Just visited here for emergency case. Very rude employee its called GAWAR in our local language. A man who stayed in Registration room was very bad behaviour. Please take action to this gawar man also night security gaurd is very rude. They don’t wear mask.

Pathetic pathetic experience in this hospital, As we are not human being. Staff behaviour is very very pathetic. I would recommend please someone take care of it. Administrative section should check this why they are miss behaving to people like animals. Haryana government offical should check this please

The hospital guards behave very rudely with the patients and their families. Today, A guard who said his name was Zile, misbehaved with me and my brother, when I asked him to call the patients from the women's ward. And he told us that his appointment has been made only to make his personal calls. He was assigned for the women's ward and was on call for more than 15 minutes. These guards bring disrepute to the hospital, security agency should take action against such guards and appoint benign guards especially at these type of places..

Actually i came to esic and standing in queue for issuing card for for no.30 and there the person sitting on front desk & guard behave very in wrong way n that person sitting there says that he will. Do what he want and saying. I am very disagree with this kind of behavior with these employees... Who have given him a right to behave rude with patients??

I do not want any star for this dirty hospital, such like a hell, staff was very roude, doctor also not talk to pationt before treatment, if can not handle they reffered in small situation, building also not maintain, Emergency board also broken, I have a very poor experienced, and also you can see there that guard handle the pationt like BP, wait Chek is guard there staff and trass ind doctor,

ESIC HOSPITAL GURUGRAM IS THE BEST GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL FOR THE PEOPLE WHO POSESS AN ESIC CARD. SPECIALLY VERY USEFUL FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE FORCED TO PAY LACS OF RUPEES IN THE PRIVATE HOSPITALS DUE TO THEIR SERIOUS ILLNESS. IF YOUR TREATMENT IS NOT POSSIBLE HERE THEN THEY WILL REFER YOU TO THE PRIVATE HOSPITALS. YOU WILL BE TREATED FREE OF COST EVEN IF YOUR BILL IS FOR 15 LACS IN THOSE PRIVATE HOSPITALS. YOUR TREATMENT WOULD BE DONE FREE OF COST. SO THERE IS A GREAT BENEFIT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE AN ESIC CARD PROVIDED BY THEIR EMPLOYER. 👍👍👍 DOCTORS ARE VERY COOPERATIVE AND FRIENDLY.

My mother in law admitted in this hospital due to heart problem, all the first emergency doctor was too good to handle the situation, all staff of nursing in ICU treated very politely specialy Mr. SUNIL who was on the duty that time, I felt caring for patient is more good in comparing to private hospitals

In emergency, the behavior of doctors and guards is very useless. The manner of speaking has been forgotten. The government should pay attention to this aspect. After taking feedback from all the victims, we will know what is the matter.

12/06/23 I had booked online appointment, gynaecology female guard asked to take token again, she said I don't know what is online system, also visited Me I Help You counter but no official was present there, guard Patients are misbehaved by on the coming days. It seems that these guards are running the hospital.

Better quality and helpful doctors

* It runs under central government. * A big hospital. It contains 140 beds. Almost every surgery is performed here. * Only esic registered patients are treated at no cost * Doctors are like a god for patients. We expect for loving -behavior from doctors towards the patients.

Worst service and very irresponsible behavior by the doctors and medical all staff. If patient come to visit hospital, it Will take whole day wasted in only Waiting. Appointment time is 9 am to 12 pm. Only few cheap blood test has done here, rest all have to do by own money from outside. I would urge to the government and high authority of the Esic hospital sec 9 gurgaon to care the patients and give proper care and treatment at earliest. Because all patients are employee somewhere. The esic hospital does not exist one star.The hospital staff and all guard behaviour is very bad.Treatment is like Rmp doctors.And most important thing the esic hospital is a referral machine .They reffer the patient here and there.

Worst experience ever, staff are too rude including nurses doctors and specially ground staff, if you think go and treat the the hospital for better go to AIIMS or Safdarjung.

Here the doctors do not do anything at one go, just check the date again and again, I have a problem with my teeth and I have been called for 1 month bad, what kind of treatment is this, just check the teeth once and give the date of 1 month. . How much time does it take to get a feeling for a date? Very bad service.

I am suffering from slip disc problem. I am going to ESI Hospital Sector 9 Gurgaon since July 2023 but the doctors there are not treating me well. Till now I have not even got X-RAY and MRI done there. Only medicines are prescribed and even those medicines are not available there, for that one has to go to the dispensary. Half of the medicines are available in the dispensary and the other half have to be bought from outside. The behavior of doctors has become very bad. There is no way to speak, for 2 minutes work one has to wait 20 to 25 minutes and the doctor is busy talking on his phone. A doctor sits in room 4 on the ground floor.

Plzz help me am pregnant and they dr not giving me proper treatment and abusing fighting with me anyone knw about HOD I NEED TO TALK HIM and meet him olz

ESIC Hospital sec 9 have all the modern medical facilities with treatment to all the major diseases but not have heart specialist and other specialist doctors for all the major diseases they refer to private hospital also ambulance service is not good as it should be. Needs lot of improvement treatment wise. 👍🙏
