The Hotel is at average level, room is quite small and old. Breakfast menu is simple and not delicious. Service is good

This place is amazing for functions and is pleasant and clean place. you feel like in vintage. The staff welcomes with gratitude and were soft spoken and accommodative. All of the people were incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice especially the manager. The food was amazing. This place I found Charging lesser compared to other places and providing excellent service. I highly recommend people to book the place for any special occasion.

Rooms AC were not working and super suffocating rooms. Non Cooperative staff. Very very disappointed with the property and it nowhere deserves a 4 star rating. More like a underrated guest house

Honestly one of the finest hotels of gurgaon but came along multiple issues during my stay 1. The AC of the room is very slow even though it's a 4star property tha AC is an issue a major issue to be more precise 2. We went to the swimming pool for two days and on the third day of my stay while we were swimming we were encountered by an unexpected guest it was a monkey swimming in the same water and that is a very very bad thing which can't be expected by such a nice hotel. Rest the staff is really good service is absolutely phenomenal for all those looking for wine shop there is a wine shop near and you can order good food from Zomato although there food is not less tasty do try the Pancakes here and Chilli Chicken

While the hotel is okay for the price, nothing exceptional. I have always insisted on staying at this hotel due to the convenience it offers and proximity. Food is good as long as you don't ask for anything exotic. Other hotels nearby offer a mini fridge which is surprisingly missing in this hotel. Executive rooms have a bathtub which is good. Wierdly, Hot water however needs to be requested at odd hours.

Breakfast is not at all tasty. Not worth the amount. It’s not a four star hotel to stay. Gives me a feeling of 2 star hotel

Overall a pretty decent and cozy. Had a good experience during a couple stay Pros: 1. Smooth and timely check-in 2. Breakfast spread was nice 3. Room services were quick and spot on 4. Location is pretty close to the main city 5. Room was a bit small but had adequate features except for lighting Some concerns: 1. Early check-in was not available primarily because it was Sunday when we checked in. Nevertheless, we checked in exactly on time 2. I feel the room did not have adequate lighting as it was pretty difficult to get dressed for an event

We hosted the guests for my sister's wedding at this hotel and the service was beyond excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great experience!

Hot water is not available in the morning. It is on demand, informed twice on reception in evening to provide next day morning, but did not get. In the morning from 6-6:30 , at reception, no one was available, to request for water. No one responded on the intercom. Sharing personal experience, may not happen with all. Take it as a point of improvement.

Hotel is lousy to closetly service be careful bill wise hotel staff won't help u even in emergency service such as medical attention or buying medicine so not good place a hotel with everything but without hospitality decide urself that's my reading u may hv different. Yes I met the concern GM who is highly experienced and believes that i should have got medical help apologied in same ,with trust that it won't repeat. I think my comments are withdrawn unconditionally,it seems they have taken the note in hope next time I would get better treatment

Pathetic experience. The staff and the manager of this place are terrible. The staff will use a master key to enter your room if you don't open it in two knocks. They will go through your stuff behind your back. Completely opposite of what hotels actually stand for - hospitable and privacy. It's not safe at all. Would not recommend!

Very poor service. Staff communicates rudely over the phone while enquiring about reservations. Explaining, they have lots of work and don't want to answer any queries. Management should take care of their staff, as they represent a very bad picture of the property. I had conversations with Upasana.

Obviously a nice hotel but somethings were not good.. The charging point was designed in such a way that my charger and infact my father's charger also couldn't fit in it was elevated from sides because of which we couldn't charge our phones in the room and we had to use the socket in bathroom... Also the wifi wouldn't work till the 4 th floor on which my room was there and infact there were rooms till I guess 7-8 floors

Good food clean rooms friendly behaviour. Personal care especially when I fell sick. They even made khichdi for me and that too at no extra cost. The rooms are kept clean by support staff. Deepak, Pradeep and Arun are outstanding. Will recommend this to my peers.

This trip will always be memorable. I stayed there for two days but it was good that the way of talking to the service or staff and their behavior was very good special housekeeping ms.Nitu thanks Acura will definitely come again

I was at room no 204 on 30th oct 2022, as i was getting late , I requested to pack my dinner and keep in the room to be alloted to me, I reached around 11.15 just 15 min after closing of serving the food at buffet. I was surprised to note that food for 2 persons was given , however i was alone, wastage of food , Surprisingly only Dal(2 big bowl / mix veg /Manchurian/ etc was given but no rice or chapati was given. When requested to reception , he was very rude in talking as I was in request mode to provide me atleast some rice to eat. His tone was really bad as he was doing favour to me. Please note that I have requested twice to him before reaching at hotel to keep food for me. Also no non- veg item was provided to me, Mr. Duty manager told me that the items in buffet will be kept for you. This was my second stay here, will Avoid staying here now onwards, I am a frequent stayer in Gurgaon and will continue for next 1/2 years due to my court case at gurgaon. Regards Sunil Singh

The receptionist has no sense of how to speak with customers. We reached there 2 hrs before check-in, and the receptionist literally asked us to leave and come back again at 12 pm for check-in instead of telling us to wait and relax at reception.

One of the worst hotel in Gurgaon, no got water, TV doesn't work, even if you Book corporate from company side also they won't care, for companys aswell as individuals please don't Book this hotel ,

Good Hotel for the Budget (Booked mine online for 3000/- including breakfast) !! House keeping service was good & Fast. Ambiance & Food was good. Pleasant stay in budget !
