I went to the emergency department before a month for my baby girl in the night. Because she was so uncomfortable and regularly crying from 2 hours nd I was not getting reason. Pediatric Doctor came and help me and my husband to get that situation in control.. The staff nurse was so helpful and the hospital is also neat and clean.... The department was nice and all dr's and emergency staff are doing so good.... So happy to see such a nice hospital near us... Keep it up guys ☺👍🤞....

It will definitely beat all the other big branded hospitals in Delhi NCR like Fortis, Max, Medanta. I had my second child's delivery in Aarvy sector 90 hospital and had an awesome experience. The whole of the hospitality team is great in their works. Clean wards and room services are good they give one to one personal attention to every patient. Dr. Renu Yadav has been a wonderful doctor and great guidance throughout my pregnancy journey. Admitted for stone removal surgery. Very professionally managed place. Nursing staff was very good in their job. Full marks for hygiene. Only suggestion is for the doctors to explain the procedure for surgery and the team involved in more depth.

I came here for the treatment of kidney stone .It is done in a very well manner. Behaviour of assisting medical staff was very good. I have got treated by Dr. Praveen Kumar Yadav from Urology, he connects with his patients at a personal level which gives significant reassurance and in tern helps healing. He is caring and empathetic. The way he handles the patient is very much impressive . He recommends surgery only when it is really required and must admit he is one of the best.

I started my treatment with Dr Renu and was able to easily book appointments for routine check ups. Throughout my pregnancy journey she has guided me to take care of me and baby. I wanted a normal delivery but on day of delivery I was scared and asked for C section. Unlike other hospitals Dr Renu told me that everything is normal and persuaded me to go for normal delivery which I did and had a beautiful baby girl. If I could give 10 star for her support throughout my journey that would be less too. Reema Mam, has been always helpful while working with Dr Renu and amazing person. Always greet with smile and suggesting things based on her experiences. She also gives a contact number through which you can get suggestions sitting at home. On day of surgery, Dr Meenu and another Dr I couldn’t get her name helped a lot to calm me down and were very supportive as well. All in all the maternity staff is amazing and you feel like home in delivery. For Ultrasound, please book prior appointments and still you have to wait for hours there. So, if you don’t have plenty of time, I would suggest to get ultrasound anywhere else. Although Radiologist staff is very nice and supportive. It’s just I don’t had enough time to wait. For blood reports etc you can get it done from there as they are done immediately. I booked Room for 2 patients and the food is good and service is on time. The day and night staff was good. In fact, service was top notch but only thing missing there is that they have Sofas for the people who stays with you in night. Not comfortable for an aged family member to be staying with you. Suggested them to get better beds so it’s comfortable for the people staying. Medicines I won’t suggest to buy from there since they don’t give any discount and give medicines on the rate written. Overall my journey was great and I have already posted the pros and cons to be here.

I saw comment over youtube for Aarvy Health care- This reminds me of the movie Gabbar! Initially, I didn't paid heed but when I met the staff and their services. I actually felt same. I had bad experience twice at their health care. I thought their services are bad bcz covid surge had left everyone helpless but to my surprise next time also I faced same. Receptionist staff is so incompetent. It feels like they have booked some headless chickens in a room who don't know what services patient is asking for. For every query they will go to Chairman & come back with answer. If you ask 10 questions, they will discuss query 10 times with the Chairman. I am really not sure how people have given 5 stars to this gabbar movie type hospital. It's either their own staff or relatives because this health care is something I would never recommend to anyone. Please visit at your own risk

We had a very positive experience during our stay at Aarvy hospital. Ours was a high risk pregnancy but it was planned and managed very well for both baby and mother by Dr. Renu Yadav and her team. Dr. Renu is best at her work and is up-to-date w.r.t latest developments in the field. Her timely interventions and treatment plan has helped my preterm baby a lot leading to minimum NICU stay and overall positive outcome. I admitted my grandfather in aarvy hospital.He had a BP high problem. It was 219/109 and now it is 120/70 which is very good. CARDIAC team treated him very well. I am so so deeply grateful for this hospital. My tongue was sliced open by a dentist. I went in with so much pain and suffering. Immediately I was rushed to the emergency room where the kind hearted lady Dr. Took a pic and called Dr. Piyush. He quickly came and stitched my tongue right up. He was so kind and gentle. He explained everything to me. I felt no fear of being in this situation in a foreign country. I feel truly blessed he then proceeded to give me medicines . I went back to see him twice more and again he was so wise and gentle. I recommend this hospital one hundred percent.
