my room impeccably clean through out my stay. A couple of times I asked for support, they were there immediately, even in the middle of the night. Coming to the food, breakfast, drinks, or dinner - the food is worth the price. You have a wide choice - Indian or Western. I recommend going to breakfast a little early on weekends though. Service levels go down a bit during those peak times. Finally, I used their pool and spa services. It's one of the best services I have had - globally. In short, I loved my 10+ day stay in Crowne Plaza every bit. Look forward to going back there again.

Located on Highway with a service Lane entry the Hotel is well maintained & amazing hospitality. Whether you visit the hotel for stay or not but you should give a try to their bakery. Their cake is excellent, specially chocolate truffle. You will get 50% discount if you buy it post 7PM.

Good hotel in a convenient location. I stayed here for three nights. The room has a lot of light, oversaw the pool and the bed is large and comfortable, featuring a supportive Orthopaedic mattress. There is a fancy Toto toilet with all the bells and whistles, rain shower and bath tub, WiFi signal is great, breakfast at the all day dining has an amazing spread. The cleanliness is good but some areas need some minor maintenance. That includes the AC which sometimes doesn't dehumidify and or the shower when hot water wasn't available (maybe only in the room I was in). Good rates. Staff are helpful but are overwhelmed (partially because people in Delhi have no manners, cutting queues and not wearing masks).

Poor service standards for room guests specially since 2020. Most staff I'll trained. Room service poor. Food portion sizes are very small & unacceptable from 5 star hotels. Red fox & lemon tree hotels aren't best budget hotels but their food is tastier and bigger food portions. Hotel Location good but overall service not worth the monies.

Overall a fine stay with some suggestions. The room was very clean and well equipped.The majority of staff members are very hard working and courteous (including housekeeping, at the buffet, and entrance). However, nobody picks up calls at the reception. Also, the person at the reception in the morning did not help much and was arrogant. You should not sell early check-in and late check-out package when there is a high number of bookings (holidays) because we paid extra for them to the travel agent. I had to call the duty manager, at last, to ask about late check-out, who seems to be arrogant as well. Please keep in mind that someone is paying extra for that.

Okay hotel. Location is best part. In sector 29 near to MG road Metro station. I visited in June 2018, renovation work is going on in ground floor. Ambience, hygiene are not that good. This may be reason behind renovation. So price seems higher as many good options are available in same price band.

Modest hotel with all facilities... You will find it quite a good place and yes the food is delicious. Laundry service is good also. Been there for 2 weeks, I enjoyed every moment of it. If in gurgaon, should be here for pleasant stay in the city. It is closer to metro station and market as well and you can enjoy every type of meal here...... It also arrange corporate meetings and marriage function as well...

Overall had a great stay fir one night. Breakfast as well as lunch buffet was amazing, so many varieties of cuisines. Bathtub in the room was nice, room was very spacious with remote control curtains. Nice swimming pool view as well. Thanks to Nikita and utsav for helping me during my whole stay.

Presently it's a rundown version of its past Glory.. Rooms are great.. Location is quite nice... For frequent travellers who understand food... It's a bit disappointing . F&B crew aren't attentive.. Even there sou chef couldn't dish out what I wished to have.... I Stayed for 7 days and was met with empty promises each day.. Towards the end ,, I was craving to step out and have some good food..

Had an amazing experience in this hotel. Starting from the receptionist till the beautiful room. I had an exceptional service in the bar at the ground floor, been taking care by professional staff especially “PRIYATOSH” who did his best to make me happy by offering the best in the menus and the specials. Not only saved me money but also his service was exceeding the standards with his smile and attendance.

Very nice ambience all over. Since we are fully vegetarian so we had vegetarian foods and found it very tasty and nice. Staff is cooperative. Live Music is played in evening during dinner in one restaurant. Nice place for meetings and get together. Wishing them Good Luck 👍

Beautiful hotel lots of great amenities. Great variety of food available for every meal with 24 hour room service. Large rooms very well laid out and well kept. The room was very clean. I worked nights so I arranged for housekeeping to come after 5pm and they were quick to accommodate. Everyone was very nice. The concierge was very helpful as well. He recommended places to visit while I was here. My flight was canceled and they were quick to extend my stay which was super helpful and I was able to keep the same room. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Oh and the view from my room overlooking the city is breathtaking.

Recently stayed here whilst on a business trip. The room hotel was nice enough but didn't really get chance to explore it or try the food. The room its self needed a little TLC but overall wasn't bad and was kept tidy. Only a few negatives the room I had at the back of the building was over the generators which went on all day and night. Also the window could do with being changed as it was frosted from top to bottom so couldn't see anything out of it. Overall for a business trip I would stay again but for holidays and travelling I would try somewhere new.

