Best hospital for new baby born in Gurgaon. There are no words. All staff and doctors are amazing and are so experienced and understandable. Highly recommended for maternity & baby care. Medical and Doctors- All facilities for new born baby & as well as for mothers. The hospital always prefer normal delivery if possible and there is no money factor for c-section as the price for the both are same. This is the first hospital in India that I have seen who matched the price which is a great job they have done. I was truly amazed to hear that. Tip - better to book in advance ( atleast in 8th month of your pregnancy) Cloud 9 is the most famous brand in Gurgaon & I'm sure couples must be comparing both. I can't say about cloud 9 but Cradle is not less than them in medical assistance andgood doctors. Rooms - there are different categories & are totally cleaned and well maintained. Housekeeping staff is best and keep asking about the feedback. Trust me it's not a biased review, go for it. You won't regret

"Unacceptable Neglect of Critical Pediatric Care" I recently had an unfortunate experience with this Hospital, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. My child's health took a critical turn, and I rushed to call the Doctor seeking urgent medical attention. However, the care we received was far from what we expected. First and foremost, the medical staff's lack of attention to my child's condition was deeply distressing. In a situation where every minute counts, it was alarming to witness a lack of urgency and a failure to provide the necessary medical care promptly. What made matters worse was the hospital's inability to respond to our desperate attempts to communicate. Numerous phone calls and messages went unanswered, leaving us feeling helpless and isolated during a time of crisis. In such dire circumstances, the importance of effective communication and immediate medical attention cannot be overstated. [Hospital Name] failed in both these aspects, jeopardizing my child's health and causing immense stress for our family. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for Miracle Apollo Cradle Team. Pediatric emergencies require the highest level of care, attention, and responsiveness. I implore them to take this feedback seriously, reevaluate their protocols, and make the necessary improvements to ensure that no other family has to endure the ordeal we went through. Spoke to Dr. Anshita several times but she never visited in the Room to see the patient. As my child body temperature went down to 93°F and, She said we need not to worry if child body temperature went down further down to 70°F and on the basis of low body temperature she can not take any action. I requested the Dr. Anshita to atleast monitor the Blood Pressure and Oxygen, Pulse. Which is a basic parameter check that she should have done. Our children's lives are precious, and the responsibility to safeguard their health should never be taken lightly. Sadly, my experience at this Hospital leaves me with little confidence in their ability to meet this responsibility. I urge anyone seeking pediatric care to consider their options carefully and prioritize facilities that demonstrate a genuine commitment to patient well-being and timely, compassionate care.

Doctors, room, food and staff are very very good. But they gave me the delivery package which was very misleading. Bcz whatever they promised they did not abide by those after you get admitted. They promised me my baby's photo and foot cast but it has been more than 15 days , no update about it. They said complete amount will be adjusted in insurance but during discharge they separated my bill and my baby's bill(which was not told earlier).

I delivered my son in this hospital and I must say the staff and the food and overall this hospital is really good and I felt very comfortable and my Doctr dr. Meeta chandra she is amazing doctor and she made me feel very comfortable. I must say about naina ji, she helped me from day one she is so sweet and she arranged new born clothes also that’s a big support of her in that emergency coz I couldn’t arrange due to some reasons then she helped me, thnkuuuuuuu naina ji.. Hospital ka Khana and specially chai was awesome ♥️ Thnku naina ji and all the staff members out there👍🏻

Worst management and worst facility, from last 2 hours no lights and no one at reception, i am cancelling my appointment, i am suggesting never go there, I think government hospitals is better than this.

Doctors for mom like Dr Sheela Gaur is good and our experience is awesome with her.while the delivery Dr suggested for cyserian delivery so we went with Dr suggestion.after the delivery as per my experience hospital want to keep your baby in NICO and they will tell lie you every time and show you the so many problems with baby and as a parents you will definitely think we should not take a risk our baby. Our case as they said that baby sugar level was low so we will keet him in NICO and NICO there is no extra servicing if they want to observe the baby then why don't stay with mom.actually they want to make the money from NICO and experience with baby doctors also very bad . At the same time at the time of discharge from hospital and in the follow up visit too,they will not mention to you the list of basic medicines like nasal drop,gas drop,rashes cream etc which I believe should be handy for every new parent as these small problems are likely to arise in coming days. Agree that at uncontrollable condition we should go to hospital but sometimes babies get cranky due to gas problem in wee hours where at least a first step precaution can be taken and if issue still exists we can come to hospital. Note: Hearing test is mandatory for baby so just make sure before discharge from hospital do the test. If you are really planning delivery from Apolo cradle and your experience with doctors are good and have no option then go for it but after the delivery just make sure you shouldn't check-up from this hospital.

This is a very useless hospital, they are charging high charges for every process, my wife was admitted on 15th December for operation but for some reason the operation was Not done, and the insurance claim was rejected, They started treating us like we are terrorists, and there was a lady who started threatening us about legal Action. I would like to give you 1 star, very bad bad hospital.

