Worst experience ever. For a simple stitch they didn't have materials in the emergency ward. . It's more like fancy hotel than a hospital. Went for few simple stitches in emergency ward. They asked me to visit the OPD then from there to reception to submit an amout of Rs600 to see a doctor than I got the prescription of 2 thread for the stitch. Then I was asked to again go to the emergency ward from there I was send to the pharmacy to pick those threads than from there to the lower floor pharmacy all these while I am having a open wound on my head. Than after all these they asked me to get it from a outside pharmacy which was 1km away from the hospital. Emergency ward don't even have a simple stitching thread in hand. I have to return back without the treatment as I was too tired and exhausted by all these up and down for atleast half an hour. They charged Rs600 on the reseption only and if I would have get it all done here only the total cost of a simply 2-3 stitch would have cost me around 3-4 thousand.

Please dont go this hospital if you love your family. The doctors and staff are so careless. They don’t know what treatment and medicine should be given to patient. Unfortunately, I lost my father two months back because of their negligence 😠. We admitted him and for 1.5 days he was fine then suddenly at night 1:30 Am they called us that they gave CPR and put him in ventilator. The situation was very worse. Cardiologist Doctor Satish Kumar Mishra though an Army Retired person still very casual attitude towards patient. He was unavailable during a day. Very pathetic hospital. Shame on you guys

2 visits.. Both disasters... 2nd visit to Emergency opened our eyes for this hospital... Huge Mismanagement... Doctors will tell the staff to complete tests MRI, CT etc.. Staff dont even know which tests to be conducted.. 24 hrs nnd still no tests.. Imagine this is emergency.. Wrong baseless tests written in report by staff... On cross questioning, dont have answers.. Staff fighting with each other.. On duty doctors have their own attitude that they are doing a huge favour by sitting there.. Dont know how to talk to patients and their family members.. Floor managers are just filling their pockets with money.. No support.. HUGE MISMANAGEMENT AND HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.. Pray that you get a good doctor and dont fall prey to this Mismanagement... If this doesnt happen then fine coz all doctors are not bad.. but if its does and you are unlucky then get ready for utter chaos...

Absolutely worst hospital I have been to I took my mother (60 + yrs), who was experiencing breathlessness. Doctor rushed to admit her, and rushed us to x-ray room, asked us to wait for him post that while he forgot and left for his home. After waiting for more than an hour, when we asked the reception staff of that floor, we got a beautiful reply, “don’t eat my head” Absolutely rude staff, seems like they only want to admit everyone - experienced it with 3 patients before as well. To all - Don’t waste your time and avoid dealing with their rude floor staff esp while in emergency.

I (Grandfather) felt like the care being given was of very high quality as my grandson is brought back from jaws of death, Excellent care from all members of the team, especially Operations team, Nursing team and Doctors. I would have no problem with any member of the hospital team care for anyone in my family in future. Thank you everyone. More recommended hospital.

hello my dear friends.. too bad experience today at park hospital it's not first time.. This morning at 0951 am i called to call center for appointment doctor prachi.. They said Dr. prachi will be available between 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM. I took my family to 10:15AM around Hospital and they said that Dr. prachi did not come the we left the hospital. called me again and said that the doctor will be there from 01:00PM to 04:00 PM. again we went to hospital and took OPD at 01:05 PM. The doctor came at 01:15PM.. by the time the doctor came, i was the only OPD patient but doctor went on rounds and ignored to me.. But i waited till 02:20PM and doctor did not come and then went to the reception and told to me refund amount. but the amount was not refunded.. the hospital management is not well and is not providing proper service to the patients.. i just checked the hospital reviews and they all give 5 stars but it seems fake to me.. because earlier i wrote a review and got many phone calls asking me to delete it. the management has a good team to screen those who give bad reviews... from the my point of view, even one star is too much....

If possible I will give less than 1 rating to this hospital they are just making money, my mother was hospitalized for some medical checkup for 2 to 3 days only, today 7 days completed thier process not completed. Today morning Dr has given discharge but hospital official saying we will send discharge to insurance after 24 hrs as per their process. I don't know what process they are following talk to senior management also but they are not doing anything. Very poor service. Not recommended to anyone. My mother was admitted how you will find details. My concern is that Dr has already given discharge but hospital staff not sent the file to insurance company after making query they are saying it will be forwarded post 24 hours. I don't know what logic behind this. Even we have complaint to director also, but no solution was given and we were get discharged next day after doctor discharge recommendation.

Strongly recommend not to get treatment from here .. It’s a mess here ! The staff is demotivated they pass on the buck here & there …. ICU doctors are pathetic, they lack basis skills, probably hired on contractual basis lack commitment .. The operation head is very rude and got me threatened from. Retired police officer to be present at the hospital …inspite of requesting for time to reach .. Infact I had made a routine visit just 30 mts before I got a call The patient was conscious when we got him in , his condition got bad in hospital we had to shift him out …

We just been to park hospital, my wife had stomach infection lose motion and vomiting. First of all.emergency ward filled with staff. Atleast 15 people and they so loud and noisy. Doctor and nurse very un professional, they were just insist ing for admission, when asked question raised our voice then only they came to do first aid, but refused to take treatment for this hospital. Really sorry. Worst experience.

And two ladies setting in room no 412 and always watching mobile.. if you want to go for any help.. She always say come back after 10mint .. I don't know why she operation manager and operations head.. Both ladies are very lassi. Dr. S.C Mishra is undoubtedly one of the best cardiac doctors one can experience. He is very cooperative, very understanding, and of very good nature. Worst hospital..only opd is good.. nursing staff is pathetic. Nurses don't know how to give injections. Duty doctors on the floors cannot differentiate between machines... always busy on phone... hospitality is also bad.. Management worst.. They provide stinky clothes to patients to wear.. cleanliness is also in negative... Moreover, Dr. prachi sarin sethi is worst doctor i have ever seen... very money minded. The management or park group should intervene if they don't want to lose the patients trust.. otherwise there are many good hospitals.

