Very un hygenic . Rude staff and skewed test result . I did the fasting sugar for mediclaim they gave result high , which was suprise to me and i did retest twice with other agency which were normal . So i seriously doubt their competence . U go at 8.30 and have to.wait till 10.30 cause their ultra sound guys comes after 10.30 Staffs are unfriendly and rude ALL THE BEST

There is nothing to share as I had a very pathetic experience with express clinic sector 56 Gurgaon. Everyone you call the clinic for the reports and they say that,"abhi reports ayi he Nahi hai". Server Mai Kuch issue hai, aap ko mail per mil jayegi.and that email never comes/reaches to your mail box. When you leave all my important work including my office that is in Delhi, and go back to Gurgaon to collect the reports they again have issue in the system or printer. Even after that they are unable to email he reports inspite you standing in front of them as there is again a server issue. When you say I will pay the fees once I get the reports, they say pay now or else you will not get he reports. Add on to this internal staffs are always fighting with each other on some on the other issues. Due to delay in reports I have cancelled my doctor's appointment for 2 times. But they are least concern. My husband has health issues n need to see doctor urgently but due to there bloody server issues I m not getting the reports. All the staff here hold an masters degree in blaming each other and delaying the reports.

Express Clinic is fraud. They buy material from vendors and do not make payments. Our Rs. 1.5 Lac is due and not even a single penny is received in last 10 months. Shameless, unprofessional people don't even pickup the phone of vendors. Have some business ethics, you can not survive for long on others money. It is our hard earned money.

Unprofessional staff as they seem to be new. Have to wait ages to get the billing done. I once had to wait half an hour even when there were 2 customers before me. When customers leave citing time crunch they do not even try to dissuade them. Need to build up customer service. Its not one of the convenient test report providers.

Worst pathology I have ever been to. People over there are so careless. Staff's behavior is pathetic. They make you feel like they are doing a favor by doing the tests. I would not recommend anyone to visit this clinic. Corporates should clearly avoid this clinic for their employees checkup.

Disgusting staff. Uncourteous. Unhelpful. 8:30 appointment pushed to 10:30 and yet the technician wasnt capable enough of doing a blood test. Worst experience. Waiting time high Staff is arrogant Infrastructure is terrible Shady and damp rooms

Staff is very professional and courteous. Location is very convenient to us. Other infra is good but the toilets can be cleaner and better. It also took long time (almost 3 hrs) to complete the tests which could have been done faster with better coordination.

I have come for the health-checkup many times at this center. The staffs are professional and courteous. And I am always given right estimate of the wait-time, which help me plan my time effectively. Test reports also seem accurate. Overall good place to avail health checkup/ test services.

They do not have a system where a patient can be attended effectively, i called a day before for the appointment they said appointment can be given but its on first come and first serve basis. The next day i visited the place and reached at 8.40 AM and paid in advance for TMT and X ray test, they took x-ray as there was no other patient to attend, then i find only two people were in waiting for the TMT test, so i waited for them to complete the test, then a person came in front of me and his TMT test started and not a single person came to inform. I asked politely how can you do this if i am waiting, they said sir you should have given me the receipt of payment which you have made only then i can process your request. So, the thing is you will have to come as early as possible according to your time management and look out if somebody is not getting any advances who have come later then you. Staff experience was not too good. Location is in sector 56 Gurgaon, which can be easily accessible. Professionalism in radiologist and other technicians was average, as if they don't care about patient and just doing their duty.
