Stayed there for a couple of days for my birthday. The experience was great. Thanks so much for the complimentary cake. The breakfast buffet was amazing and non crowded if you avoid peak hours. Staffs were courteous and polite. Thanks for everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that left a lasting impression on me. My room was equally impressive, with a comfortable bed, luxurious linens, and all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the carefully curated artwork on the walls to the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes to choose from. And for dinner, I enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel's restaurant, where the chef's creative dishes were both beautiful and delicious. But what really stood out to me about this hotel was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. From the front desk staff who helped me with my luggage to the housekeeping team who kept my room immaculate, everyone was a pleasure to interact with.

One of the best places to stay at for a business trip. The location is great, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are quite spacious and leave very less to ask for more. Taj's hospitality is top notch. The restaurants offer a good variety. Just for the Breakfast in the morning my recommendation would be to go early to avoid any waiting periods and the rush for food at counters etc. Overall a worth it experience.

Great ambiance, good service but lots of scope of improvement. Need to improve catering services (may be my expectations are high) but by my experience they should improve catering especially if there a demand for something hot to be served... from the kitchen. Worth the money spent.

Our stay for 2 days was great! The room was spacious with a workstation, bathtub, and beautiful view. The room service was commendable. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with Indian, English breakfast, gluten free. Totally recommended

Taj by itself stands for a certain level of excellence that you would always expect, city center just takes it up by a notch and then some more. I went there with my family for dinner, it was a great experience for all including my 70 year old mother to 8 year old children. The staff was always up on is toes, they ensured that kids get their meal first, since they were already hungry, and soon everything was on our table, all within 20 minutes. The food was sumptuous, portion was really good, taste was impeccable and the whole vibe was just incredible. This place is great for everything, from parties to intimate dinners to family dinners to stays, I would recommend this to all 10/10. You can never go wrong with Taj, City Centre will be a little more right.

Visited my cousins who were staying here. The rooms were decent. But the service was absolutely pathetic, we ordered food to the room and received almost 1.5 hours after we placed the order. Our second order for dessert also took 1+ hour even after informing that our previous order was late and asking to speed up. Have never experienced this in any Taj property before. Something seems off, maybe they are absolutely under staffed. Not a good experience.

I visited Taj city center Gurgaon for my cousin’s wedding in Dec’22. On the wedding evening the dinner buffet didn’t open before 9 pm. Not sure why. Starter counter opened after 8 pm, I asked them if they can make one roti/ naan/ paratha for my two and half years old daughter. They said they cannot. I was shocked and surprised . I am never going back to this taj for sure. They can do better.

i love food and property, staff is very corporative and very disciplined. just need to improve little bit scratches over false ceiling inside room number 511. rest every thing is very good. One of the best property in the day.

Had a great stay here. Very comfortable and stylish. The service was over the top excellent. I easily received assistance with getting cars and directions. In particular Aleesha (close but not quite) in the dining room was very helpful. I highly recommend the Taj!

I stayed here with my family on 5th jan. The rooms r excellent n spacious. We had lunch buffet in their restaurant which was delicious. The staff was very courteous n well mannered. Safety was top notch. I was suffering from severe throat pain. They made special infused water for that. Thank u . Nice clean room. Got upgraded to 9th floor quiet side. Staff was v friendly and helpful. Overall great. Annoying issue of water leak from shower that would flood the floor outside.

Whether using it as a staycation or for family members from outstation, totally value for money whether in terms of service, food and recreation. This is amongst the best rated hotels in Gurgaon. The service is impeccable. Thank you Taj Vivanta for all the good memories. They were exceptionally helpful when travelling with small children.

I stay regularly at Taj gurgaon . Amzing service and hospitality . They have maintained the property very well . Special mention for chef harshit . I called him one day before for a special breakfast and it was ready and amzing taste and personal follow up from chef harshit .thanks to him . Keep it up

It’s always a wonderful experience whenever I visit this hotel . Though it’s a business hotel , it also has halls for hosting weddings and parties and comfortable rooms. The service is very good . The cofee shop food needs improvement but Thai pavilion serves very delicious food

Late review! We stayed in this hotel in October for about a month and I must say the stay was comfortable and service was great! Helpful staff in housekeeping & in dining area. Food was great, we had half board. The breakfast & dinner spread was awesome! When I was not well, the chefs took personal care of me by providing special dishes for me. Chef Deepak, Amit, Harshit..they all took special care. Piyush was of great help in providing me whatever I needed. The staff Anshika, Naresh, Mohit and all others( sorry, forgetting some names) were really sweet. All the staff at the entry was very polite. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

Well the rooms were comfortable.. With good cooling system.. Wash room were also hygiene friendly... Swimming pool needs to be taken extra care... Buffet dinner was good with friendly staff . Buffet breakfast was good but the staff was not HAPPY TO SERVE .THEY SHOWED LESS COURTESY... LOCATION..ALWAYS USE GOOGLE.. ELSE THEY HAVE A POOL VIEW ROOMS AND CITY VIEW ROOMS . BOTH ARE GOOD... I PREFER CITY VIEW. SPA IS ALSO GOOD.. CHECK INN WAS COMFORTABLE... THANKS...

