Recommend only for business meetings. Rooms are too small that it can accommodate only one person. Bathroom are small that you will fight to adjust there. IT staff was not Cooperative. Other all staff were very cooperative. Food was below average. Not good taste. I asked for floor manager but he did not have time. I asked for chef and he did not have time. I registered my food issue and IT guy issue at reception.

It was my first time, travelling solo since the pandemic. I was super excited to meet my team for the first time in person. The hotel offered me with a smooth airport transfer and the commute to the hotel was quick. The stay was comfortable, very clean rooms, everything was perfect to the T. What I did not expect was the food to be good however, it turned out to be absolutely delicious. The breakfast and dinner were finger licking delicious, something that is a rare find in star hotels. The staff were super helpful and loved the hospitality! I would absolutely recommend Hotel Ibis for a comfortable stay! I'm definitely coming back if I travel to Gurgaon again!

The hotel was well maintained. It has a beautiful dining area and a cute cafe where different kinds of performances keeps on happening. The morning buffet was average. But the stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The location of the hotel is very accessible. I would rate the overall experience as 3/5.

Stay here 10 nights. It has a great bar and restaurant. Also gym is open for enthusiastic guys. Met here with Preeti, she is very polite and did excellent work while housekeeping. The overall experience was great at Ibis.

Rooms are good but the storage and counter space are bare minimum. I expected more sunlight in the room but it only has a small window. The storage for clothes are totally insufficient so if you are traveling for business visit or planning to stay for a week or more then probably you should search some other properties. Food is average. House keeping staff is courteous. For room service, they always add service charge and only remove after making a request. One thing I didn't like is that the room service always comes with bills and asks to pay immediately. This kind of behavior is normal in some low grade budget hotels but thanks to IBIS for living the legacy. Front desk is sometimes rude and may call you during the day and ask 'sir you were supposed to leave today and your x amount is pending till today" without checking that the stay was already extended. This happened after I personally confirmed with them 2 days back about the extension of my stay. More to come in coming days...

I want to commend Chandra Dev Kumar For being a good room attendant as he respond to all our request and he really clean and take care of our room as well as his guest. He really takes care his guest and communicate in a very nice way. i recommend him for being a good room attendant. Thank you for your care.

An Amazing property with excellent service. The breakfast spread is nice and multiple options to choose from. The in room dining options are also very nice and the quality and taste is outstanding of almost all the dishes tried. The mutton biryani is very tasty thanks to the chef and team . The restaurant manager will take care of minute requirements while you are dining. Special mention - jyoti and Kiran ) they are the one among the best service in the hotel. They is very caring and kind.

I cannot explain in words this hotel, it's exquisite. This is my second holidays this year and it was best then the previous one because this time I choose The ibis the best hotel experiences I have ever had - I am fortunate enough to have travelled often and stayed in some hotels. Firstly everything is beautiful - if you like delicate ibis is your jam. The service is top notch, food, activities, people specially I like to thanks to Ms. Jyoti with smart hunk, she is doing true justification to his job. Again thanks to everyone in this hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very nice. they are there whenever you need anything and very quick when you request anything. Definitely recommend everyone to spend a few days here. specifically vijay is very nice guy in restaurant .

I really liked the stay part in IBIS but I was not excited by the food provided. The varieties were not up to my expectations though it tasted above decent!. I really want to thank the organization for providing the opportunity for two specially gifted humans in the dining area. I could not remember their name but the service provided by them were wholesome.

The hotel is nicely located. Service and staff are worth mentioning. Food is tasty too. Housekeeping staff too, especially Chandradev Kumar should be mentioned separately because of the great behavior and politeness. Entire hotel staff are always keen to go the extra mile to serve their guests. My stay plan is 8 nights here and I have already stayed 3 nights and am enjoying it.

Stay date 24-25th Nov; 1. Check in time-Took late for check in (three desk but all gets converged to one desk-create lot of backlog. 2. Room Service -Took long. 3. Plate clearance-Kept outside my room-plates were there till next day (need to be swift) 4. Hygiene- Good 5. Facility-nice 6. Parking-Average 7. Stay Comfort-God. 8. Bathroom size-very congested and very noisy (sounds like my acoustic guitar echo material all :)

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip to Gurgaon. Great stay...very convenient location as it is close to metro station, good ambience, polite & courteous staff. Best part was they took care of my food allergies and dinner was super good!! Must Visit.

I spent three weeks at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The rooms were notably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The quality of toiletries provided was also commendable, adding to the overall convenience. However, the food aspect could use some enhancement, particularly in the buffet. The variety was somewhat limited, leaving me desiring more options. Despite this minor shortcoming, my overall experience was good. This hotel is certainly commendable for its cleanliness and overall service, but I would suggest enhancing the food variety to improve the experience further.

