Spacious rooms, new facility, unprofessional staff. The rooms need a real house-keeping scrubbing. The washroom fittings are already beginning to fall apart. Staff needs more training. The hospitality part needs polishing. I would skip this place.

It was late when we arrived at the hotel Vits Mango Blossom Delhi. As it was our first day in Delhi, expectations were high as to the comfort of the hotel as we were tired and require a much-needed rest. Once, we were checked-in, and got into the room, my expectation ran thin. The WiFi was slow and the shower was in a lousy state. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom needed a makeover badly. It was a warm day in Delhi and the air-cond was slow and so-slightly cool. On the next morning, I had breakfast at the hotel and it was just OK as I am not into Indian food. We checked out early in the morning. It was not the most comfortable and restful night here.

Worst experience, the hotel don't even deserve 1 star rating. The staff also unprofessional and doesn't have correct information about their own hotel. Even the super deluxe room were in poor quality. WASTAGE OF MONEY!!

Stayed in the property for 16 days. Splendid room. Well maintained washrooms. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Staffs were so caring and hospitality oriented. Especially Mr. Rajesh, who took care of our transportation. Food menu was awzm. Everyday we had something new to taste. Laundry service was excellent. Service staffs in the restaurant were very polite and always taking care of us. And bought whatever we required without any delay.

The location is very good in the centre of city. The place is very nice and the staff behaviour and service is also good. The hotel price is in the upper end as it a high end hotel mostly suitable for a corporate booking. It has restaurant and other services such as conference hall etc. There is underground parking space with proper guards. It also has a very small garden space in the front of hotel.

Very nice property. Food was amazing and staff also cooperative. Room was little small but doesn't mattet coz it was only a day stay. So all over it was good experience nd would love to come here again.

A great budget hotel with decent amenities. The staff is co-operative and relenting. Mr Kamal was very accommodating for a lot of our requests. The food is ok. The house keeping is just a little sluggish. Connectivity wise the place maybe a little far off. Would look forward to staying here again

This is my 3rd visit to this Hotel, and this time my stay was seriously not comfortable. Firstly they have provided twin Bedded room inspite of seeing the couples, after request I got my room changed. Secondly there is a continuous light flactuation. Thirdly when we gone for the lunch buffet is not available so we have order ala carte and in that also dishes are not available which are mentioned on the menu card. Then we have ordered paneer tikka and tandoori mushroom, and seriously mushroom quality and quantity is not good and same is pathetic. After that we have ordered Chicken Biryani which was again taste more like a veg Pulao. Overall this time our experience is very bad both in case of room and food.

Awesome ambience and good location. Staff is very friendly and obedient. Overall stay is nice. Also the view from the hotel is foggy as we can see bus stand and sector 14 too and these are very crowded place. So don't expect a nice view. But if you're looking for a overnight stay, this can be a very good option.

I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Room was very neat and spacious. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food was good, especially breakfast buffet. Over all good experience. PS: Don't order Biryani.