The rooms were nice and clean. Bathrooms were small but it is built to be a business hotel. Lovely spread of breakfast. And a nice pool too. Ideal for travellers and also for a quick getaway as the Aerocity hub of activities is right next door and one can have a great night out and crash here. Loved it.

Good option for conferences, business meetings and hosting evening parties. Food & room service is good. Mid sized swimming pool with limited to 4 feets depth. Separate pool for kids. Normal temperature of water. Limited space for breakfast seating. Live flute music is mesmerizing. The service road to this hotel is a nightmare full of potholes.

My favourite hotel and restaurant I I ever experienced because there are few points which make it my favourite. Firstly the location of the hotel is so prime and convenient to reach. Secondly the staff is so humble and helping that you will never feel awkward. Thirdly, the architecture in the interior makes you fall in love for this place and not only these things matters but the main thing the food is above all, you must try the buffet in the lunch or in the dinner.

Rooms are very well maintained and service is perfect. Swimming pool and other amenities are in good condition. Food at Culina 44 is decent, while variety in buffet is good but from taste prospective it's not consistent. Checkin and checkout was smooth.

My boss was staying there and I went to see him had dinner with him and asked about experience.he said room service is little slow else everything is great. We went for Thai restaurant there and the good there was delicious. I would recommend this place if you do not have budget constraints and love to have 5 star service in the heart of city. Then it's a great place.

From outside you could be forgiven for thinking this another bland modern hotel with its plain cardboard box shape. But you would ve mistaken. Inside it is a haven of modern elegant luxury. The staff are extremely well trained, polite and efficient. Rooms are commodious and the breakfast experience very pleasant indeed. We had the chance to try the Thai restaurant upstairs and it was a pure delight. There is nothing to fault here.

I went there with my friends for a dinner party but didn't feel anything there like a 5 star restaurant. Ambience is just okay, music there was too loud, restaurant was bit noisy and staffs were pretty slow in everything. We struggled a lot to get someone who will take our order. They took almost 1 hour to serve a drink we have ordered. Poor service provided by the staffs and they have argued with us by saying today the restaurant is full that's why we are getting this type of issues which was unexpected from this type of 5 star rated restaurant like Taj. We felt like any other restaurant service will be better than this. Won't recommend anyone to visit there specially in weekends.

The rooms were excellent. The food was great. The in room dining staffs are great except for a few hiccups here and there. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The restaurant staffs admit their mistakes admirably. The general manager is a wonderful gentleman. All in all perfection. Staying there is a must. Don't choose any other hotel if you're in gurgaon.

Rooms size is very small. Service at the restaurant is very slow. When I asked for a regular water, they treated my like I am not going to tip them so they delayed my services. Also, the food was just an average, not that much good which I had in other hotels. But yes, the location of the hotel is nice, connecting to Metro and NH8 by road. Hope they improve the services to serve us better.

The hotel being in the heart of the city with very reasonable chauffeur driven luxury cabs turned out to be very convenient for me. After work it was a pleasure to return to the hotel and try out the different cuisines for lunch and dinner. The Thai Pavilion food is a must-try as it’s authentic and delicious!

We were there to participate in a wedding. The Hotel is very comfortable and rooms are excellent. I had good sleep as the bed is very very comfortable. Coffee Shop offers excellent spread of breakfast and food is very good and safe. Hotel facilities are very good and staff is humble, professional and efficient. Coming from Jaipur by road, it was a little difficult to reach the hotel even by following the Google map, as it was my first time to this property.

Fantastic place to spend some private time with your family. Rooms are great and well maintained. Swimming pool and other amenities are in excellent shape. We had booked breakfast and Dinner as part of our package which was served at their restaurant in the ground floor. Dinner was ok but breakfast was superb. Will definitely visit again for the service and the staff support was amazing throughout.

I have been there thrice and always have good memories. They have 3 major location for having big parties. However pricing is similar to bigger TAJ versions. Breakfast is awesome. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but you can choose good other hotels over this for holiday a d vacations. This is more of corporate hotels. Location is very easy to locate however that much difficult to reach. Google maps is still gives you wrong navigation.