Had a wonderful stay of 9 days. The hotel is very close to the metro station, also walking distance from amex office. Their breakfast buffet had many options and good quality. Housekeeping staff was very professional and helpful, specially Prashant and Dev were great

The F&B services at Ibis Hotel Gurugram were satisfactory. The menu offered a decent variety, and the staff was generally attentive. ibis Hotel Gurgaon Delhi offers good infrastructure & parking, convenient for exploring. Rooms are cozy but small. Food is average, lacking variety & taste. Staff is generally friendly, yet service might vary. Ideal for a comfortable stay with easy city access, but don't expect exceptional dining or spacious rooms.

The ibis was a great experience. All staff were incredibly helpful and kind during our stay. Ritesh and Dev were very thorough with their housekeeping and making sure rooms were a good standard.

The service here has been amazing. I specially want to give big shoutout to Ritesh, he was member of staff that was super helpful to me, even helping me move furniture across different floors for a video shoot I was doing. He treated me with high level of respect and just had positive vibes. Things like these really matter when you are on a work trip and working all the time. Much appreciated.

I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast with my team, and I must say it didn't meet my expectations. The menu was disappointing and quite different from what I remember about this place. In the name of "English breakfast," to my surprise, it only consisted of toast and pancakes. The absence of options like cold milk, cold coffee, and shakes left me wanting more variety. The limited selection of items and the overall experience have left me uncertain about returning to this place for breakfast.

The stay in the ibis hotel was a delightful experience. Right from our welcome to our check out... Best services were provided to us. Ms. Jyoti took special care that we have the most comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the palace hotel and looking forward for a next trip soon.

Excellent food. Very courteous staff. Ms Jyoti took real good care of us had a relaxed breakfast. Would recommend to anyone that wants to have a good i, peaceful breakfast. Food variety is available for all ages including kids. Everything that come on the table was very good. Thankyou ❤️

The hotel is located close to a metro station so it’s easily accessible. The rooms are clean. The food is good. The breakfast spread was also quite elaborate with multiple options to choose from and each of the 3 days I was there they had a different menu. The hotel is also making efforts to reduce plastic waste so most of their toiletries are made keeping that in mind. It’s a 25 -30 min drive to the airport. Most importantly it’s very comfortable & safe for woman who are travelling alone.

Hotel Ibis is in Gurgaon. It's a decent place to book a room. Although i visited family who booked a room there. The cistern in their bathroom was not working. However the rooms were okay. There a bar on the ground floor. You have a food Mart next to the hotel. You can find things of utility around or just swiggy things here.

Amazing property with excellent staff and service. The ambience is worth spending few days there. Mine was an official trip and and you get everything you need to continue your work from hotel. Food is also very good. The smell of this place is what would bring you here again.

I Stayed at IBIS Gurgaon for two weeks. I Enjoyed my day and had a pleasant experience there. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Foob was also good. Housekeeping staff was polite Ms Preeti and Mr Dev offered great service. It was very peaceful and comfortable stay.

Rooms are too small. It's overly priced. Washroom is extremely small. Room is ideal for only one person. Food is average and again overpriced. Service is fine. Location is the only benefit especially for someone whose office is in OHC or nearby. Housekeeping is good. Prashant was really helpful and polite.

The stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and cozy. View from the room was great. The staff was also polite. The house keeping Mr. Riteshwar was great. But I found the service at the restaurant to be below par for such an esteemed hotel chain. Some of the food items were finished or took a lot of time to restock. Same problem arose with bowls as well.

I stayed here for a very long duration. The relaxing space and common areas were great. The room size is moderate but it has all the features. The Housekeeping staff was too polite and offered a great service especially the staff members including Swaminandan and Satpal.

The team is good. room is clean and have basic facilities. Housekeeping is good. Chandradev Kumar is good resource in Housekeeping. Food is quite spicy though and the team in kitchen probably needs to understand that not everyone likes spicy food. Breakfast area is always too crowded. Though the team tries their best, but its always little chaotic.

Rooms are clean, Food is good. My room cleaning guy Shubam Rawat was of good help with regard to learning how hotel functions. It is been great experience here. No management interference during my stay made it private, cozy and, peaceful and helpful. If you love compact washrooms well there you go!

I have been a regular guest at Ibis for the last year, and have always had a pleasant experience. The rooms are standardized and comfortable, the service is good. Staff are very polite and helpful, although front desk seems to be somewhat disorganized and slow during check-in/check-out. Food (dinner buffet) is decent, but the spread and temperature control can be better. There are issues regarding internet reliability on occassion, and staff seem to be very reluctant to service you if you order food from elsewhere. Overall, the hotel is good value, and its excellent location right next to a Metro station makes transportation very convenient.