I stayed here for 15 days in 2018 and my experience was really bad. I was expecting a top notch service since the hotel had a big brand name but unfortunately the experience was like a normal station side hotel. Not worth of 75k bill which was paid.

Located in Sector 29, its located in between hotel cluster around that area. Hotel staff is decent and rooms are good enough. Though renovation work is going on at one or more floors, that wasn't much of an issue besides some noise in lobby area. Rooms and bathroom were clean. A few places needs fixes but that's I guess the reason hotel was renovating. Overall it was a good experience staying here and recommended from my personal view.

Cafe G serves up an amazing repast - be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu is varied and uniformly excellent. The ambience is great. Weather permitting, dining in the open is area is a great experience. Beyond that, the service staff are awesome! Attentive and unobtrusivly helpful, these folks make dining here an absolute pleasure!

Nice economy hotel -Effotel. Room sizes good. Awesome and very very cool staff. Great hospitality. And the best part - Awesome food at such great price. I must admit they have a super awesome chef. Must try if you are visiting Gurgaon. For most of the food you will get in Gurgaon hotels/pubs/restaurants no one can beat their taste for the price for sure. Just one less star for few things like old towels in bathroom, little more comfortable beds. In all, for the price - the experience is great.

We have to get refund an around of INR 33000 from this hotel and same has been pending since 14-Dec-19 and we followed up with Mr. Naresh account department & amount supposed to refund on 13-Jan-19. After that we started follow up with hotel and account Manager Mr. Sanjay we got Irresponsible answer from him regarding refund. We coordinate with GM of Hotel after that also necessary action not taket by hotel Management. In single hotel's staffs are arrogant. Kindly avoid booking in this hotel

Great hotel, great service, great ambience, courteous staff. The only problem was the breakfast because the waiting staff were either not skilled or ignorant of customer service. Some of them were even rude not to follow my request. May be it happened to me as all the days during my stay I went there after 9 am which is supposed to be the busiest time so I give it a benefit of doubt. The spa is also great and has trained and courteous staff. Overall it was a very good stay. Highly recommended

Nice place to stay! Very friendly staff! Hotel is located only 5 minutes walking distance from Sector29 Pub-Area! Breakfast-Buffet is really great! Rooms are very spacious and clean, same bathroom! And Hotel is only 25 minutes away from Delhi International Terminal 3!

Beautiful hotel lots of great amenities. Great variety of food available for every meal with 24 hour room service. Large rooms very well laid out and well kept. Pool area is fantastic with lots of lounging area around tables to sit around on a large patio area. We will update as we are trying the spa and other amenities today.

The hotel is spacious and has a few banquet halls for both, small gatherings of 40-50 people, as well as for much larger functions such as pre-wedding functions, weddings and receptions. It has a nice outdoor area as well, which can be used to host outdoor parties, functions or other events. In terms of ambience, it is quite plush and nice inside. However, the food definitely has scope for improvement.

Stayed here for 5 days in November 2017 so this review is based on a experience I had 5 years ago. But I don't think things have changed dramatically since then. Rooms were great with nice bathroom and mini bar included liquor. Buffet was also very good. You can exchange your dollars to Indian Rupees from the hotel if required. Staff was friendly and supportive. Nothing to complain about except they didn't allowed to take photographs of the hotel from the outside.

The rooms are not upto standards with what one would expect of a 3 star. It used to be much better when I visited 3 years back. Food and service were decent for an over night stay.

Pathetic the levels of service seems to have dropped as if a different gravity has hit them. India is coming back post COVID but crowne plaza hasn't we booked a conference room and the ac has only 2 options full on or full of and in the middle of it is missing service. The lunch was no different good food but poor service really hope Crowne plaza gets over the COVID hangover soon.

Nice place to hang out both with family and friends. Buffet and also A la carte available. Buffet they have both veg and non veg dishes. Starters are unlimited. Food they serve in halal. Starters are very good. In Buffet they have fish, mutton, chicken, prawn and crab gravies. Biriyani (chicken) is good. Drawbacks: a little disappointed from the salad and dessert section. Could have been better. Regarding Crab gravy, good pieces were missing. Only a few pieces that too very small were available.

This is a very good business hotel. The location is very good, right on corner of NH 48. The food is very good, the staff is friendly. The busines center is good with all advanced facilities. Location wise, it is not very far from the New Delhi Airport. It will take you around 1 hour to one and half hour for you reach here from airport in a optimum traffic. It has very good ambiance and very nice pool. Looking forward to my next visit.