We had wonderful experience with Dr Prachhi. She is very experienced and authority in her profession. My wife had a major surgery and Dr Prachhi did an excellent job. The surgery went perfectly. We are now going home with full of satisfaction. Thanks to Dr Prachhi.

Never get a covid test done at this hospital! me and my family had to visit a relative so we got the tests done. The woman inserted and kept rolling the cotton bud in one nostril for more than 20 seconds! It injured my whole family's throat and nose and all of us suffered with severe pain for almost a week. It's been 2 days.. we still can't talk without feeling the pain. It's the worse. We all are corona negative but what this untrained doctor did to us is just unacceptable.

Doctor and nursing staff is good and takes good care of you. The housekeeping and cleaning needs attention. Rest you can consult any doctor, they have available inhouse. Overall you can go for this hospital for better treatment and healthy environment.

Dr Arunim is a world class professional. But the hospital is a worst experience one can have if your family member is unfortunately admitted. There is no coordination between the staff. Dr Arunim, has been helping out seeing the pathetic condition.Ambulance service is like filling animals for transportation. Patients are taken to far off hospital SIGNATURE PARK 37 SECTOR for MRI .My husband got injured in the hospital who was in serious condition. One nursing assistance for six patients was send. We had to get our patient in the car.It was a night mare. My mom is admitted in Metro Hospital, New Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. They took Rs 50K in advance before admitting her and promised to provide better care. But the behaviour of the staff was very unprofessional. They didn't provide her basic stuff like Toothbrush and paste the whole first day. The food was not proper and the nurse was not there to attend her. Its cold these days and she need hot water to drink and all they did was providing hot water in the morning in a plastic bottle and expect her to drink it throughout the day. She is 60+ year old and a covid patient who needs proper care which the hospital staff is unable to provide her.

Park Hospital Palam Vihar is a highly professionally managed Hospital.My wife had to be rushed to the hospital on 27 Nov AN for a suspected cardiac issue.The emergency staff received her at the gate in a rare gesture and Dr Natrajan and his team made her comfortable and carried out detailed investigations and treatment. Kept under observation for a day after she was stable.Hospital stay was very comfortable and kudos to the staff for being friendly and professional. Visits by doctors including Dr Natrajan to monitor her condition made her comfortable. I visited dental and OPD staff available there was very very helpful and supportive. And guided me in every possible way to make it easy for me during my treatment. Mayank and kajal are very and sweet and helpful.

Worst hospital...night staff not taking care in ICU. They are charging 20000 per night for ICU. Not worth as there were little cockroaches everywhere. My baby is admitted in the hospital and his mom has no access to water. The staff does not even care about it. Had to buy a bottle of water on first Night. I have shared few pictures that shows the cockroaches just beside the bed. They are just doing washing and shampooing of sofa in reception at night but the actual hospital is filthy. My son was admitted in hospital in emergency, the rookie doctors were trying to extrot money saying the hospital charges 20000/night for ICU. This is very very expensive compared to the condition of the hospital. Though after complaining on first night, the staff provided was courteous. The food was good. These were only two things that can be said good about the hospital.

My patient has been admitted to ICU through Emergency ward. They have attended to the patient very promptly and started treating immediately. They are informing us all the procedures being done, and further course of action. Hospital premises is neat and clean. Ample place for attendants to sit. Designated place to relax also. Hospital has reasonably priced canteen facilities too.

Jai Mata Di Everyone 🙏 Got discharged yesterday after 9 days of hospitalization from acute Viral Hepatitis A (another name for Jaundice). Big thank you to well qualified and experienced doctors whose diagnosis and prognosis were right on point - Dr Rishu Mishra (General Medicine Specialist) and Dr Dr. Uddhavesh M Paithankar (Gastroenterologist and Liver Specialist). Many thanks to nursing staff, cleaning staff, operations staff - Jyoti, Vishal, Ruchi, Anil, Raveena and more. Special mention for night nursing attendant Pradeep, who showed great efficiency and compassion while taking care of me at night. He promptly and regularly checked on my ivy, gave me medicines, even covered me with sheet, kept reassuring me...felt like a younger brother taking care. Some nurses can follow better hygiene like not washing the glass & spoon that the patient is using with bathroom water, instead use clean drinking water. Day time duty doctors seemed incompetent and lost but the night one (with specs) was efficient and prompt. The small improvements needed in hospitality, operations and floor management have already been conveyed to the respective departments. Food and dieticians are below average, had to eat homemade food only. Overall everyone is very efficient, fairly prompt, caring, compassionate and a little humourous. If there was an option to rate this hospital zero star, would have choosen that.. Experienced such a pathetic behaviour. This man in this video, has to put him on mute due to the words he used. Like him there are so many others sitting to make u realise that you are their pet and they will take admission just for money and not for better treatment. My patient was admitted in ICU and there should be an intensive care given to the patient.. but the food routine was changed internally by the staffs. The gave unnecessary sleeping pills and made the condition more worse. My patient was there for approx. 25 days and due there lethargic behaviour we have to move her to some other hospital. And now she is recovering. Everyone is rude there.. new day, new challenges faced..IF YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR FAMILY NEVER TAKE THEM TO PARK HOSPITAL!! PLEASE 🙏

Never get a covid test done at this hospital (basically don't go to this hospital for any treatment). They have taken the sample for testing but haven't given the result report even after continuous enquiry. They took the payment in advance and made us wait for almost three hours after testing promising they wil give the result within half an hour. I haven't recieved the report till now due to which I have to cancel my flight to Pune.
