**DO NOT COME HERE!** A huge NO to this clinic. My dad had an eye surgery and it just didn't go well at all. He ended up having a brain stroke within days from surgery. Dr. Doma conducted the surgery and may GOD bless the patients going there. When we contacted the doctor after surgery saying that my dad is not responding well now and is talking gibberish at times, Doctor's response was "oh not possible. If you don't trust us then consult somewhere else". Like really? The doctor did not even acknowledge the issue. My father had multiple brain strokes after this surgery. We then consulted neurologists and they said that is possibly a reason of an eye surgery gone bad and his nerves got damaged. Are you willing to risk your loved ones lives in such a place? So, I humbly request you whoever is reading this review to please please keep your loved ones away from this place and this whole team.

They are bad in dealing with concessional patient like CGHS, etc. They give priority to General Patients who give full fee. Doctoes may good at their profession but they also check fee paid by patient. Money making hospital, service is secondary

All staff at the Hospital is very cooperative specially Varsha Ma’am .. she is one of the best Optometrist I have ever met and the services provided at the hospital are upto international standard. Had an appointment for a preliminary Lasik screening here today. This has been one of the most unprofessional optometrist experiences I’ve had. Here is a list of things that rendered my bad experience with this so called renowned clinic. Machines were not wiped after each patient, and I was shown a negative attitude every time I asked to get the machines wiped before each use. Had to prove to the doctor that my eye test was not complete, and the staff argued otherwise. The whole clinic seems to run in a very disorganized way. Communication to the patient and amongst the staff was poor. Would never go back again. Additionally someone at the door was requesting reviews while being monitored. So please do your due diligence before you visit.

Suroff eye centre Gurgaon is excellent for eye treatment as comparble to other hospitals. Some hospitals have high charges and also they prescribe numbers of test which may not be required for the particular treatment.. I request this hospital for eye treatment as it is very cheap and best. the staff are also very cheerful and helpful.
