The location is good . Nearby Sohna road and property is very big with lot of rooms . The room was also spacious but not hygenic and clean. Cockroaches were roaming , dirty bedsheet , AC was not working properly even jet spray was not working properly.

Prices quoted on oyo and other sites like agoda are just to attract guests... Once you are in their hotel they ask to pay more in cash and no bill is given for the extra amout paid. If you want to explain them logically the hotel staff starts to argue rudely and is ready to pick fights. If you want to spoil your outing then please book this hotel :) telling from experience...

AC doesn't work. They do not clean the bathrooms or the bedsheets. There were hair in the bathroom, and some stains on the bedsheets. Also they'll overcharge you once you reach the hotel. And they've also removed the tag of "Townhouse" and made it into some local wedding hotel.

Pathetic hotel, was allotted room no. 103 which was already occupied by two cockroaches, a very talkative exhaust fan such that you will get scared the first time it gets turned on and never use it again, and seam over the walls. It was surely a pest ridden property with a non-functional lift. I was made to pay 640 extra on my arrival, even when I paid the requested amount through app which was around 1400 bucks for two days of stay - I didn't apply any coupon, this was the price quoted to me through the app. But the attendee on the reception denied admission until paid amount equivalent to 999/- per day. When I tried to raise the concern on OYO application it showed me that I can either cancel the booking or find a different property in the same area, I would never book through OYO again and surely not this property ever again. P.S. Don't dare to order food from them, they have pathetic cooking skills as well.

-1. You won't get breakfast, that is replaced by bread pakoras. 0. Rooms aren't cleaned why? Because previous people/couple wanted to spend more time there. That's the reason I get from the staff. 1. Water may run out anytime 2. Phone lines don't work 3. Reception guy is in another world, banda poori feeling le raha h Raja maharaja wali. Speaks rude as hell. 4. Over-all didn't like the vibe and energy of the place.

The room was unclean especially the sheets. AC wasn't working. Asked for an extra mattress and water, I guess it took around 2-3 hours to make that happen (we already mentioned the booking for 3 beforehand). I've been to other Townhouses as well but never experienced such thing. Kindly look into this. Thanks !

the badiest experince i every have you will book easly this town house but when you reached thay will tell you that you book this oyo in low teriff and you have to pay extra money for stay also staff behaviour so rude with visitors and if you argue with staff thay will swith off you rooms ac and told you that we are on invertor now sir you have to manage they dont provie free complimentary meals. do not book this oyo ever if you want a happy palce without any problems.

Stayed here recently and got a room with no air conditioning, no wifi and broken mirror in the washroom. I have no idea why did I even pay to stay in a room like this? Highly disappointing and horrible experience. The hotel should have not taken a reservation if they didn't have a room with basic functioning facilities.

Room was not cleaned, room service was very poor. AC stopped working for couple of hours and I couldn’t sleep for which i took the room. Also I called up your customer care to get invoices of my stay this time and for Apr as well however i didn’t get invoice yet. Regards Kapil

Very unprofessional staff. If you book via any app they will not accept your stay they will ask extra amount. I booked via oyo rooms but when I reached the hotel they asked me to pay extra amount and denied my booking though I paid in advance. Cockroaches every where in the room. AC didn't work properly.

I paid while booking 585 rs. as per visible and convenient to me but while check in property owner denied and asked for 600 more after 600 they said your check in transferred now so therefore you have to pay full amount...even it's cost me 1600,,...this kind of service not expected from Oyo townhouse 024.....even i suffered a lot after check in washroom was in dirt condition... receptionist said it will get cleaned that's also not done....since morning I waited till 7pm for towel....now people can assume what kind of services these people are serving.... honestly i never recommend to anyone

Worse service , I won't recommend anyone 👎 A/c isn't working , called the receptionist many time for ac but no response from their side , waited for more than an hours . Room aren't clean The rates show on the booking sites is just to attract the customers. When you reached the hotel they will ask you extra money and will argue with you.

I really had a very bad experience. This place is a typical oyo only for couples looking for action. Rooms and washroom are very dirty with Tabacco and oil stains on the sheets. Won’t recommend this.

I booked the room via the Oyo app and had paid for it, when we reached the hotel they denied the booking and we had to pay 500 rupees extra for them to honour the booking. They said they do not take bookings that are booked for an amount less than INR 1200. It was very disappointing but I was with family and it was night so I did not argue with either the hotel staff or oyo support.

No professional staff and pathetic services. Also charged 400 extra then booking price while check In. Tab was leakage in washroom and nobody bother to clean even once. Poor breakfast : only poha (fried) and unhygienic sitting area also served in dirty utensils.

The nicest, coziest experience at an OYO. This place had everything we needed with top notch cleanliness and tasty food. Service was great as well. The tv did not have set top box but that wasn't an issue for us. Respectful staff and easy checkin. Will definitely visit again.

Everything was good. Only the bathroom was not well prepared like there was no towel & no tissue papers. Also the food was so expensive 🫰

Please do not go by fake reviews and the rooms are very dirty and no cleanliness all over. Also doesn't look like a couple or family friendly. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. I had to check out in an hour. You can find nearby good property but avoid this property.

Well maintained rooms (in comparison to other OYO), tasty and budget food, helpful staff, nearby bakhtawar chowk and well connected to nearby metro, malls and club. Things to improve - During my stay, there are some nails coming out from the wooden ply which is at the washroom doorstep. Accidentally I managed to lift my foot from there and use towel to cover that. Also if the prices are below 1k, they won’t allow or will simply ask for 1k as a minimum room rent for a day (I have paid that as I like the location and room). LIMITED BREAKFAST You can try this hotel for sure. They also have space for wedding or small parties.

The experience was awesome. The room ambiance and cleanliness was well maintained during the stay. Another positive thing that I felt was the way the rooms were maintained. The property is quite spacious with well organised rooms . Cons: No Space for parking.

Everything was fine there but AC was not working in our room. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom. I talked to the management about it many times but kept ignoring it every time. And in the end the experience there was fine. And the breakfast provided by the hotel was good. Overall I would like to give it 4 stars.

Very pathetic behaviour they denied the check in @1:00 AM said our rooms are full. Completely ridiculous would suggest not to use OYO to book hotels at all very bad experience. And the customer care was unable to do anything.

Please take my words seriously when I say that the rooms aren’t even close to what they show in the pictures. It stinks and is really unhygienic. The staffs are really rude. The wall layers are falling off while the bedsheets weren’t clean.
