Thank god. I saved my hard earned money. Not get trapped by them. They wasted my 2 hours and did all best possibility to sell the membership. So, guy be aware from this company.

Me and my husband were called for "promotional offer" for joining the membership through them. We were welcomed with a comment "What happened, have you never been to such a big hotel before?" Amazing that is, what kind of hospitality was it? Secondly we were offered water glasses with bare hands, no trey nothing was there. And the last but not least, when we turned down their membership (which needed us to pay Rs. 65000 + 5000 then and there) , the marketing manager was rude enough to say "why were you here at the first place when you had no intention of taking it" and he just left the table. He boasted about the banquet hall facilities but i would rate it to nothing to what other hotels of Gurgaon has to offer. The hotel has poor staff and zero hospitality and then they expected us to accept their "Scheme" and that too then and there. They will charge you for everything(as per their service policy), their wi-fi does not, work(on their own systems), the marketing executive is not aware of "international destination's name" ( we asked him about Venice). etc. etc...

Fraud and cheaters. Pls never visit on their invitation of any lucky draw or membership kind of thing. They will cheat you with your hard earned money and will give you any service against that amount. They have cheated more than 100 innocent people by their fake commitments. Its a totally fraud company.

Hope there was an option to give negative stars as well. Worst place to stay, work and even come eat. Terrible Management, Non compliant and shady rooms and alleys, no services what so ever, Food never available on time, quality of food, rooms and all the services are pathetic. Owners just know and want to make money by any means but not provide services to its customers. Also they don't pay salaries to their own staff on time. Everything is over priced and services are under performed.

Very very bad service they are cheaters please be aware don’t book this hotel trust me I gave one star because they they don’t have minus. Not recommend ever

It's a good hotel but definitely not a four star which it claims to be. The bedsheets had holes, ac wasn't working and food was the worst, very expensive and not that tasty. The tea they serve is out of wending machine, when asked for prepared tea a different tea was served which was even bad tasting than the first one. But on the positive side, most of the staff was good and the rooms interior was good

Jesus Christ... I am surprised that this junkyard can call itself a hotel.. To start with.. The reception has no staff.. You have to go and find em.. Then they give you a room which is a walk through a weird floor through a derelict library.. And then you find yourself in a room which would normally be described as something in need of a desperate refurb. Don't believe it... Please see the pics...

Too bad, on this premium location, they have this kind of hotel. Very old one, not well maintained. Room even tough big, but it’s old an outdated. Wifi is terrible on and off all the time and breakfast are terrible. However staff is very helpful.