Hospital is clean, staff is ok. Reason to give 2 stars - They will take 10k in advance and will say that you will get refund in 10 days, but will kepp you waiting for days until you are fed up of following up. Simple logic, they make interest from your money. Pathetic business. They don't admit patient until they get money, they won't discharge the patient until the bill is settled then how do they expect the patient to leave without taking the refund.

The doctors are good but that's where anything good about this hospital ends. Every time I'm here it's an unpleasant interaction with the reception. Not just me, nearly every other patient here is fighting with the reception/billing staff due to delays, appointment scheduling issues and in general behaviour of the staff. Wouldn't recommend. If you can find these doctors at other clinics, prefer that.

Here , I would like share my experience with the hospital. Everything is fine with the hospital, but I did not find any good suggestion ever from day 1 of my pregnancy till 6th month. At the end I decided to change the doctor. Dr. Sadhna was my doctor who just used to guide me do this test & that test. I didn't find her a good doctor because she didn't guide me about food , nutrition,and excersice as they charge 1000 rupees for OPD. Very honest my 1st pregnancy and I thought that Apollo has name & fame both so it's a best option to treat yourself. But I would never recommend anyone to visit the hospital for this purpose at all. Everybody has its own experience and it's mine. Now I have changed the doctor.

I had a small surgery in the hospital yesterday. My doctor was good and she practises there so I was adviced to get it done there. But man their other services are pathetic. * The lab tesrs are dead expensive . I could have got the tests done in less than half in any other lab. * They do not attach the reports of test with the discharge summary. You have to personally go and enquire or later you have to keep calling them. So you not only spend more on the test you get anxiety chasing after the results too. * They charge you unnecessarily. They charged me 1500 for anaesthetist visit but I dod not get any bidit for the same. They keep charging you fir imaginary things and that too inflated rates. For a small day surgery. I had to shell out 36000plus.. It's a pathetic pathetic hospital. The one that will stretch your skin with the bare claws. Had my doctor not been amazing I would have lodged a complain.

My patient was admitted on 19/9/22. Before admission I was informed rotal expenses around Rs 22000/= against actual biiling of Rs 34758/=for one day. Excessive consultation charges were put even if the doctor did not visit. Undue charges for infection control, gloves usage, duplicate Anesthitical charges, duplicate registration charges etc. were put. Excessive & undue billing of medicines was put without any verification from the patient. On making complaint, no reply or feedback is given. Thus people should be cautious & careful before getting Hospitalisation in this hospital.

I chose Apollo Cradle for my wife’s C-section delivery and the facilities were super impressive. For the gynecologist we were seeing Dr. Sadhna Sharma, who is also from Apollo Cradle and the C-section delivery went smoothly. Highly recommended by me and my family! The staff is humble and the hospital is well-located in a less-populated place.

She has years of extensive experience in the field and is very helpful as well. She knows how to comfort children during medical procedures as well. I was admitted here for my delivery. I had single room which was so spacious and comfortable. It also had all the facilities like, TV and AC. To have a perfect and positive experience I would recommend this to everyone going into labour.

Miracles Apollo Cradle Hospital is located in sector 14 market, Old Gurugram Delhi road, Gurugram. This hospital is well known as a maternity hospital. But i get my mother varicose veins surgery here by Dr. Bikram Mohanty. It's overall treatment and staff services were good. Infrastructure was good. This is not a very big hospital so you will feel some space issue if compare with big premises hospitals. But overall services are good here. One negative thing I feel here was suffocation. It was time of december month obviously we will not run AC. But there was no ventilation in the building. So we feel a huge suffocation in the room and have to turn on the AC for surviving. Otherwise infrastructure and medical services were good.

not good hospital for me.... i lost a life of my baby due to carelessness of dr punita arora my case was under her and she was on leave at that day but another doctor talked to her on phone , i never forgot what happen with me, my wife arrived in the hospital with complete blooded and we were having twins, that was 7th month , they just give the medicine and tell her you take rest , bleady non of the doctor had done ultrasound at n that ight . in the morning she start bleeding very badly than they said doctor is coming than my mother in law start screaming shouting that mu daughter will die than they call doctor at emergency than operated and my daughter died and son took birth. but i swear that doctor said if this operation was done before than we can save both the childs. horrible dream for me whenever i remember than i cry . and in the end the service of that foot prints of new baby that was also very bad. this i m talking about 15/9/2022

The 3 stars are only because the doctors and nursing staff is very good and well behaved. The hospital is not so good. They don't even have MRI machine and made me travel half hour to Apollo in sector 56 and half hour back in immense pain for an MRI where I had to wait another 45 min because another patient was in MRI room. The administration is not at all good.

My daughter was suffering from pneumonia and was in a very critical condition. We were so worried as after taking so many treatments and medications she wasn’t getting well. Then my brother told me about Apollo cradle that they give very best care to the children. And it turned out great for us. After 2 weeks she started getting recovering. All thanks to Apollo.
