đź‘Ť I have a lot of acquaintances asking me what motivated me to pursue a career in the hotel and tourism industry. They would be better off asking me to define the purpose of life or explain astrophysics, because there is no clear and certain answer to that question. It all depends on what a person see... I was physically attacked and hit at this place. I booked the place since it was cheaper compared to others and 3-4 decent reviews were given. I planned to stay for the night with my girlfriend. Not all places welcome unmarried couples so at the time of booking I called and asked if they welcome coiled and the guy said they do if provide valid ids. So I reached the hotel at 11 and my girlfriend was to join me later in the evening after office. I requested of the pan card would do to which he insisted that he only accepts passport or else there would be 500 rs charge, which I found quite odd and also found the charge a bit odd. I suspected he wanted to make money of off us since we were not married and in India it’s a taboo and he knew that not all places welcome couples. I called my gf and asked her to get her passport and thus took another 45 mins. Once she confirmed that she’d be able to I asked the hotel guy to do the payment. Then he said since we cannot producers marriage certificate he’ll still charge us rs. 500 extra. This made me furious. I confronted that you could have mentioned this over the phone or as soon as I got here. And to that he smiled and said he didn’t have to. I stormed off in anger and said that I’ll pt this on my review on the site through which I booked. He smiles and said he’d put me as “no show” and I wouldn’t be able to put my review. I said but they are plenty of other places and this frightened him and angered him and he started verbally abused me and stared shah king my girlfriend and when I said you have no right and no culture , he stared hitting me and his staff member joined and they both started dragging me and punching me. I have feeling that families are tested well there but since they themselves don’t respect a relationship or a woman who is in a relationship , this happened. If you are a modern Indian like me then you must avoid this place.

It has the worst front desk person in the world. I strongly recommend the owner to take note of this. I went for a bulk booking there and the staff spoke to me in a language which I can't even describe here. Simply not worth staying there. Its the worst place ever.

Don't even think of getting here. Rude and arrogant. The owner insisted on making full payment at 11 in night. We booked 6 rooms. At 1 am all phones in all rooms started ringing simultaneously. It was haunting. The ordeal didn't stop. Finally, We all kept the receiver off hook to stop the nuisance.

The room was a family room, with pretty ample space. But to locate the property was bit difficult. The AC was just doing its job, not that efficient. Staff was courteous. Parking is not an issue. Market is nearby. Didn't try the hotel food. I would rate the property 3.5 out of 5

Disgusting place. Don't go. Too hot. No ac. No plug point to charge your mobile. Small rooms. Staff will enter your room in your absence, even if you didn't order it. Can't trust staff here. As per the room too damn costly. They will close the door at around 10 pm even if you are out. It actually happened with me. They locked me out and I had to call them and wait for 10 minutes before someone came. Strictly a no. Worst hotel of my life.

Nothing Royal about this place. It’s surrounded by dirty construction sites, the surroundings flood badly when it rains a little bit, the beds are extremely low, the lights in the rooms go on and off randomly from circuit issues and the rooms aren’t that clean. I had a good laugh when I saw the “front desk”. And if the other reviewers story about trying to book a room with his girlfriend and getting physically assaulted by staff is true, this place should be avoided by anyone with a conscience.

Avoid this place at all costs and do not fall for its cheap prices. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and so was the staff. The staff entered the room in our absence. When confronted, the manager gave very rude replies. Also the bed sheets were not changed and they refused to give new bed sheets. Worst experience ever !
